28/09/2025: The place is cheerful and welcoming, the service is good, the ingredients are high-quality, the meat is excellent, and the chef deserves a round of applause for his attention to every detail in the preparation. Well done everyone. Those who are more sensitive to the smell could smell the cooking on their clothes.
We'll be happy to return as soon as we have the chance!!
For those who complain about the long waits, it's worth it.
25/08/2025: We had dinner this evening with our children. The place is unique, the staff very kind and helpful. The food is exquisite, you can see they pay attention to the ingredients. Truly delicious...and the prices are super fair! A truly pleasant discovery.

08/12/2025: The meat is the highlight, and the "cinghianella" is also excellent: a special appetizer worth trying. The warm atmosphere is complemented by 360° windows. There's a reserved parking lot a few steps away and a few spaces near the entrance for those with mobility issues.

28/10/2025: A small, yet welcoming and intimate restaurant in the heart of Pienza. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can enjoy platters of excellent local produce and delicious crostoni, accompanied by good local wine. A truly positive experience, I would definitely return.
21/10/2025: Located on a small side street off the main shopping street, it's a tiny place that maximizes every space.
Very welcoming and cozy.
The owner is kind and very friendly.
The dishes offered aren't very extensive, but they're delicious!
I highly recommend it.

31/10/2025: An experience not to be repeated, we had three first courses, one amatriciana, two grice, a sparkling water and a still one and a portion of ham, 5 slices for a total of €54, a real steal €18 for a first course and 1 and a half slices each, not even at Cannavaciuolo. Some places should close down due to bankruptcy.

16/09/2025: Being vegan, I was sure I was going to have a great time there. And indeed, the four-course dinner, in this beautiful setting with a view, was delicious, refined, and intimate. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

The historic center of Pienza is very nice and pleasant to visit for a day! However, I strongly advise you to be careful when choosing a restaurant; sometimes there are bad cooks! For this Sperone Nudo restaurant, the "PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANE DELLA CHIANA" is definitely not recommended! The eggplant was so dry it was only 3 mm thick, just skin! A disgrace! My wife didn't eat it! This vegetarian dish was very bad! Definitely not recommended! A very bad experience! Quite disappointed by this restaurant; the place is certainly pretty, but despite appearances, the quality is not there!
Quality that was lacking! The dishes were not good and too expensive! The portions were minimal!
Strongly not recommended!!!

The food was very typical of the Tuscany region, but prepared with refinement.
The experience is well worth it.
We were extremely well attended to by the owner, who was helpful and attentive in every way, explaining the dishes in detail.
The gastronomic experience will remain in my memory forever, thank you.
