27/04/2026: Gentlemen, never again, but then, I've been frequenting this refuge for years, I was reluctant to find out about this change in management. We ordered a platter of cured meats, platter!? A plate with 4 cured meats and olives, €14... lasagna, non-existent béchamel, non-existent ragù... €14 but can the food go through, or rather let's let it go through... but what about the behavior? At the next table who had booked at 1pm like us, at 1:40pm nothing had arrived. When the waitress, a lady with short hair who was trying to be nice, complained, she said these exact words: "Do you want to come to the kitchen? We're short of staff." If you take reservations and you know how many people you have, and there were really few!!! And despite this, you're not prepared, change jobs!!! OLD MANAGERS, where are you?????????

26/04/2026: I've known this refuge for a while and have always eaten very well there, so yesterday's lunch left me a bit perplexed. The menu was rather limited: the lasagna was lukewarm and a bit dry, the pork loin was unremarkable, and the side dishes were decent but not particularly noteworthy. The dessert and coffee, however, were good. The price, having increased by a few euros, seemed a bit high for what was offered. I'm writing this as a constructive recommendation because the place is truly beautiful and has great potential: with a few more options on the menu (such as a simple pasta with meat sauce), the experience could be significantly improved. I'll gladly return for another opportunity.
