26/05/2025: Two days in Colle Val d'Elsa and two dinners at the inn, typical dishes but also good vegetarian alternatives. The cuisine is very well-prepared, excellent raw materials and a beautiful cellar. The quality/price ratio is excellent as is the welcome of the owner. Highly recommended.

03/05/2025: We tasted the ice cream and the Diavoli cake. Limited choice for tastes but still good quality, the house cake with both cream and chocolate is very good indeed. Kindness and courtesy. Perhaps the environment could be more "cheerful"

20/05/2025: A Google search led us to this restaurant, and we were rewarded. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The dishes and wines are primarily regional. The service is very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend this osteria. A family celebration was taking place in the same room as us, but otherwise, it was probably not very busy due to it being a Tuesday.

11/05/2025: Very nice and well looked after place, basic traditional cuisine but with modern dishes, good selection of wines and excellent value for money, an excellent Tuscan Osteria that looks to the modern. Very attentive service

18/05/2025: We returned after a particularly positive experience about 2 years ago, with a memorable Florentine steak. This time we ordered a rib eye steak; well, tough, rubbery, full of nerves, a chewing gum. Decent flavor, but nothing exceptional. We pointed it out and practically nothing happened. Someone was supposed to come and talk to us, but no one deigned to. Not a proposal for a replacement, not a dessert offered, not a word of apology, not a discount on the bill. For having consumed a 1.2 kg rib eye steak with American gum between two, two small salads, a 37.5 cl bottle of Chianti, two coffees and a mineral water... Over €90. Never again.

15/05/2025: We were craving for pasta, all of us had pasta and it was good home made pasta, excellent. Service was spot on, dining area clean and inviting. Nothing negative to say, good meal at a decent price in a good environment. I would definitely go back,

14/05/2025: We happened upon the only pizzeria open for lunch. Well-limited pizza with a crunchy but not hard base. Delicious. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended. Pizza with little salt and leavened, very light and super digestible. They also do express dishes. Pici., tagliatelle, ... Wow

28/04/2025: The "new management" is very disappointing...1st was very good. NOW poor table service. Empty deals are not taken and not quality food. In an evening with a semi-empty place, almost 2 hours for five courses. I'm disappointed it was one of the best Asian restaurants.

27/04/2025: I also frequented this restaurant under the previous management, now with the new one it has really surpassed itself! Excellent quality food, courteous service, kind and available for every request, unbeatable price. I particularly recommend the very fresh sashimi! Also suitable for children, given the variety of dishes (last time with us there was a 7 year old daughter of friends who enjoyed the entire menu with satisfaction)
