04/03/2026: Today I ordered "Ravioli Gorgonzola with Radicchio and Cacioricotta," but was served a different type of ravioli from another menu option, one filled with pumpkin and pieces of some kind of meat. When I pointed out the mistake, both the chef and the gentleman at the counter insisted it was correct, even though I had checked the online menu and found it incorrect. Being a vegetarian, I reported the meat in the filling and was told "it wasn't meat, but speck," and that it was likely a kitchen error, as if it were internal contamination—an unlikely explanation considering their stuffed ravioli are mass-produced. I later discovered from their online menu that the ravioli they served me also contained almonds, to which I am allergic. My ravioli should have been exclusively filled with gorgonzola, as indicated on their menu. A truly serious mistake and unprofessional management!

02/05/2026: The address is not up to date. They have two locations and they couldn't direct me. Following their directions, I ended up at the takeaway location in Sant'Agata li Battiati. The pizzas may be as good as they told me, but the communication with the customer is terrible. It's a real shame!

01/04/2026: To be deleted. Ordered through Glovo at 7:00 PM, estimated delivery time 8:10 PM. I called them at 8:35 PM and they told me the delivery driver left 5 minutes ago, which is clearly not true. They even lie to Glovo, which tells you the order will be delivered at 7:40 PM. The traffic excuse is no longer useful, because all you have to do is go to Google Maps and check the traffic (I'm 17 minutes away from them). Besides, it's Wednesday, so a weekday like any other. They don't even provide courier tracking (who knows why). Food delivered cold at 9:30 PM. I will never order from them again, and I hope no one else does. Go find another job! 100% not recommended.

23/05/2026: I stayed at this property for one night. I arrived around 11:00 PM (I called them and told them I'd be back at that time). I rang the bell, and the staff was even annoyed because they were resting...let's forget it. I checked into my room, and there was a group of kids on the floor who made a racket until 4:30 AM. Even though I and other guests who were there went to reception, they couldn't do anything, and they said they were fine (we always have these guests)....I spent a night awake. The rooms aren't clean; the bedside tables are dusty, and the room is from the 1990s. The air conditioning doesn't work; in short, just the bed. I don't recommend staying there.

12/05/2026: I'm a teacher, and we had a great time with my class. Mr. Max, the manager, is a wonderful and helpful person. The hotel has an added bonus: an outdoor courtyard for students to relax in. In addition to the scattered sofas, there's also a ping pong table. Excellent experience.

23/03/2026: Be careful when ordering on Glovo. When I went to checkout in the app, it showed a total of €14 (because there were discounts). After I'd placed the order (and therefore can no longer cancel or change it), they refunded me the €14 and took €19 (thus canceling the sales they claimed to offer). Absurd and shameful.

14/03/2026: I was worried after reading the various reviews, but the pizza arrived earlier than Just Eat's estimated order. It was delicious and very well topped. If I really had to find a flaw: the pistachio pesto was missing; there was only chopped pistachios, even though it was listed among the ingredients.

11/10/2025: This is the first time I've encountered such terrible service in Italy. What was it? A meal—lunch—for 35 euros? Cold potatoes, burnt octopus tentacles? Tomatoes chopped in a bowl? Are you kidding, without salt, pepper, or oil? Which wasn't even on the table? Horrible!!! And the waiter calmly took our money!!! Seeing that we'd barely tried the food and were indignant!! We should have left immediately as soon as we saw the waiter approaching us with an indifferent look. It was terrible, disgusting!!! Our mood was ruined. And we had something to compare it to; we'd received excellent food and service at another market the day before. But here there are crowds of people and such a... garbage dump. Don't waste your time or your mood on this place.

A salad of bland, sliced ​​tomatoes, three eggplant and cheese rolls, burnt baby squid tentacles with cold, day-old potatoes, two glasses of wine (not bad) – 35 euros. We managed to find not only the most expensive place in Palermo, where everything is half the price, but also the one with the worst service. There was no salt, pepper, or oil on the table. I went back twice to get the bill and leave quickly! Pay attention to the reviews. This place's 3.2 rating is several times too high. Avoid!!!

24/03/2026: Overpriced- you cannot charge for a oat latte 4 eur - go somewhere else . People are kind though.
