We ate there twice during our stay, mainly because they were the only option. Nevertheless, the experience was great! Big portion, good service and overall great experience! Very close to Molveno.

Let's start with the location, which is a mix between modern and mountain lodge. The service is fast, but we had to repeat things to more than one person. The food is average, but the desserts are anything but. There's an outdoor play area for kids.

We arrived shortly after “opening” time at 19:15 on a Sunday evening, the place was already absolutely packed with locals enjoying honest and delicious food. Service was a bit slow to notice you in the crowd, but once orders are in, food arrives very quickly. Highly recommended.

Today we had lunch with the whole family, and I have to sincerely compliment the entire staff! The lady who looked after us at table 12 was very sweet, and compliments to the kitchen, but especially to the pizza chef—the pizza was exceptional! The dough was light and very unique. The atmosphere was excellent, the service was prompt, and the prices were fair! Well done. Highly recommended.

17/04/2026: I stayed at Alt Spaur on April 17, 2025, and I can say without hesitation that it was an excellent experience in every way. The welcome was simply impeccable: the owner stands out for his professionalism, courtesy, and great elegance, immediately instilling trust and attentiveness towards the guest. Kudos also go to all the staff, always friendly, helpful, and attentive to detail. The rooms are truly splendid: modern, well-maintained, and equipped with every comfort. You can sense great attention to both design and functionality, making the stay extremely pleasant. To top it all off, a landscape with a beautiful view, making the experience even more relaxing and memorable. I can only express my sincere thanks for the excellent service I received. 09/04/2026: Beautiful farmhouse overlooking Predazzo. Very good food. Service a bit disappointing and haphazard. The appetizers were overpriced for the quantity served. Overall, good, but a few things need to be reworked.
