20/07/2025: Ordered a €56.80 boat through Justeat, arrived completely upside down, terrible. I called the restaurant to report the problem, but they blamed the delivery driver... nothing more. The quality of the food doesn't justify the price. The images on the website don't reflect what you receive. Very disappointed.

07/07/2025: I have been going to Zushi periodically since it first opened and I must say that the place has changed enormously from what was trendy and well-kept: the quality of the food has gone down as well as the care in the execution of the dishes but the biggest change has been in the management of the place and especially the staff. Today, unlike in the past, there is a staff that is nothing short of terrible. The final prices at the cash register are promptly increased by a few € and not as a random error but as a modus operandi given that it has occurred every time I have paid at the cash register. Furthermore, if you point out the issue at the cash register, the young ladies of the staff respond rudely justifying themselves with excuses for not updating the prices on the paper menu compared to the electronic one. A unique and shameful mockery. Even though the food is good quality, I will never set foot there again because of the staff that, unfortunately, the place has. Last but not least, the place is kept very badly both in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. For the prices it offers it should be adequately looked after but this does not happen I imagine always the issue of the terrible lazy staff, as well as arrogant and fraudulent, even in keeping the premises adequately clean and tidy.

21/04/2025: We got 3 ice creams. A salted caramel that tasted like nothing and a cookie where there wasn't even a piece of biscuit inside and tasteless. The Sicilian cassata is a little better. Overall unrepeatable experience

06/06/2025: La mejor vista en Florencia, servicio amable y buena comida! La brisa en la azotea nos enfrió después de un día caluroso. La música se nos acercó desde la plaza de abajo. Y el filete de ternera era una generosa porción de derretimiento - en - su - delicia de la boca!

04/06/2025: Vóór ons bezoek aan Florence kregen we de tip dit warenhuis te bezoeken om er op het dakterras te gaan lunchen en te genieten van het uitzicht. De entree was niet echt geslaagd. Op de 4e etage stond een hekje en moeten we wachten op een serveerster. Die vroeg op hautaine manier wat we boven wilden doen. Lunchen. Ohhhh dan is het goed. De bediening boven was al even onvriendelijk. Toch redelijk geluncht. Salade en tafelgenoot vier kleine broodjes die goed smaakten en er mooi uitzagen. Op de 4e verdieping nog ff toilet bezocht. Vreselijk wat een vieze bende. Geen toiletpapier en alle damestoiletten als een zwijnenstal. Zo jammer.

12/07/2025: A unique spot to escape the heat, but the pizzas aren't very varied, and there's no menu; the waiter dictates the choices. The fried apples are delicious! Cash only!

01/05/2025: Probably the best pizza of my life and the appetizer was a thing of beauty. The service was great even though they were quite busy. You can watch them make the Pizza and the wine was so local that the bottle doesn’t even have a label, it was delicious. Be aware though, you can only pay cash but it’s worth robbing a bank for.

10/07/2025: Prezzi da furto! Un fritto misto di mare 20€ che era poco duro e sicuramente scongelato al momento, un primo alle vongole, pasta molto buona ma sughetto insipido, altro primo chitarra di mare buona ma non giustifica il prezzo. 3€ a coperto , mezzo litro di vino bianco tre palline di gelato totale 80€ per un pranzo che ne valeva si e no 45. Peccato perché il locale all’esterno sarebbe in una belle piazzetta. Ah i tavoli erano cocenti dal sole simbolo che gli ombrelloni erano stati aperti all’ultimo . Da evitare !

12/05/2025: I ordered take out tonight, overall it wasn't going too badly until the bamboo chicken and Chinese mushrooms.... The bamboo was clearly rotten/gone bad, it tasted like urine mixed with wet wood (some might say that's the flavor of bamboo but always taking these dishes in Chinese restaurants I assure you there was something wrong with them). Searching on the internet the risks from rotten bamboo are very high, even Botulinum contamination, I'm almost thinking of calling the NAS for a health check. Shame on you.

21/04/2025: Passo spesso da queste parti in viaggio per lavoro, ho scoperto questo ristorante grazie a una persona del luogo, e da allora cerco sempre di fermarmi per la cena in questo ristorante quando passo in zona. Ho assaggiato un po’ tutti i piatti del menu dalla carne ai primi passando per i salumi e per i dolci. Direi che il mio piatto preferito restano i ravioli di “mucco pisano” (prezzo 12€) è un bel piatto di ravioli ripieni di carne locale conditi con un abbondante ragù sempre fatto con carne locale. Molto buoni sono anche le carni e i salumi. Per un antipasto carne dolce a cena, sei intorno ai 50 €. Però ci sono altri piatti, come ad esempio i primi, che sono più economici. Questo locale fa anche la pizzeria, anche quella è molto buona. Ogni volta che sono passato in questo locale in qualunque giorno della settimana, l’ho sempre trovato strapieno sia in estate che in inverno, sinonimo del fatto che la qualità della loro cucina è apprezzata anche da gente del posto. I dolci, prezzo medio 6€, sono un po’ piccini, per rispetto allo standard. Se si cerca un ristorante con carni di qualità, questo è il posto giusto.

21/02/2025: Cambio la precedente recensione per sottolineare quanto una gestione oculata faccia la fortuna di certe attività (insieme alla qualità del cibo e del bere). In una precedente occasione c'era stata un'incomprensione - causata anche da mia inesperienza - che aveva portato ad una brutta esperienza, ma il titolare e il direttore hanno fatto sì che l'impressione tornasse quella di prima, ovvero di un luogo di eccellenza.

07/08/2025: A less than positive experience. We booked the same day for four, specifically requesting a sea view, which we were told was guaranteed for every table, but... upon arrival, they put us at the first table next to the entrance corridor and the gate, with no beach. The explanation was that we had booked too late and therefore the tables were full. Unfortunately, throughout the entire dinner, several families showed up without reservations and were seated near the beach. As for the staff, we found them unprofessional, uninterested, and inattentive. Finally, three people ordered pasta with clams, two of whom felt ill during the night. I recommend looking at other restaurants in the area.

07/08/2025: Cena in 2. Location vista mare, sul mare, terrazza sulla spiaggia. Gentili giovani e premurosi. Menu classico. Antipasti vari tema mare terra. Il tris di formaggi porzione da Antman da stand fiera. Primi con pasta fatta in casa, tema mare, abbondanti. Secondi ancora mare e abbondanti. Niente dolce ne caffè. Abbiamo ordinato le tre portate per 1 persona, dividendoci i piatti. Costo 85 euro. Per 2 avremmo speso circa 150-170€. Bravi ragazzi ma fuori di testa, come tanti altri sull'isola.

04/08/2025: El lugar es agradable y hermoso, comida promedio y demasiado caro para eso. Yo diría que no es lugar para la cena familiar, ya que no hay una gran opción para los niños.
