21/08/2025: What can I say? We ate excellently, it was love at first sight! Impeccable service, and the waiter even recommended an excellent wine.
We returned for dinner a second time before leaving.

Attracted by the historic fame of this bar in the historic center, we went this morning for breakfast with a view, a granita and a brioche.
We even "betrayed" our usual morning delicacy dealer to come here.
8:20 am "Noooo, sorry, the granitas are being prepared, at least half an hour."
Jaw dropping, so disappointed, we moved 500 meters, and the matter was resolved.
Disappointment
13/08/2025: Words fail to explain the wonderful service we received from our customers. The best gelato with brioche bread, the best experience. We'll be back.

04/08/2025: This was our opening and closing place of our short stay in Siracusa. We love the staffs who were so friendly and helpful with my son’s allergies. Cheaper prices compared to other places, but quality is very high, good value for money. Also the atmosphere and environment was very chilling and clean.
20/07/2025: Super delicious bread and good food in general. The cleanliness is in order, the service is in order. The nice man explained to us the contents of the different breads without us asking.

08/06/2025: We went to get a handcrafted granita, really very good...we also tried some good sweets, maybe just a little too soaked in liquor...degustibis obviously!! Very nice and well-kept environment... kind and well-dressed staff, I really appreciate the fact that they are all dressed the same, it gives a sense of order not indifferent!! I recommend without a doubt
30/05/2025: Excellent place to taste the typical pastry based on cannoli, cassatine, almond paste sweets and other delicacies, all with the best quality and at the best price.
Actually they also sell arancin*, which I have not tasted, but I think they are at the same level.

17/08/2025: The staff was quite overwhelmed, unable to manage the people sitting and at the counter, and unsure if or when they'd be making more croissants or arancini. The products were good, but in Sicily, I would have expected something else.

27/07/2025: I had a brioche with ice cream and whipped cream. Nothing to complain about the ice cream, excellent, but the price was unreasonable: €4.80 for takeout.
Not even in Cefalù, sitting at a table in the square in front of the cathedral—a wonderful place—did I pay that much (€4.50).
The highest takeout price I've paid in Palermo and the province is no more than €3.50, and the brioches with ice cream are the best...

10/08/2025: We came here on the recommendation of the hotel where we were staying; we had the feeling they had an agreement between them.
The food is actually good, but the portions are ridiculously small and laughable for the price they charge.
My advice is that before going to this restaurant, take a stroll around the city center or the surrounding area, where there's more atmosphere and options.
We ordered tiramisu, which was very good, but it was literally just two spoonfuls.
09/08/2025: We paid €10 just for the table, and were charged four times for 'Calice Premium' wine, which we didn’t even drink. I had two beers, and my girlfriend had two glasses of Grillo. Also, to be honest, the food was just okay compared to other restaurants here.

The flavor of the gelato, in particular, is truly remarkable and worth a try. However, it's important to note that the prices are significantly higher than average. A €3.50 gelato cone, for example, makes the experience a truly occasional treat, rather than a daily treat.
08/08/2025: We had a mortadella, pistachio, and Philadelphia bombetta, a cannolo, and a brioche with pistachio Nutella. All three were amazing; you absolutely have to try them. The only downside: they charge a 20% service charge, so it's a bit pricey, but you have to have breakfast here for once.

01/08/2025: In vacanza a Noto, passando davanti al locale, siamo stati attratti da alcune delle proposte del loro menu, oltre che affascinati dalla vista che il ristorante offriva. Se temete di incappare in uno di quei posti "acchiappaturisti", vi sbagliate. Dall'accoglienza al conto, attenzioni, servizio preciso ma soprattutto cibo di alta qualità. Piatti tipici serviti in maniera semplice ma elegante, quantità decisamente soddisfacenti. Siamo rimasti talmente soddisfatti che qualche sera dopo ci siam tornati. Per nostra esperienza consigliamo : il cous cous con verdure, la caponata, la pasta alla carrettiera, le busiate alla pachinese e il pesce spada alla siciliana. Il titolare estremamente garbato, molto presente durante la cena,piacevole scambiare qualche chiacchierata con lui. Se siete a Noto e volete cenare in un ristorante in pieno centro,fermatevi qui.

ma cibo non all’altezza, a parte la quantità troppo misera il sapore….i ravioli di cernia conditi con una salsa che era troppo zuccherata, non si sentiva completamente il sapore della cernia ma solo di zucchero; stessa cosa vale per il tonno in agrodolce…troppo zucchero; ultima noto dolente i prezzi, decisamente troppo alti!

30/06/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo piccolo ristorante due sere a fila con le nostre figlie…e credo che l’espressione “come a casa” sia la migliore! Oltre ad essere molto originale come arredamento, ha a disposizione piccole distrazioni per i bambini, il menù è accattivante ma non hanno problemi a fare dei cambiamenti in base ai gusti degli ospiti grandi e piccoli! Sapori e profumi veri, cucinati sul momento, tanta gentilezza e cordialità! …e poi dopo le colazioni siciliane qualcosa di leggero e green a cena ci sta bene!!

18/05/2025: We sat down at 8:30 pm and ate at 10:30 pm. 2 hours of waiting to eat poor quality pizzas, hard dough that almost broke the knife when cutting them, they made other smaller tables pass in front of us (table for 12 people). Noisy place. Very kind waitress but that's not enough. Not recommended.
