17/05/2025: We were there this evening, I have to say that the quality of the food is not bad at all, but the service is poor to say the least. We waited an hour for the entire first order to arrive, not to mention the waiters who ignore you when you call them or the waitresses who ask you to pass the plates while you are eating when you can just go around the table. (No, the plates were definitely in an accessible position). At the cashier they huffed when one of us paid in cash and randomly added €2.50 more to the bill pretending it was a forgotten water when in reality it wasn't. In short, good food but service and customer care really need improvement.

09/06/2025: At the reception a strong smell of armpit greeted me. In the room a nauseating smell of spray (maybe they had just finished cleaning): it went away after hours. The sink is made in such a way that all the water falls on the floor and so the whole room becomes a puddle. At breakfast there was no fruit: I asked for a banana and they didn't even deign to tell me that there wasn't one. The TV didn't have a remote control: they gave it to me after 1 day and my repeated requests. The walls are thin, so there is no real silence. I called the reception but they didn't answer because they forgot to reactivate their switchboard. My experience strongly advises against this hotel.

08/06/2025: This review is not about a classic hotel stay. If you choose Art Hotel Museo exclusively for an overnight stay, you will probably have a positive experience. It all started in November 2023 with the first inspection, as it was the perfect structure to host an event through our APS (Associazione di Promozione Sociale). That evening we met for the first time Mr. Enrico Frosini, the hotel manager, who was intrigued by our proposal, as it was a particular format and we were sure they had never seen it before. We were shown the rooms that interested us, we had the opportunity to discuss extensively with Mr. Enrico and, in general, we were more than positively impressed by the welcome and the spaces available in their structure. We could say we were definitely satisfied with our first visit. In February 2024 we returned for a second visit, this time to carry out a promotional photoshoot on location together with some friends (who would also be potential participants in the event that we would have held here). We had arranged in advance with the hotel to find out about the availability of the rooms we were interested in, and in fact everything went smoothly. Mr. Luciano Margiotta (head of the hotel's events department/conference center) was present, and together with the rest of the staff present during the day he also had the opportunity to see the costumes that some participants could potentially wear during the event (our event would have provided the possibility, for participants who owned one, to wear hand-made "animal" costumes, similar to mascots, so to speak, without going into further detail). Even in this case, the staff seemed to have appreciated the visit, leaving us once again satisfied with the day just concluded at the facility. Last April 5th we returned for the last time to visit the facility together with the art director of our event, who asked us to view the event spaces in order to better understand their potential in terms of set-up. Even in this case we had agreed with the hotel on a day in which the rooms we were interested in were free. Once again everything was ok in this respect: we left the structure positively impressed again. At this point, hell began. We needed to get to the point, starting an exchange of emails with the structure to understand the actual feasibility of our event. We were told that they would be waiting for information and material to better understand the type of event. From that moment, several emails with descriptions, photos and videos were sent, phone calls were made to the hotel as it seemed they were not receiving the emails correctly, then we were told that in that period they were changing management and that this would have led to delays in responses, in total about ten emails were sent, to which no response was ever received. We contacted them on WhatsApp, receiving only a couple of vague and inconclusive responses. In one of the last phone calls, they asked us to detail every possible need and request of our event in a document. We proceeded to do as requested by also sending everything to their PEC mailbox. Again, no response. After dozens of attempts to interact with the facility, we began to look for alternatives, given the attitude taken in recent months. What happened forced us to throw away a year and a half of positive relationships maintained with Art Hotel Museo up to that point, making us waste a lot of time that we could have used more fruitfully with other facilities. Every time we visited the facility, people from Veneto and Lombardy came who even drove 7 HOURS A DAY to visit it, making us look questionable to say the least.

05/10/2024: Delicious food that will blow your mind. Especially pasta with truffles and ham, which was the best I ate in Tuscany. Excellent wines and very nicely served tiramisu. A nice atmosphere in the garden from which we can watch a small town teeming with life.

20/12/2024: Good food. The pizza was well stuffed and cooked, if you are Neapolitan like me it is difficult to give a 5 if it is not perfect... the atmosphere was pleasant.. nothing exceptional but what consoled me was the view just outside the restaurant on the other side of the road..

13/04/2025: Main Kitchen is a real discovery for the lunch break in Pisa: a diner that combines quality, speed and adequate prices. The dishes are always fresh, well prepared and varied, perfect for those looking for something good and light without sacrificing taste. The service is quick and efficient, ideal for those who have little time, but still want to eat well. Highly recommended!

21/05/2025: English: I was a Hanitue’ of Zushi at home, I took it about once a month with my girlfriend post Covid, we had to stop because the food arranged in the various boxes arrived all crumpled and rolls with Tartare practically had to be rebuilt, we decided to go to the restaurant since we don’t live far away, recently we have been 3 times, the place on all occasions did not leave us with a great feeling of cleanliness, dirty or marked table, white glasses streaked or with parts of peeling paint that seem to have something inside even if there isn’t, wooden placemat on the table dirty for both of us, the part of the table (on the lawn) where you put your legs, dirty in several places… when you see these things you don’t go and think that even the grass is particularly well-kept in terms of cleanliness, cushions where you sit cut or broken not only mine but also the other tables, the menus are dirty, sticky and full of fingerprints/fingerprints, the pages are held with scotch tape…. I would have overlooked these things if I had also eaten well, but a dinner based on Rolls was ruined by their quality, quality not so much of the ingredients that even if not at their best were not to be reviewed negatively but rather by their realization, thrown away as if made in a hurry, without at least the care that you would expect in that price range. The rolls that had tempura prawns, the tempura was cold unacceptable if you are in the presence of the restaurant. I did not like it and we felt cheated, moreover it was a special occasion, my girlfriend's birthday. A restaurant should help create good memories to be kept not negative experiences to be forgotten as soon as possible... positive note the service that in itself despite the waiter spilling part of my drink on the next table (without cleaning it) was sufficient, even their asking 4/5 times if everything was ok highlighted on their part not so much a care towards the customer as an evident awareness that something had gone wrong that evening and apparently the customer, we had noticed. If you want to eat rolls that are not compact and almost falling apart, with tasteless rice, no visual certainty about the freshness of the fish, in a place that is not very clean but with friendly staff at an above-average price, this place is absolutely for you, maybe not for your girlfriend's birthday. Too bad at that price we won't try again, it's not worth it.

14/05/2025: Beautiful interior. The sushi is not bad, but I did not like the chicken ramen. The prices are a bit high for such a combination of quality-price-service.

01/12/2024: First time at this business. Nice and spacious environment. Courteous and prompt staff. Ample parking. Unfortunately the rating is lowered by the final cooking of the pizza (double dough, well seasoned) which is burnt (below) for about a quarter. Fried good and dry. I reserve the right to change the evaluation, perhaps taking the products on a quieter evening. Positive experience.

01/05/2025: La pizza è buonissima, ottima direi per chi ama la pizza molto bassa e croccante. Una pizza che non appesantisce. L’unica cosa che stona in quel ristorante sono le sedie che continuamente fanno rumore muovendole da sotto al tavolo e si crea così un‘atmosfera sgradevole che neanche la musica riesce ad attenuare. Non parliamo poi di soggetti che si mettano a vedere la partita sul telefonino a tutto volume. Per il resto il ristorante è ottimo.

20/04/2025: The service was okay, but the pizza itself was a disaster. The floor was just as thin as the surface and didn't fit the Italian flair at all. No taste and we've forgotten eating pizza.
