25/02/2025: Solitamente i ristoranti degli alberghi sono modesti; jn questo caso si è, invece, rivelato una piacevole sorpresa. Si mangiano proposte ispirate alla cucina della tradizione toscana davvero buone. Adeguata scelta di vini. Servizio attento e curato. Consigliato.

22/02/2025: Je n'évalue que ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette. Je ne doute pas que le cadre doit être encore plus splendide en été, avec la promesse d'un déjeuner ou d'un dîner sur la terrasse du 7ème étage avec la vue sur les collines de Toscane. Cependant je dois dire que je n'ai trouvé ici que des plats assez fades. Une présentation comme dans un restaurant gastronomique mais sans le goût. C'est cher, c'est moyen, sans plus. Ça va si vous n'avez pas d'autre solution.

03/01/2025: Abbiamo preso un piatto tris io e i miei 2 amici abbiamo pagato apposta di 10 euro al piatto 50 euro tutto il conto che tra l'altro il mio amico non aveva preso neanche una pietanza che comunque glielano fatto pagare. Cameriera scortese in quel momento apposta di occuparsi dei clienti se ne andata a mangiare al tavolo vicino. Il gusto del cibo pessimo. Esperienza da non ripetere.

24/05/2025: The restaurant offers a variety of Asian dishes: not only Chinese, but also Thai, Japanese and Korean. The dishes are not only plentiful, but also really well made and the prices are really affordable. I will definitely be back!

08/04/2025: family-run place to which I am very attached. the menu includes typical dishes from various Asian countries, from sushi to Korean bibimpap. all very good but be careful with the spicy. I recommend the single Thai dish, exceptional.

03/05/2025: Unfortunately Fiorentina was a total disappointment. I understand that a tourist restaurant near Piazza del Campo, frequented by foreign customers who are often inexperienced in Italian cuisine, can offer banal and poorly prepared dishes. However, finding yourself with tough meat, devoid of flavour, probably not even of local origin, and without even the possibility of adding coarse salt, is something I didn't think could happen in Tuscany. Such a low level is truly unacceptable for a land that should represent excellence in gastronomic tradition. The other dishes, taken by my friends, were average.

03/05/2025: On May 1st I went to this tavern. Nice, welcoming place. Excellent food and friendly service, considering the crowd of tourists present. I absolutely recommend.

El restaurante está situado a solo unos cien metros de la plaza principal, por lo que es fácil de encontrar pero agradablemente escondido. Ofrecen una buena selección de platos, y el servicio fue excelente durante toda nuestra visita. Un lugar encantador para disfrutar de una buena comida en un entorno encantador!

19/01/2025: Had a very good cappucino and a good filled croissant (chocolate/pistaccio) here two days in a row, very cheaply and was served in a friendly and professional manner in English. Price-performance ratio is very good. Sure, it's at the bus station, but if you're looking for an exclusive ambience you'll have to delve deeper into the city and then accept higher prices.
