17/02/2026: After a long walk, my boyfriend and I decided to stop at this little place for a bite to eat. The cake we ordered was truly delicious, and the people who work there were truly kind. We'll be back in the warmer months to experience these magnificent places a little more!

After a walk in the woods, it's lovely to stop for an aperitif with a platter of local delicacies, a lunch featuring seasonal dishes, always something to discover and taste, a delicious coffee with a delicious slice of homemade cake in a welcoming and always well-kept setting. Kudos also to the friendly and fast staff; keep up the good work!

16/04/2026: Had a business dinner. I must say I ate well. The portions were excellent and the prices were fair. The quality of the food and ingredients was also excellent. The Galician-style octopus was also good, as were the squid ink tagliolini. The service was excellent.

16/02/2026: My partner and I were on our way back from Val di Siusi to Florence and were looking for a place to stop for lunch. After a quick internet search, I trusted my instincts and the dishes I'd seen on their website, and I have to say I wasn't wrong!!! Magnificent view, amazing dishes made with their own artisanal products!!! From the cured meats, to the wine, to the olive oil, and the amazing balsamic vinegar to pair with every dish! Try it and believe it! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks not only to the staff but also to the owner, a person of rare sweetness and humility! We'll definitely be back! ❤️

29/03/2026: Just come back from this wondeful place. The most amazing views from the bedrooms windows and all the common areas. We had half board and the food was amazing. Four course dinner and great choices for breakfast. We were there in the last opening week of the hotel but from the service all round you would not have been able to tell. The hotel offer a shuttle service which pick you up and drops you to whereever you need to go around the place, whether for skiing or anything else. Super fast and efficient you just call and they are there within minutes. In general all the staff from the restaurant, reception to the spa are super nice and accomodating. Family run with a personal touch. Will definitly come again!

04/03/2026: We've been going to the Hermitgae as a family for many years and it's one of my favourite hotels. Why? It's family run, big enough to have everything you need including a not huge, but swimmable decent indoor pool and spa, but small enough to be personal. The location is in a quiet wooded spot just outside Madonna with stunning views. Rooms are good and service excellent and there is a friendly minibus to take you into town or the lifts always available Most people go half board - the breakfast is excellent with delicious fresh breads, home baked patisserie, hams, salamis and mountain cheeses along woth perfectly cooked eggs to order, pancakes etc, yoghurts, fresh juices - only complaint is they could do with a decent museli, but you can order properly made porrage - and the coffee, top, along with teas. The dinner this year was the best we have had, strating with a grilled veg and salad buffet with hams, smoked salmon and cold roast beef, then choices of pasta/soup course, brilliant main course and stunning desserts - they also do excellent home-made tea time pastries included Madonna itself is medium-sized, low built resort full of, 3 and 4* family run hotels with some very good cafes and shops - the slopes are varied, maybe not Val d'isere, but pretty good with some v demanding blacks and excellent independent-run ski restaurants. Efficient lifts and snow making means conditions are always good, even though it sometimes gets busy at peak as the area is popular now with Poles and Czechs - overall, magical place, very friendly, the Dolomites beat the Alps in my view and as long as you are not into glitzy 6* spiv hotels, Bio Hermitage is the best you can get!

12/10/2025: It was so good we visited twice during a recent stay in Lasa. (There were also no other places open) They had run out of tiramisu by the time we arrived both times, so get there early if you want it!

25/01/2026: Incredible views of the Adige Valley and Trento, enhanced by the skyline of the Brenta Dolomites. The restaurant lives up to its origins as a refuge, combining hospitality, attentive service, and respect for the surrounding environment. Nature completely surrounds the structure, enhanced by multi-level terraces that allow guests to fully enjoy the view and the setting. The extremely courteous, attentive, and attentive staff guides guests through the menu and wine pairings. The highly interesting, never boring dishes showcase local products, expertly combining them. A large parking lot hidden behind the restaurant ensures accessibility to everyone. A must-try and highly recommended.

17/01/2026: Very nice place, but we were unsure about the food. We had ordered ribs and were served the bacon part. Obviously, the meat was very different from what we expected; it's different cuts.

27/02/2026: The best pizzeria ever. The service is excellent, the waiters are very friendly. The amuse-bouche is very popular. I've been many times and have had the opportunity to try many contemporary pizzas, all of which are delicious. I especially recommend the "Tuna and Onions"—a true masterpiece. I also tried the bottled beer and it's very good. Overall, I absolutely recommend it.

13/03/2026: I had a double room for single use, bright and spacious for one person; everything was clean and in working order. The terrace overlooked a pleasant internal courtyard. The breakfast was standard, plentiful and satisfying, and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent, just steps from the historic center.
