07/08/2024: Nice location with great view over the mountains and villages. Strong WiFi in room and around the hotel. However the hotel is showing wear. Dents in the elevator door, towels in our room start to fray etc.

06/08/2024: This is a GEM of a hotel/resort and the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. From check-in with Manuel & Jarrad (two fabulous human beings) that love to serve guest needs around the clock with professionalism and kindness, to Lorenzo running the restaurant with incredible food that I barely photographed because I inhaled it before remembering to get pictures most times, to the beautiful hostess Priscilla always ensuring gorgeous seating, to the live music on select nights (great talented people), to Achille keeping the pool sparkling clean and safe with monitoring the chemicals often, to Serena serving us food and cocktails at the pool area, to the 2 fabulous deep tissue massages I did at their spa… if I could give this resort 100 stars I would. The GM George (shout-out from a fellow Lebanese person) should be extremely proud of his hotel, staff, spa, and all around experience his team gives. 100/10 and no exaggeration. I’ve never seen a better or more dedicated staff than at this resort. They work hard around the clock and are ready to serve all your needs. They did a fabulous job on our much needed laundry too and the price is beyond fair for the service. We extended by 3 extra days and skipped time elsewhere for this because of how amazing the second we walked in was until the second we left. It’s gorgeous, very clean, and the BEST air conditioning found in Italy. They had separate adjustable thermostats in the bedroom and living room and our stay was SO comfortable. It’s honestly even more gorgeous in person and my pictures do not do it justice. You must go to see it in person. The views are incredible 🇮🇹 This is an Indigenous part of northern Tuscany that I’m so grateful we found. Stay here. It is worth every penny and compared to prices elsewhere, it’s very reasonable. I love you Renaissance Tuscany, your entire staff, and we will be back. We are an active-duty US military family that has gone all over the world and this is hands down the best place we have ever stayed from start to finish. Relaxing, peaceful, accommodating, and views that literally take your breath away. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable . We love you and will come back often for the rest of our lives. Superlative le tagliatelle con gamberi e tartufo e la tagliata di tonno. Selezione di dolci con ricette molto gustose. Notevole la lista dei vini nazionale e non. Abitiamo a due passi e, senza nessun motivo particolare, l'abbiamo sempre snobbata E' stata una piacevole sorpresa e sicuramente ci torneremo. Prezzi medio alti, ma adeguati alla qualità del cibo

Having lunch at the Ulisse Restaurant in Seravezza was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The environment is welcoming and refined, with a rustic and refined atmosphere at the same time. The real protagonist, however, was the food. We ate from the starter to the first and second courses, which led us to discover the best flavors of Tuscan cuisine. Each dish was a true work of art, both in presentation and taste. You could see the passion and attention to detail in every single ingredient. We particularly appreciated the rabbit salad with raisins and pine nuts, trio of appetizers with mushroom carpaccio, salad with horse meat shreds. Stewed wild boar with polenta and duck cooked at low temperature. The selection of wines is also delicious, with high quality local and national labels. The service was impeccable, with attentive and thoughtful waiters who guided us in the choice of dishes and wines. The value for money is excellent, considering the high quality of the food and service. In short, if you are looking for a restaurant where you can enjoy a truly special gastronomic experience, the Ulisse Restaurant is the right place for you. We highly recommend it to all lovers of good food. Recommended for: lovers of good food, special occasions, lunches and dinners. 25/08/2024: Fast and courteous service I didn't try the savory ones, but as for donuts, donuts and brioches, everything was delicious There is the possibility of taking away with a tray, so it remains convenient to eat anywhere

24/08/2024: The pastas also taste good and are of decent quality but the problem is the staff. I am referring in particular to a fairly young girl with light eyes who is often at the counter. If you hesitate for 3 seconds to choose the pastries or sandwiches she already looks at you badly and you can see that she is annoyed. Not to mention if you "dare" ask her a question. But has no one ever told you how to relate to customers when working in contact with the public? I'm sorry but next time I'll spend my money elsewhere.

21/07/2024: Centrally located facility, easy to reach, dedicated parking. Upon arrival, very courteous staff are ready to help you even with your bags; I would say excellent first impression. I booked a superior room with hydromassage tub, the view from the windows was a bit "poor" but nothing to criticize after all it is a historic centre. Nothing short of perfect bathroom with “Yacuzzi” tub. Very large room, slightly poor mini bar. Rooms with the presence of a double pillow, which is very useful. Found a room already conditioned, a sign of attention. Very rich breakfast and I repeat reception and staff very courteous and ready to help you. I give my mere opinion 5 stars, they can improve but they are on the right track.

21/08/2024: Situata sulla strada che collega Lucca a Ssn Giuliano, ha un ampio parcheggio e molti tavolini esterni. Ci siamo fermati incuriositi dal pienone di gente e abbiamo capito perché! La selezione di brioche e’ molto amplia. Abbiamo optato per delle sfoglie alla mela meravigliose, con dadini di frutta dentro che sciolgono in bocca e la sfoglia croccante e leggera, perfettamente caramellata. I prezzi sono al di sotto della media. Il personale gentilissimo! Torneremo!

16/08/2024: I flew by. The ice cream shop is excellent. The restaurant has three separate cash registers depending on your needs (bar, ice cream shop, bookshop). Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Internal room and large external space. Ample parking. I'll be back for sure
