17/08/2025: Amazing thing alert!! Try the Paccheri con ragu di salsiccie! Honestly, one of the best pasta dishes I've had on my Italian road trip! The desserts are also very interesting, especially their take on tiramisu. For the residents of the Athena Hotel, it's really great. The rooftop is very nice, and the servers are super friendly! Thank you!!

09/07/2025: We got two mains: the cacio e pepe and the one with the fava beans and both were excellent. The santomisù was a blast and the best part of the night. Our servers, Robert and Adrian, were very attentive to our needs and had good chat. I should not forget to mention the breathtaking view, very romantic and special.

16/09/2025: Being vegan, I knew I was going to have a great time. And indeed, the four-course dinner in this lovely setting with a view was delicious, refined, and intimate. I highly recommend it.

And honorable mention also to the legendary Masci Tuttologo, whose presence and expertise make the atmosphere even more pleasant and engaging. Highly recommended: excellent drinks, a welcoming atmosphere, and a staff that truly makes the difference!

05/01/2026: Good place for a quick lunch or aperitivo. They don’t serve cooked dishes ‘like pasta’. Had a plate with a variety of pecorino cheese with ricotta, but that was it. Me and my husband had both the ‘vegetables’ but arrived some preserved like zucchini’s, beets and artichokes. I think their price is expensive in proportion of what we ate. All of the above, €51 with 2 glasses of wine.

24/02/2026: Affordable, huge selection of fresh pastries, sweets, cakes. Tables and chairs provided and included in the prices of the food. Cappuccino a bit pricier than in local bars but great quality, cornetto were all very fresh, but not much filling. A great breakfast to start your day trip to Siena, needing merely a small detour from the old walled town.

23/02/2026: Corsini never disappoints. The coffee and desserts are always excellent consistently high quality and full of flavor. The staff are warm and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s a place I’m always happy to come back to.

18/02/2026: I had dinner on Valentine's Day with my partner in an elegant atmosphere. The fixed menu dinner was all seafood, superb! Excellent food, beautifully presented! Everything was top-quality from start to finish, including a digestif. The competent and friendly staff pampered us throughout the dinner. A truly beautiful evening, accompanied by an unexpected gift: a delicious plant from the restaurant, which is not a given. We will definitely be back. Superb!!!

16/02/2026: Passing by, we decided to grab a quick lunch at Fidelio. As soon as we arrived, we were immediately seated at a table for four, almost ready. The food was excellent. The lasagna with ragù was delicious, as were the pappardelle with wild boar, and the wide variety of crostoni were delicious. Keita served us, a kind and attentive young man. Due to a small oversight in our order, we were offered coffee and a small token discount. For the service we received and the quality, I recommend this place and I'm sure I'll return in the future. (It's quite a long drive from Lecce.)

25/02/2026: Pros: Large pool complex, very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of linens, cleanliness. Cons: The details. Lack of attention to dietary restrictions, which were stated in writing and repeatedly verbally (use of allergens even if not listed on the menu), even in room amenities. These are serious issues in my opinion (which cost me two days of illness and the resulting cancellation of my plans for those two days). I can't comment on the breakfast buffet because I was too unwell to leave the room and eat. Less serious, but still noticeable, issues are: in the room (suite), an exposed plastic drain in the bathroom and a lack of basic toiletries (obviously not towels, but toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable soaps, etc.), lack of clear signage (besides me, I saw many guests wandering around asking for information), some areas were decidedly poorly organized (there was no room to leave bathrobes and slippers in the private pool. The indoor loungers were definitely insufficient for the influx of guests.). Leaks and humidity. Which are expected in a spa. But in a 5-star resort. The overall experience is something I'm forced to reject it.. Especially considering the overall cost.. I don't just mean money obviously.

15/02/2026: Overall, the property is worth the price. The receptionists, hotel, bar, and restaurant staff are impeccable. Professional and reliable. I'm a satisfied customer. I'd like to leave a hopefully constructive comment about the restaurant: we've been to your other properties (ex Grotta Giusti) and were completely satisfied with the food. Unfortunately, the cuisine at the restaurant at Fonteverde isn't up to par with the property. I'm not saying the food is bad, but it's just not up to par. I hope this comment is constructive, as the property is truly unparalleled and the staff is highly professional. The central bar is absolutely worthy: I've never had such a good drink. For this very reason, it's truly a shame not to elevate the restaurant's cuisine to 5-star standards. We'll definitely be back; we had a great time.

28/11/2025: Beautiful and stunning location, the service is fast, and the staff is very helpful, kind, and professional. The quality of the ingredients used is truly excellent, the rooms are clean and well-organized, and the location is truly excellent, right in the center. What can I say? It's a shame I only have to give it 5 stars.

02/10/2025: Very welcoming place. I had a wonderful pizza, thin, crispy, and delicious. The waiters were kind and super efficient. I highly recommend it, I'll definitely be back.

07/01/2026: Three people for a generous and delicious breakfast. The service could certainly be improved, the atmosphere is pleasant if a bit chaotic, but the quality of the desserts was good. The bread also seemed excellent. There were good bottles of local wine. The people who run it are simple but friendly. I'll be back.
