Amazing find in Noto off the beaten track of the tourist trap. Very reasonable prices and fantastic pizza. Service great. Lovely outside space. You must try this if in Noto. The in street restaurants are over priced and soulless. This is not. Exactly what we wanted.

Off the beaten path, this pizzeria has become a testament to quality. Besides the excellent dough, the combinations of ingredients are very interesting and well-chosen, some of which represent the local area. We really enjoyed the Palazzolo pizza, with its carefully selected and well-matched ingredients.

Amazing place, just a few steps from the center. A delightful alleyway with a terrace. The pizza I ate was the Mitoraj... what can I say? Fresh ingredients prepared by the chef. Everything baked in the oven. Herbs from their organic garden. What a wonderful feeling to have a well-made pizza. I'll be back and will share it. Thank you for making a difference and the extraordinary welcome. Pizzeria Esperia: down the theater stairs at the bottom, the last one, near the Esperia cinema.

23/07/2026: We picked up two pizzas and they were really delicious. I had quite a few special requests for the toppings and they didn't make a fuss about it at all, which was very nice!
11/07/2026: When you taste their pizza, you understand why the locals line up and wait for the best :-)
