14/07/2025: Restaurant sympathique ,tenu par parent et enfant si j'ai bien compris. Les pâtes étaient plutôt bonnes, la charcuterie également. J'ai été davantage déçue avec la pizza ( prosciutto funghi) qui était trop chargée (malgré un tarif imbattable de 9 €). j'ai eu du mal à la finir et à digérer. La pâte était un peu trop épaisse.

12/05/2025: Fantástica cena y servicio. Cuatro de nosotros no teníamos reservas, pero nos acomodaron. Volvimos 3 noches seguidas. ¡Genial!

18/08/2025: Best place to have delicious and cheap coffee. Their hot chocolate is wonderful.

24/06/2025: Rude with the customer. They were serving me and, since an older customer arrived, they served him leaving me waiting for no reason. When I asked for explanations, all the waitresses answered me together to make me feel in the minority and in the wrong. It's a real shame, I grew up in this neighborhood and I didn't expect it.

15/07/2025: I went with my brother and my father for an appetizer, pizza and dessert, friendly and nice atmosphere, family atmosphere highly recommended, there are lots of alternatives I will go back

15/06/2025: the wait is really stressful. the time spent waiting for the food was not repaid with the service and the quality of the food. let's not talk about the "water-shooting" fans that disturb the meal. in short, not worth returning to. the tiramisu (if made by you) was good.

27/08/2025: I came for a quick lunch with my mother. Very nice place. It was almost full inside, so we sat outside (which I would have preferred anyway!) The staff were very kind and attentive, so the service was welcoming and fast, but the atmosphere was relaxed :) The zucchini and gorgonzola risotto from the menu was very good, but the dish of the day (pici with tomato sauce and burrata) was also delicious! We had a great time, thank you.

09/06/2025: I have the bad luck that every time I come to buy a cake it is always dry and hard. I think it is because it is not fresh. The staff is welcoming but the service is very poor.

29/08/2025: The pizza isn't anything special, and the outdoor seating is nice, as long as they don't put you at a table in the flowerbed, literally on the ground. The real sore point is the owner, who's unfriendly and rude to customers; it feels like you're spiteful to her by eating there. Plus, the service is excruciatingly slow because the owner delivers the takeout pizzas first and serves the customers at the tables last.

25/08/2025: Got a table on Saturday evening without a reservation. The worst of all, even though almost all the tables were free. Ordering was quick. You could watch the pizza oven and pizza chef at work. The ordered pizzas were on the table within about 5 minutes. Just as it should be. The pizzas were delicious, and the price was right. I didn't tip for two Copertos at €2.50 each.

18/05/2025: Tried tonight with takeaway service. Delivery time scrupulously respected, well done. Really very good pizza base, well leavened, soft and well cooked. More than enough toppings to the eye, but my ham and mushrooms was very in need of salt, while my father's margherita was perfect. Excellent value for money. To try again with other toppings.

03/05/2025: A small Italian pizzeria, excellent dough and toppings. Sales mainly for takeaway, but you can sit down and enjoy a great pizza with a beer or wine. Very nice owner, knows how to take care of the customer. Prices are moderate and appropriate to the quality.

06/08/2025: On the plus side: it has a tremendous view. But I am not recommending this establishment. Of course you're paying a premium for the view and rooftop experience. But the prices are outrageous. For this price a full set of aperatif food (finger sandwiches, etc.) should be given out. All you get is a small bowl of olives, breadstick bites and coated peanuts. It is worth noting that the price point on the menu is NOT reflective of the final price. The "special aperativo" item on the menu was effectively doubled for the actual spritz cocktail itself. I found this very shady. The pool and rooftop also just doesn't have that "wow" factor like it seems like it might have from the photos on Google Maps. We didn't order any food but it looked extremely average. It is also very inaccessible to people with mobility issues. The attitude of the servers themselves was fine. No complaints there, just to be clear. Probably fine to check out if you're already a guest of the hotel, but if you're like me and thought it looked worth taking a detour for as a tourist, I wouldn't bother. Again, I'm finding it a bit challenging to review places in Florence because it just seems like I'm missing something and just keep falling for trap after trap. I don't know who is giving some of these mediocre and overpriced places 5 stars. I can only hope a few people read my reviews and can avoid making some of the same mistakes I did.

11/07/2025: A classic bar and pastry shop run by upper-class Florentines. €8 Spritz... says it all. And the quality of the drink is average. The pastry shop is good, but for goodness sake... saying it's a robbery without a gun is an understatement.

16/07/2025: Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Small portions, rude and annoyed staff. Average prices. The food itself wouldn't be bad if it hadn't arrived cold.

29/06/2025: We went to this "pizzeria" tonight for a friend's birthday. We ordered from the kitchen rather than the oven: we were unlucky. Ambience: 80s/90s, which I personally don't mind, but without care and cleanliness. They placed us on the veranda where two large air conditioners stood out, not working. On a very hot evening they opened the windows and put a couple of fans. The result was not disastrous but not comfortable either, given the prices. Food: I paid over 55 euros for home-made food and badly cooked to boot. After a passable tomato bruschetta (but the bread is from a local bakery, not theirs), I had penne alla boscaiola in which the pasta was overcooked, the mushrooms were practically non-existent and there was an excess of cream that covered everything together with some scraps of cooked ham and some peas. If I had wanted a pasta with cream, ham and peas (badly cooked to boot) I would have made other choices. The result was that my mouth was filled with cream. The final blow was with the fried fish (a whopping 18 euros): a few squid and a few shrimp with a few tragically shriveled lettuce leaves. The batter was coming off and the consistency of this frozen fish was almost the same as that of a gingham, a sign that the raw material was not of quality and the frying was done badly. Inedible squid rings, shrimp probably fried and refried. In addition, some of my companions had ordered a fried vegetable dish that had the same problems and was inedible. Furthermore, the batter was dotted with black spots that indicated that the cooking oil had not been changed correctly, fish and vegetables had been fried in the same oil (which should not be done) and at too low a temperature. For 18-20 euros in Livorno they give me a very abundant dish with fresh fish and correct and light frying. Same problem with the French fries: few, small and badly cooked. If you don't know how to do things, they shouldn't be on the menu. For a personal bill of 57 euros (and with a receipt that indicated 57 euros for pizza and not the individual courses, another irregular and unprofessional thing) an experience absolutely NOT to be repeated, also considering that this place is in Quinto and not in Piazza della Signoria in Florence. The service was unprofessional and slow as well as inadequate for the bill paid, but also for a Festa dell'Unità: ten minutes to have a bottle of water changed or to have bread, and the place was semi-deserted. Long pauses between one course and another. No customer care. Waitress who didn't even know the dishes on the menu, who addressed 70-year-olds with the informal "tu" (I may be a bit old-fashioned, but in my day an 18-year-old would address someone so much older) and who then, bored, stood at the side of the room in a corner with her cell phone and cigarette in her hand. Unacceptable for any place. Conclusion: STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

27/07/2025: They hid behind their backs the possibility of a 20% discount on phone orders so as not to let anyone see them when they entered and paid. For fairness and transparency, this should be highlighted or at least made visible. Lack of transparency, which is a shame because I was a regular customer but I expected better treatment. Once I pointed this out, they said, "Oh well."

04/06/2025: Essen gut. Tourist scheinbar Gast zweiter Klasse: Wir waren die einzigen Touristen. Alle bekamen das obligatorische Glas Sekt, wir nicht!
