20/04/2026: After a stroll through the exhibition, we stopped at the Ersilia Botanic Bistro and were very pleasantly surprised. The ambiance, decor, cleanliness, and friendliness were all top-notch. The food was unusual for a "day-trip restaurant" and VERY good.

19/04/2026: A wonderful gastronomic experience. We went to try the sandwiches, only to discover they're only available on Wednesdays. We tried the pizzas, a wonderful discovery! Crispy on the outside and light on the inside. Excellent topping combinations.

18/05/2026: Every stay in Riva del Garda deserves a dinner at this restaurant: tasty, generous dishes, and a highly trained and friendly staff. A special mention goes to Mr. Renato, who always goes out of his way to please his guests. Thanks to his professionalism and courtesy, RivaMia won us over three out of three dinners during our last vacation. Update: After my visit a year ago, I returned to Riva del Garda twice more on vacation, and each time I found Mr. Renato's impeccable welcome, graciously helping me navigate the extensive menu. Update May 18, 2026: Another excellent experience at this hotel restaurant: elegant ambiance, excellent cuisine, and impeccable service. A special thanks to Mr. Renato, a man of great professionalism, elegance, and rare attention to his guests. He welcomed us with genuine cordiality, making the evening even more enjoyable. My relationship with this wonderful establishment began at a truly unique time, in the midst of the pandemic. It was precisely then that I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Renato, and I can say without hesitation that it's thanks to him that I'm such a loyal customer today. In such a difficult time, Mr. Renato stood out for his exceptional attention, sensitivity, and unparalleled customer care. It was his extraordinary hospitality that made me fall in love with this place and keeps me returning every time I'm looking for the perfect stay. A special thank you goes to him, but also to all the staff. Each one takes care of the guests with a dedication, kindness, and attention to detail that truly makes the difference, making everyone feel at home. The hotel is fantastic, the restaurant's cuisine is superb, and the location is fabulous, but it's the people that make this place truly great. 17/05/2026: We celebrated our wedding at the Solarium Predaia, and it was an unforgettable day. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and cared for with great professionalism and attention. Special thanks go to Erich, a young manager and truly extraordinary chef: always available, organized, and capable of managing everything with calm and precision. You can sense the passion he puts into his work, both in the kitchen and in organizing the event. We arrived around 5:20 PM and were greeted with a rich appetizer buffet on the terrace, with a beautiful view of the Brenta Group. The food was excellent, with attention to detail and great attention to dietary requirements and intolerances, which we greatly appreciated. The timing was impeccable: despite the afternoon wedding, dinner was perfectly organized with two first courses, a second course, and sorbet, and by 9:15 PM we had already finished everything without any waiting or downtime. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to cut the cake outside, but even then, Erich and his staff were incredibly quick to reorganize everything inside in no time, without causing any disruption. We recommend Solarium Predaia to anyone looking to celebrate a special event in a simple way, with excellent food, impeccable organization, and truly dedicated staff. Thanks again to Erich and all the staff for making our wedding unforgettable!

09/04/2026: It's a shame because the view is fabulous, but the service is third-world and the food is worse and less so.

07/04/2026: Sunday lunch, two families with four children (aged 11 months to 7 years). We arrived around 11:30 a.m. on foot and approached the facility. Outside, there were two grills and tables set; if it hadn't been so windy, we might have been able to eat outside. We had, however, booked inside, a table for eight, white furs on the strange and unusual back-warming chairs... the menu was limited, which is understandable up to a point, because, yes, we're in a refuge, but it's easy to get there by car from the city, and given how the other guests at the restaurant were dressed, I'd say we were the only ones walking. Lunch was well-served; they started with a house appetizer and then continued with our order: the appetizer was impressive, with a small copper pot for polenta, the tagliatelle with game was excellent, and the egg main course was very unique and delicious. The others who were with us really enjoyed both the strangolapreti and the fish gnocchi. You could also choose a risotto and a beef ham. For dessert, you could choose between a classic strudel, a buckwheat cake, and a tiramisu. I can't comment on the prices, as we ordered two bottles of wine, which certainly increased the total. Overall, I'd give it a 7. Let's just say the hospitality was a bit lacking, but perhaps the guys are young and just need to get their bearings. Update August 2023: We returned to the refuge, this time by car, for dinner. We were looking for some cool air, and it was surprising how at such a low altitude (not even 600 meters above sea level) it could be a few degrees cooler and, above all, a pleasant cool breeze compared to the city. The menu has been expanded since my previous visit. Aperitif overlooking the city with bubbles from a well-known local winery. We tried a breaded cheese appetizer and continued with two main courses: a plate of ribs with potatoes and pork cheek with polenta. Fabulous! I'll post more photos... prices are perhaps a little higher than average. For those seeking a bit of cool, quiet, and a beautiful view, the Bindesi refuge is highly recommended!

25/01/2026: Incredible views of the Adige Valley and Trento, enhanced by the skyline of the Brenta Dolomites. The restaurant lives up to its origins as a refuge, combining hospitality, attentive service, and respect for the surrounding environment. Nature completely surrounds the structure, enhanced by multi-level terraces that allow guests to fully enjoy the view and the setting. The extremely courteous, attentive, and attentive staff guides guests through the menu and wine pairings. The highly interesting, never boring dishes showcase local products, expertly combining them. A large parking lot hidden behind the restaurant ensures accessibility to everyone. A must-try and highly recommended.

12/10/2025: It was so good we visited twice during a recent stay in Lasa. (There were also no other places open) They had run out of tiramisu by the time we arrived both times, so get there early if you want it!

18/05/2026: We sat inside as it was getting cooler outside. Nice friendly staff and a goid selection on the menu. Everyone we happy with their food. The only disappointment was that there was no cheesecake left, I had apple strudel instead.

16/05/2026: A great place with great food. Bruschetta, tuna tartare, carpaccio, grilled tuna, fish, pizza, pasta, desserts... everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.
