Paolo Costa - Gusti Unici In Palermo

We are travelling from Canada and went for dinner at Paolo Costa last night and we are so glad we did! The food, wine, the atmosphere, the service was incredible. A perfect night! Do not miss this place. Our server was so kind. Mostly Italian speaking at this restaurant which we certainly appreciated. Our families are Italian so we have been trying to learn. The pizza is unreal.

We were a group of 4 arriving late in the evening. The service was quick and the pizzas were very good. Would definitely recommend!🥰✨👌🏻❣️

This is without a doubt the best pizza I've had after spending more than two weeks in the south of Italy. The dough was perfectly crunchy and spongy at the same time. The toppings fresh with nothing battling for control of your palette. They embody the essence of balance. The service was brisk in a way that feels appropriate for a restaurant where the food speaks for itself. I would have it no other way.

For starters, it was open on a Monday night, and that's already a great deal. Then they reserved a more private table for us than last time, next to the Chesterfield sofas and bottles of grappa. A truly beautiful harmony.

As always, a great experience. Impeccable food. The pizza is always delicious, as are the appetizers and everything else. Recommended

I recommend everyone to try the best pizza ever in a simple but very comfortable location. Punctual and impeccable service. Despite the large crowds, they manage to pamper customers, ensuring they have a comfortable evening.

Always friendly and attentive to customers, superior quality.

I often leave positive reviews when the pizza is good, but in this case I have to say that even the best pizzas in Palermo are inferior to this one.

It was valentines day so most places were full but they did accommodate and the pork knuckle was incredible lt just came off the bone very tender
