25/11/2024: Cree en los comentarios sobre Amacord. Para que esté situado justo en frente de la plaza principal y tener una comida tan increíble es único. Disfrutamos del almuerzo allí el mes pasado en una excursión de un día desde Ragusa Isla donde nos alojamos. Su versión de caponata era excelente, al igual que todo lo que comimos. Me alegro de haber encontrado Amacord

31/12/2024: My review concerns multiple orders placed on JustEat over time: they don't read the notes, they don't transcribe the quantities correctly on their orders, they process the orders with biblical delays (last case: Sunday evening ordered pizzas at 6.30pm for 7.30pm, delivered at 8.30pm) , they put "order for delivery" even when the pizza has not yet been baked. If you call them they always reply that either they had problems in the room or the deliveryman is leaving at that moment. It's a shame because the pizza would also be decent, the problem is the total lack of seriousness in the management of telephone/electronic orders placed even well in advance. Practically those who come to collect takeaway have priority over home orders placed much earlier. I hope for an awareness of the owners in reviewing the management of orders to improve the quality of the service.

12/03/2025: after many recommendations regarding my serious food intolerance, they served me a meal that sent me straight to the emergency room.... the staff is so kind that in order not to tell me no they thought it best to poison me

28/01/2025: If you want to eat at the diner, go elsewhere! Polite and friendly staff, but for the rotisserie if I could give less stars I would.... Almost poor quality and no taste in addition to the fact that the prices are very high and it is absolutely not worth it. For the rest, excellent for drinking a good coffee and having lunch with first courses And second courses.

11/03/2025: Good morning we almost always had a good time but this morning we had three coffees at the counter and a coffee cream obviously being there in front of the machine we noticed that they were cleaning it or they were adding salt to it, in fact the coffee was quite slow and tasty I would have been satisfied that instead of serving us the coffee they would have told me that it was not available for the moment. And we would have been content to take something else now I wish you a good washing, be careful not to make such a bad impression as it is a well established chain!!

08/03/2025: We took a small cup of ice cream which none of the 4 of us liked. It tasted sweet but it wasn't chocolate, really bad. An aperol spritz (6.5 euros), pineapple juice and prosecco brought in two different glasses (one of juice and one of prosecco 😨 for 7.5 euros) and a hot chocolate (good). We asked for something to accompany the alcohol and they added 3 euros for bringing us 4 appetizers. Surcharge of 5 euros for table service where the service was non-existent. They didn't even bring us a glass of water for the children which we had requested among other things. All for 30 euros. Bad impression, we certainly won't be back

11/02/2025: La scorsa settimana per il compleanno del figlio di amici cari (torta regalata da tutto il gruppo ) abbiamo prenotato la torta in pasticceria (festa a soppressa in un locale…) appena apriamo lo scatolo troviamo una torta tutta scacata con decorazione orribile il colore non era quello che avevamo chiesto per non parlare del sapore davvero orribile delle creme i pasticcini che no sapevano di nulla insomma ci siamo trovati male non abbiamo voluto fare polemiche sinceramente ma sconsiglio….

18/03/2025: Dal ricordo piacevole della prima volta che ci sono andata ci sono ritornata. Purtroppo la seconda è stata una delusione. Antipasto un po misero di verdure varie. Primi discreti ma molto normali. Due secondi. Una piccola salsiccia gratinata e una ciotolina di carne con un gusto indecifrabile ed un cattivo odore. Dolce di ricotta. Peccato, anche le persone che erano con me non sono state soddisfatte.

18/03/2025: Questionable food quality. You have to try it, sometimes things are good and other times inedible. What convinced me to never return was the attitude of the sales assistants. One more rude than the other. Some scratch their hair under their cap with the same gloves they then use to touch the hot food, some talk back to you just because they're pissed off, but what kind of way is this? Teach these people a little education, HACCP and ways to deal with customers. I'd rather go elsewhere!

27/02/2025: What can I say, the photos speak for themselves, it was supposed to be a classic shortcrust pastry with ricotta and pistachio, too bad it tasted bad, the icing sugar fell off in pieces and the pastry was very hard, the product was at least 2 weeks old, check first what you are selling

05/03/2025: Ci siamo fermati X pranzo , coppia con due figli , abbiamo preso 4 primi tutti di buon livello e di giusta porzione per una bella esperienza a Marzamemi. Location suggestiva e che in parte giustifica il coperto. Servizio attento per una bella esperienza. da tornare

23/02/2025: Che dire di questo posto incantevole .. ci siamo fermate per fare un aperitivo al tramonto con un bel bicchiere di vino ,un tagliere piccolo che devo dire le quantotà erano perfette … ci siamo proprio rilassate e tutto era buonissimo e in gran quantità … ritorneremoooo… continuate così

23/03/2025: The horror hotel As soon as we arrived we smelled a nauseating odor, then went to the balcony of the room and found pigeon droppings and vomit. Not to mention the dust: on the chairs, on the tub, on the toilet. The taps were full of limescale and visibly dirty, in addition to the unpleasant appearance of the toilet. Insects on the bed and in the bathroom. Going to the common room it seemed small and old, the food was the only acceptable aspect. Despite this, the hygiene problem arose again: different and dirty cutlery.

10/03/2025: Very bad experience. AT THE RECEPTION AN ARROGANT OLD MAN, dirty bathrooms, sheets with holes, dinner to throw up, it seems like the canteen of Padre Fedeli, poor quality of food, no parking in an area where many thefts occur. BAD SMELL IN THE CORRIDORS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STABLE, SYRACUSE IS FULL OF HOTELS
