29/04/2025: I was in Vittoria during the Easter holidays and before leaving I went to this baker. I don't deny that I would have brought the entire shop to Trentino. Excellent almond pastries and desserts with ricotta, phenomenal focaccias with artichokes. Not to mention the excellent pandolce that I enjoy every morning for breakfast. If you were to pass through Vittoria, stock up on Tinghino. It's really worth it.

Los helados son extravagantes, por ejemplo fichi d'India, harina de fenogreco, pero absolutamente cremosos y deliciosos. La variedad de vinos es de tamaño moderado, pero parece grande en calidad. 17/11/2024: This is the best gelato in Sicily and possibly all of Italy.
There chocolate orange was super smooth, packed with flavour and not overly sweet, it’s the best chocolate orange I have had anywhere in the world.
The gelato here is so good I went back and kept getting 3 scoop tubs until I had tried out their full range.
Malaga was also like no other Malaga gelato Iv had and the raising in it were magical, and I’m not a Malaga or raising fan. Everything from this place is different to anything you have tasted before with lots of very unique combinations pumpkin with a crumble.
If your in Sicily and a gelato / ice cream lover this is somewhere you HAVE to visit even if it’s just for the gelato.
They staff are super nice and friendly also speaking English .
The establishment has toilets and is a cosy place with out door and indoor seating

22/04/2025: Pizza buonissima, prodotti di ottima qualità e impasto leggero e particolare. Gli abbinamenti erano molto belli e hanno aggiunto un tocco di originalità. Il locale è accogliente, con un arredamento che unisce il retró e il moderno in modo unico. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: veloce, professionale e con un cameriere sempre sorridente e attento, che è riuscito a coccolarci senza essere invadente. Consigliatissimo!
12/04/2025: Un posto elegante o che si sforza di esserlo, cucina gourmet (va di moda) camerieri premurosi ma anche invadenti, alla fine la pizza costa di più degli altri posti ma non è migliore anzi è peggio. Però l'ambiente è chic .

I was not able to try the cuisine, whose menu was surprisingly very varied and
the cocktails were good.

24/12/2024: Wonderful place of cosiness and friendliness.
Super fine pizza and entrecote. Unfortunately no fresh Zuppa di Cozze, but kindly pointed out => better than frozen ones :) The fried fish as a substitute were also great. I find the wines all from Sicily brilliant. And the grappa, simply great.

17/11/2024: Unfortunately I have to express my disappointment with the evening. I often frequent this place, but this time the experience was terrible. I ordered a Lunatica Battuta pizza, specifically asking to replace the artichokes with fried aubergines. I received a pizza with artichokes, as large as the normal ones (when it should be "beaten") and slightly burnt.
I pointed out the mistake to the waitress, who said they would make it again. After about ten minutes I received a new pizza... still burnt! When I pointed out to the waiter that it was not acceptable, his response was that they made it in a hurry and that I should have simply removed the artichokes from the first one. An unacceptable and unprofessional attitude.
In the end I only ate a little of that pizza and left it, but when it came time to pay the bill, no one did anything to apologize or make up for it. A big disappointment, especially for a place I often went to. I will definitely not return again, and will not recommend it to others.
