We appreciated the excellent products offered by them: balsamic vinegar, olive oil, wines, carne salada (the very delicate and grilled carpaccio) and also the fact that we ate without the presence of dogs (even if they were nice to us). By chance we had the opportunity to exchange a few words with the owner, a nice, helpful person, a lover of that territory and the environment, who illustrated the various productions of the company to us and from whom we could sense passion for his work.
