31/05/2026: The room was modern and very clean, as were all the common areas. The breakfast was varied and high-quality. The hotel doesn't have parking, but there are several nearby parking options.

And yet. We were in the area again and decided to give it a second chance. We were right.
Delicious, well-made pizza.
Friendly staff.

Previous review:
Chosen for the gluten-free pizza, we had two Margheritas, one with and one without gluten. Not bad. A little burned. Normal, friendly staff :)
Maybe I wouldn't go back.

06/05/2026: We had dinner at the restaurant and highly recommend it. We received a very warm welcome and the food was delicious with generous portions. The wine selection is also exceptionally diverse. The service is excellent. We will definitely be back.

01/05/2026: Lunch after visiting Arte Sella. The place was charming, as was the service and the food, which was very good and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth returning! Well done!
20/04/2026: After a stroll through the exhibition, we stopped at the Ersilia Botanic Bistro and were very pleasantly surprised. The ambiance, decor, cleanliness, and friendliness were all top-notch. The food was unusual for a "day-trip restaurant" and VERY good.

Giada is an excellent hostess, as well as a skilled aperitif maker.

14/06/2026: If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would! This is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tried. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and everyone was incredibly friendly. A big thank you to the owner, Alex, for the warm hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommended!
31/05/2026: A very nice place, discovered by chance while spending a few days in the area. Very good, light, contemporary pizza with unusual ingredient combinations and a truly light touch. The price is a bit high (for pizzas), but the result is more than justified. I highly recommend it.

11/06/2026: Two slices and you're set for half of the day. Very tasty. I ordered the prosciutto and mushroom. Did not disappoint. Just two parking spots close by on the street but we got lucky. Make sure to stop at the coffee shop to the right of the place. They serve excellent coffee.

12/10/2025: It was so good we visited twice during a recent stay in Lasa. (There were also no other places open)
They had run out of tiramisu by the time we arrived both times, so get there early if you want it!
