23/06/2026: NOT recommend! First of all, the staff could barely speak English, and even those who could didn't seem very interested in helping. We brought our own water to drink, but we were still charged for water (acqua) on the receipt, which was frustrating. That was 2.50 euro. Fortunately, I noticed the water charge when I checked the receipt. If I hadn't looked carefully, I would have ended up paying for water that we never drank. After pointing it out, I received a cash refund. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food. The pizza was salty—so salty that it overshadowed all the other flavors. I was surprised because, despite being in Italy, it felt more like I was eating an average pizza back in the U.S. The overall flavor was quite bland, and the pasta sauce was also underwhelming and lacked depth. The only positive aspect of the meal was the pasta itself. The noodles were cooked al dente and had a nice texture. Unfortunately, the food and service did not meet our expectations, and we left feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

24/04/2026: I bought a Too Good to Go bag and was very satisfied: there were slices of all different flavors, and even though the pizza wasn't freshly baked, all it took was a little reheating to make it crispy and not rubbery at all. I appreciated that the ciaccino wasn't too salty, as I've often found at other pizzerias in Siena. Finally, the man at the counter who served me (I don't know if he's the owner) was very courteous and always smiling, which is also a rare thing in Siena.

17/07/2026: A charming, homey restaurant. The outdoor terrace is definitely an added bonus, and I also appreciated the kindness shown to non-smokers, even when they asked us not to smoke outside. Everything we ate was excellent, with friendly and attentive service and generous portions. Highly recommended.

07/04/2026: Beautiful winery in the heart of Chianti Classico. The tasting tour with three wines is a great way to understand the history of the winery and the three labels they produce. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

12/05/2026: We were concerned about stopping at the first restaurant entering Monticchielo. It appears small, but has very nice inside seating and beautiful outdoor view. What a great experience, from insight to wine selection to the food experience, we couldn't have had a better time. Thanks so much for what you do!

13/05/2026: A small place that's very popular with locals, which is a good sign... We ate some excellent pizzas there, received a very warm welcome, and enjoyed a lively, youthful atmosphere... If you're passing through Rosia, stop by for a break.

08/02/2026: Not a great pastry shop! Lots of pastries, some not made daily, a gloomy atmosphere, no friendliness or greetings, and prices not displayed. Too much is too much. No savory items. Better to have fewer, but good ones. Prices are quite high.
