07/02/2025: Good morning, I wanted to respond to the previous comment from Mrs. Rexhina Leka to inform you of the fact that we only use vanilla pods from Madagascar, therefore it may happen that some pieces remain, but I certainly do not accept the fact that our hygiene is questioned, much less that you make wrong assumptions about our pastry shop. We are sorry for this inconvenience and I hope I have clarified all your doubts.

13/05/2025: Unfortunately I have to give one star to this place 2 minutes walk from my business! Every day it gets worse, the food is poor and overpriced, sometimes re-proposed for several days, they changed the bread supplier, it is inedible, good desserts but it is lucky if you find them fresh.. last but not least today I paid €4.30 for a pack of 6 eggs, I thought they were gold.. the manager is always unfriendly and not very friendly, then they wonder why there are no people! Lack of organization, very high prices that not even in a jewelry store, honestly to AVOID! I only save 2/3 girls who work there, they are very nice..

29/05/2025: Entro con mia moglie che sceglie una Treccia con la crema, il nostro sguardo cade su di un cartello del bar: “Munirsi dello scontrino prima di ordinare”, vado in fila alla cassa, dopo poco entra un cliente che guarda le paste e dice, dopo aver letto il cartello,: “Ma devo fare prima lo scontrino?” Uno dei gestori risponde: “No, no cosa vuole?” ed il cliente: “Ma Treccia con la crema” Io esco dalla fila e rivolgendomi al gestore: “Ma ce sono altre di Trecce con la crema?” Ed il gestore: “No, era l’ultima” ed io: “Siete scorretti, io osservo le vostre regole e mi trovo penalizzato”, ovviamente siamo andati via.

25/02/2025: Diciamo un posto dove la fa da padrona la pizza e pala eviterei altri tipi di cucinato direi buoni i coccoli con gli affettati e la pala da noi presa non era male ...forse un po' caro il rapporto qualità prezzo in un locale che forse pensa più a sfornare che coccolare i clienti ... cmq non peggio o meglio di altri

23/05/2025: The very friendly staff is definitely the best thing about the Sant'Apollonia cafeteria. The food is what you would expect from a cafeteria: a negative note for the pasta, which often has the consistency of boiled semolina and the sauce was seen through binoculars. For the rest of the menu, everything is pretty standard. The negative note goes to the rest of the building, which is in appalling conditions and although I know that the company that provides meals is not responsible, having bathrooms like that in a university environment is a crime to report, and after a certain hour darkness reigns supreme. All the walls are stained with graffiti of horrendous taste and I find it indecent to use the outside basement as a dump. The aesthetic contrast between the cafeteria and the rest of the building is notable.

09/04/2025: Estaba esperando junto a una silla a que mi pareja pidiera nuestra comida y bebidas, y un miembro del personal me gritó que me fuera por tener un sándwich de otra tienda en la mano. A pesar de no sentirnos bienvenidos en este momento, nos mudamos a otro asiento juntos para beber nuestro café y comer nuestra bollería. Dos bocados de nuestra pastelería después, y la misma mujer (que trabaja en la caja registradora) chasqueó los dedos gritando "¡OYE, NO, NO, NO, SAL!" . . e intencionalmente hizo una escena frente a todos en el café - a pesar de tener literalmente dos tazas de café y pasteles en nuestra mano de este café. Puedes imaginar lo desagradable que te sentirías en esta situación. Después de explicar lo obvio, (que estamos pagando a los clientes) nos dejó para comer . . pero este fue nuestro último desayuno de lo que había sido unas vacaciones encantadoras, así que inmediatamente nos fuimos.
