09/07/2026: I'd already been there for a couple of company dinners over Christmas, and it couldn't be rated highly enough. Since I was in the area, I had the opportunity to dine in complete tranquility. The place is welcoming, with excellent air conditioning (with 40 degrees outside, it's fabulous to be inside). I tried the appetizer and fish main course. Everything was excellent, what can I say? Recommended.

16/07/2026: Terrible experience. The dishes I ordered were completely wrong, and the menu isn't updated. The staff doesn't apologize, but justifies every mistake, and to top it all off, the receipt isn't a tax receipt. I'll stop here. I wasn't wrong: cold, rubbery pasta without Trapani pesto and couscous with 2 shrimp, salt and pepper for flavor. I'll move on.... She told me you hadn't updated the menu because I could have chosen the chicken option, so there was only one couscous... I wasn't asked if I wanted another dish; you chose for me. I'll stop here.

24/03/2026: The most expensive takeout rotisserie I've ever seen. A truly disappointing experience. It's now become a rotisserie aimed at tourists, not residents. The prices are exorbitant, even higher than a restaurant where you sit down, are served, and have water and a cover charge included (see the nearby osteria). The quality of the food is absolutely subpar: it's unacceptable to offer simply sautéed frozen vegetables at such high prices. The roast beef actually costs more than a Florentine steak at a restaurant, which is truly absurd. I ordered grilled vegetables and a piece of lasagna, spending €27: an incredible amount for what you get. NEVER AGAIN.

07/12/2025: Very large and well-structured space. Before this brand, there was another fast food chain. The dishes aren't many, but what they do have is good. Very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. The outdoor parking lot isn't very large.

12/05/2026: By chance, while walking, I came across this pastry shop. The name Serafini reminded me of a pastry shop I frequent a lot in Florence on Via Gioberti. I was intrigued, and decided to have an aperitivo, but upon entering I found everything and more, so I went straight for an aperitif. The table was really well set, with plenty of food to eat. The girls, one in particular who brought me drinks, gave me a dessert at the end. The gentleman at the cash register did the same, but I had already eaten the cream puff, so I declined. The price is fair, like everywhere else where they do aperitifs, in fact, they're even 2 euros cheaper. The only disappointment is that the place is too small inside and I think it could use a renovation to better capture the customer's attention. Other than that, there's nothing to say. I found the staff friendly and kind...I recommend it. I'll definitely be back.

18/05/2026: For me it was the best ice cream shop in Florence, unfortunately the last few times I've been I've found the prices have gone up absurdly (€4.50 for a waffle cone with two flavors?!? €1 for added cream??), portions have decreased, and the quality of the product has deteriorated. It's a shame because I was a regular customer and I used to recommend it to everyone.

04/07/2026: Delicious place, divine food, especially Peruvian. The staff are kind, polite, and professional. It's a shame I'm in Rome, but when I return to Florence, I'll come back to eat at this fantastic place.

19/07/2026: Pasticceria Minni has a name in Florence, but you can't live on the past. They're rude beyond decency, and their prices are completely out of line, especially given the slovenly nature of the place (very little space, old furniture, and dim lighting). The quality of the pastries varies because they often serve stale food. Pastries from the day before or dry savory pastries with yellowed cheese. The coffee isn't anything special. I only go there for the millefeuille these days, but even then, watch the weight. They charge a fortune, and if you check at home, the weight is always lower than advertised. There are much, much better places in the area.

30/06/2026: Japanese sushi restaurant near the city center. The atmosphere is very formal and sophisticated, even too much so in my opinion. The sushi is good, with excellent ingredients. The wait staff, in my opinion, given the formality of the atmosphere (and the prices), is not up to par and quite rude. It's worth coming here for the good sushi, but otherwise it's not worth it.

27/06/2026: We returned today for a business lunch. The food was excellent, the location perfect, and the staff were professional and very friendly. I highly recommend it.

30/04/2026: A Neapolitan pizzeria where you can savor the flavors of the South. The pizza is excellent, both for the quality of the ingredients and for its lightness. The staff is friendly and helpful.

11/01/2026: Once one of the best low-cost Neapolitan pizzas in Florence. Now, only subpar products, a lack of professionalism, and prices too high for the quality offered. What a shame.

29/03/2026: How delicious! To start the day with a smile, this is the perfect spot. Here, Florentine tradition reigns supreme, without chasing fads or social media trends: just classic pastries made just right. The cream? Truly delicious, the kind that makes you close your eyes at the first bite. A little morning ritual that instantly puts you in a good mood. Pierre degustateur approves... and goes back to breakfast.

11/11/2025: The prices are fair compared to other places in Florence. The soy cappuccino was good and the pasta was acceptable. We were a group of six and decided to give it 3 stars because, unfortunately, the pasta wasn't great. Furthermore, despite being a pastry shop, they didn't offer vegan pastries, and the ones they did have lacked the fresh flavor we usually find in other pastry shops.

12/08/2026: The service wasn't pleasant. The person paid for food and drinks and didn't get to eat because the staff came to throw him outside in the 40-degree heat because the lady closes to clean at 11 a.m. - a disaster and a tragedy.

11/08/2026: The brioche and focaccia were very good but the staff were rude, especially one with red hair.
