01/01/2026: Contrary to all expectations, given our choice to spend New Year's Eve at Nuk, a renowned restaurant known for its quality, I must report the extremely poor organization of the evening of the 31st. The staff was mostly unprepared, untrained, and poorly organized, hired for the occasion without any preparation. We ordered two recommended menus for the evening and noticed that some courses hadn't arrived. When we reported it, the staff pretended nothing had happened and denied the missing items. Of the four missing courses, two arrived. The menu wasn't respected, and other tables also reported this problem. No one performed the midnight countdown. There was silence and a terrible paranoia, and to top it all off, the DJ never arrived. When we customers asked for confirmation, some denied it, and some said he was running late. All this happened after midnight, and in the meantime, the place was emptying, to the discontent of the customers who felt cheated. The big New Year's bluff...in short, quality aside, nuk disappointed us!

08/04/2026: I ordered a pistachio Colomba and some squares: truly excellent quality! The Colomba is soft, well-balanced, and packed with pistachios, with a delicious cream and filling. The Nutella square is simply fantastic. The presentation is also excellent: elegant packaging and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and quick, and the place is spotless (the windows are perfect even during lunchtime). Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back! 👏

01/04/2026: I got a Colomba cake and an Easter egg at Kinder Bueno. Delicious. They were even kind enough to offer a small discount. 07/01/2026: We came because of the good reviews and were disappointed. The food was mediocre and the worst we've had in Catania. Even after we asked him to leave the terrace door open several times because of the cold air outside, he kept doing so so he could go out for a smoke.

Every course was a delight, from appetizer to dessert. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was attentive and friendly. The food was divine, we'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience!

27/11/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Bar Cristallo in Paternò is a welcoming and spacious place with a lovely smoke-free atmosphere. It's highly regarded for the quality of its products, especially its brioches, granitas, and fresh and tasty hot snacks. The staff is courteous and quick with their service, and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant. It's an ideal place for both a hearty breakfast and a break during the day. Unfortunately, I've only encountered a sub-par hot snack once. But the overall quality remains high, making it one of the most recommended bars in town.

01/05/2026: A very good variety of menu choices. Food was fresh, and tasty, and quick. Service was excellent. Asked server for wine recommendations; they provided 2 choices to each of us, and we enjoyed our choices very much.

23/02/2026: Caldera is a truly special chalet, immersed in nature and perfect for unwinding. The property is incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, but what makes the stay fantastic is everything the place offers: silence and a unique atmosphere. Plus, the accommodation includes two mountain bikes, perfect for exploring the surrounding area and fully experiencing the volcano on which Caldera is located: an experience that makes the holiday even more authentic and fun. Special mention also goes to Flavio, the host, who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always available with helpful advice and thoughtful touches that make all the difference. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return, because this is one of those experiences worth repeating (and enjoying even more).

It's pleasant to watch the pizza chef as he rolls out the dough, adds the toppings, and bakes. Menu: 5/5 A wide variety of classics and creative options. I ordered the Capricciosa: light dough and perfectly cooked. Next time I'll try the burgers, which look truly delicious. Service: 5/5 The order was taken courteously; no mistakes (there were more than ten of us with different orders) and practically no wait, despite it being a Saturday night. Bill: 4/5 I spent €8.50 for a pizza and a drink. Considering the quality of the dough and toppings, the price is fair.
