17/09/2025: I expected better, the person who recommended it to me isn't reliable; so I read the reviews a bit, but the reviews weren't reliable either. Raw pizza for the whole table. Despite the complaints, nothing to compensate. The interior furnishings are quite uncomfortable, especially the chairs. You can even climb on the mirrors. Thinking about just making money doesn't seem like the best solution to me. 👏. I asked myself the question and answer; WILL I GO BACK? NO!

07/09/2025: My partner and I went for a drink. It was a really nice place! There was music from the DJ, and you could dance if you wanted. You can have dinner, and the food looks good, but I was there after dinner, so I didn't have a chance to try it. The prices I saw were fair. A great place to host various private events, parties, or just go for a good time!

15/08/2025: I've eaten both meat and fish there. It's true that you have to go and get your food and bring it to your table, but I don't understand the criticism. Everything is very close, the kitchen is open, and the prices are fair and varied because the dishes are elaborate, very tasty, and plentiful, and the kitchen is quick. I've always eaten there very well, and the atmosphere is friendly and spacious, shaded, and there's always music playing in the evenings.

28/02/2026: I've always been told it was very expensive but very good... actually, it was a fair price for an à la carte option and average quality... let's say it was pretty good if it weren't for the curly-haired waitress who was completely rude and not at all welcoming... before leaving, I even asked her where the bathroom was and she almost rolled her eyes.

16/02/2026: I've been a regular at this place since it opened, but something very unpleasant happened this morning. After what happened, I've decided I won't be returning. I was sitting at the table drinking a cappuccino when another customer, to get a drink, opened the refrigerator door behind me. At that moment, a beer bottle fell, and the impact caused the cap to come off, completely soaking the back of my down jacket. I explained what happened to the manager, but was told that "there are people who don't know how to open the refrigerator; it's happened several times already, and it's not our fault." If it's happened several times, then they should take measures to avoid further accidents, such as changing the way the bottles are arranged. I'm attaching a photo: sitting at that table is dangerous. You risk getting showered with beer and having to pay for laundry, or worse, a bottle breaking and someone getting hurt. When it first opened, this place had good, inexpensive desserts, and the staff was friendly. Lately, however, prices have gone up and the friendliness has diminished. I'd already thought several times about quitting, but this episode was decisive.

08/03/2026: I needed to charge my phone, so I ordered something, right after. I asked the attendant where the socket was and he said there was no socket, so I cancelled the order. It's ridiculous that there is no socket.

08/03/2026: AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I’m sad I could not give this bar 0 stars. The food is mediocre and the service was deplorable. I cannot even give the girl serving the donuts the benefit of the doubt and attribute this experience to a language barrier because I speak fluent Italian and have been living here for years. I asked if the donuts had filling and she cut me with a harsh “yes”, then I had to follow with “chocolate?” and “vanilla?” just to be answered on the same uninterested and very rude tone. She looked annoyed I was even there. I have been visiting and living in Italy for years and I’ve never seen such a rude attitude.

04/12/2025: I go there often, but this time, they won't see me again. I stopped for something hot and opted for a plain hot chocolate. I was a little disappointed when they charged me €7.50 at the cashier, especially since I'd ordered it at the counter and not at a table. Next time, they'll see me with binoculars.

04/08/2025: The place is beautiful. But the ramen isn't up to par. My ramen was incredibly salty, while my brother's was tasteless. I had to order some of his soup to counteract the saltiness of mine. The service was average. The prices were too high for the quality.

14/06/2025: Prenotato tramite sito, come indicato da loro, abbiamo avuto la conferma di prenotazione Ci siamo presentati (nel centro di Firenze, quindi non facile da raggiungere e soprattutto trovare parcheggio) e il ristorante era chiuso per ferie. Questa chiusura, da giugno ad agosto compreso, non viene indicata né sul sito né sui social del ristorante. Pessima comunicazione

08/10/2025: I wanted to tell the lady behind the counter that making a face and adding a euro to the bill just because you pay by card is truly a slob, especially when the bar is full of paying people and considering that under €15 there is no commission. Also, I suggest not filling the croissants until they burst with filling because, more than making them delicious, it just makes them disgusting.

07/10/2025: My favorite pastry shop in Rifredi. Lots of sweet and savory selections, but I personally prefer their desserts! The custard is very well made! The service is fast and friendly despite the crowds. They're excellent, and I go back whenever I can.

05/01/2026: What a disappointment. The quality of the food may be excellent, as is the choice of flours and ingredients, but I think it should go hand in hand with good manners. Unnecessarily offending customers because they fill up your restaurant, and having to endure the clerk's whiny/offensive monologue in the queue while waiting, I was shocked. But then, never again. What a shame.
