18/05/2026: Victoria was a great server. We celebrated the birthday. I must say that we had a great time. For the purpose what we needed it was a great option and the Florentine steak was very, very tasty.

14/06/2026: I returned to this pizzeria on our fortieth wedding anniversary, remembering how we used to come here for many years, both summer and winter, with our two small children. The management has certainly changed, but the welcoming atmosphere remains. Excellent pizza and family service, starting with the very young (little) waitress who, even though it was just for fun, took everything seriously. Coincidentally, the table decorations were themed after our anniversary, with heart placeholders and a "love" light bulb.

07/01/2026: Always TOP ski holidays! For a few years now, we've been spending ski holidays or quick 2-3 days at this magnificent hotel, in true "slipper" style, relaxing to the max. New rooms with a modern and linear design, incredibly beautiful, spotlessly clean, as are ALL the hotel's areas. The atmosphere is elegant and familiar, with fresh flowers every day, tended by the owner, making every space even more welcoming. Excellent food, whether for breakfast, snacks, or dinner. TOP! The staff is kind and attentive. The owners (the whole family) are professional, kind, helpful, and friendly! See you soon, Silvia and Osvaldo

01/01/2026: Beautiful, traditional hotel, recently renovated (some rooms are modern, others traditional, but all spacious) with a large spa, next to the Belvedere/Ciampac ski lift. Impeccably clean. The food and service are excellent, and the gourmet restaurant is top-notch—a real effort considering it's been family-run for generations. Definitely worth a try!

20/06/2026: The rooms are pretty standard and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location isn't bad either. It's about a 15 minute walk to the castle.

07/06/2026: Perfect option for people that wants to stay in Trento for some nights a bit apart from city center. Hotel was calm and modern inside. Rooms were clean and breakfast with buffet quite nice for a good start. They also have a small parking with limited places by 10 euros per night. Walking to city center takes around 20 min but you feel very secure. The negative point for me was the shower productors, specially shampoo, that leaved the hair very messy and dried. Fira the rest,a good option in Trento to start or finish a route through the Dolomites.

02/06/2026: It's a shame that it was closed on Sunday, May 31st, after paying a whopping €20 for parking at the start of the trail, which would be affordable for many. But I understand that the low season brings cost and staffing issues that make it inconvenient to open. It's a shame that the Sasso Piatto refuge, which can be reached further along the trail without much effort, was open and packed.

01/08/2026: What a lovely surprise. We stopped by pure chance. We were spoiled for choice from the menu, not because of the numerous dishes, but because they all inspired us. The dumplings with cabbage and Moena puzzone heart, seasoned with excellent butter, were amazing. The lard on the platter deserves special mention; it melted in your mouth. Excellent service. I highly recommend it.

12/03/2026: The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were in the area for a short time and opted for their set lunch menu. The food is excellent, with a variety of delicious, diverse dishes. And the view is a real treat.

12/05/2026: Here I always find my green pepper fillet cooked to perfection, excellent with boiled spinach and leaf spinach. Starting with the nan is always a pleasure, but finishing with the mango cream (after the nan and fillet)...a triple pleasure! Excellent service. Congratulations, guys!

21/06/2026: A very friendly and cozy spot run by a lovely family to spend a night or more, perfectly situated to explore nearby Calaita lake and hikes..and nearby Mezzano, San Martino D.C and Canal San Bovo. Has a very large picnic area infront with kids section if with family. Thank you!

27/04/2026: We recently stayed for two days with our two children and our dog. What can I say? It's a wonderful place. I was looking for a place with almost nothing around, and so it was, how lucky we were. Seeing the children run around the park next to the property, throw stones in the river, jump, and ride on the swings was priceless. We found peace and listened to the gentle sound of the mountains and the river flowing just a hundred meters from the house. Wonderful! Breakfasts and dinners were top notch! Elisa and her family were very kind and generous. Thank you for your hospitality. You are very lucky to live in a place like this, and we were lucky to have learned about it. 29/03/2026: Just come back from this wondeful place. The most amazing views from the bedrooms windows and all the common areas. We had half board and the food was amazing. Four course dinner and great choices for breakfast. We were there in the last opening week of the hotel but from the service all round you would not have been able to tell. The hotel offer a shuttle service which pick you up and drops you to whereever you need to go around the place, whether for skiing or anything else. Super fast and efficient you just call and they are there within minutes. In general all the staff from the restaurant, reception to the spa are super nice and accomodating. Family run with a personal touch. Will definitly come again!

04/03/2026: We've been going to the Hermitgae as a family for many years and it's one of my favourite hotels. Why? It's family run, big enough to have everything you need including a not huge, but swimmable decent indoor pool and spa, but small enough to be personal. The location is in a quiet wooded spot just outside Madonna with stunning views. Rooms are good and service excellent and there is a friendly minibus to take you into town or the lifts always available Most people go half board - the breakfast is excellent with delicious fresh breads, home baked patisserie, hams, salamis and mountain cheeses along woth perfectly cooked eggs to order, pancakes etc, yoghurts, fresh juices - only complaint is they could do with a decent museli, but you can order properly made porrage - and the coffee, top, along with teas. The dinner this year was the best we have had, strating with a grilled veg and salad buffet with hams, smoked salmon and cold roast beef, then choices of pasta/soup course, brilliant main course and stunning desserts - they also do excellent home-made tea time pastries included Madonna itself is medium-sized, low built resort full of, 3 and 4* family run hotels with some very good cafes and shops - the slopes are varied, maybe not Val d'isere, but pretty good with some v demanding blacks and excellent independent-run ski restaurants. Efficient lifts and snow making means conditions are always good, even though it sometimes gets busy at peak as the area is popular now with Poles and Czechs - overall, magical place, very friendly, the Dolomites beat the Alps in my view and as long as you are not into glitzy 6* spiv hotels, Bio Hermitage is the best you can get!
