30/08/2025: Excellent spaghetti restaurant in the center of Conversano. Right within the ancient castle walls. Evocative atmosphere. Excellent dishes. The pasta with clams was magnificent! I'd already been there in 2018, and I'll reiterate my 5-star rating in 2025.

29/08/2025: I discovered the restaurant by chance, asking a local (always better than Google). 😏 As soon as I sat down, I heard the owner taking our order and I fell in love even before eating. When it was my turn, I told Massimo (the owner) to surprise me... Result? I've been eating here for three days in a row and every time he manages to surprise me! 🥰 All the staff is super professional and able to satisfy every request. Thank you all again for the experience ❤️

08/07/2025: Good pizza, pleasant outdoor setting, best to book. Very friendly staff. The desserts are unforgettable. The almond semifreddo is frozen and tastes like puree.

27/06/2025: We went to this restaurant relatively spontaneously, and they booked us a table at short notice. The pizza was excellent. We can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, and we would eat there again.

Upon arrival, the carefully set table with its textured black plates, fresh orange juice served in pretty glasses, and artistically presented pastries whetted our appetite. The pastries are true works of pastry art: perfect puff pastry, appetizing shine, and generous fillings. A special mention goes to the Fagotto alla nocciola, a visually impressive marvel with an airy texture and intense hazelnut flavor. Each bite is a pure moment of bliss. The cappuccino, incredibly smooth and topped with an impeccable foam, provides the perfect warm and creamy touch to accompany this sweet experience. The setting is pleasant and bright, and the welcome is warm—perfect for starting the day in a good mood. The products are clearly homemade, with great attention to detail and true creativity in the kitchen. A huge congratulations to the team for this experience, as beautiful as it is delicious. A breakfast worth the detour, and one that makes you want to come back again and again!

27/06/2025: Superb coffee with a huge selection. I loved having breakfast every morning during my stay in Castellana! The prices were more than reasonable considering the quality of the products. I was surprised by the bill; there was no coperto and water was offered to everyone. Very warm welcome, even though we don't speak Italian; they speak very good English. I recommend it 100%!

09/08/2025: The food was very good, especially the appetizers. Unfortunately, the fillet was extremely rare, a bit too rare (coming from someone who loves rare meat)... Too bad! Overall, satisfied! Price ok!

20/07/2025: Generous portions and quality ingredients. Excellent service; they immediately offered us local olives and delicious Apulian bread. The lemon and pistachio linguine was delicious (with lots of pistachio, just how I like it).

26/07/2025: There are experiences that you never forget, and the one we had in this restaurant is undoubtedly one of them. Together with my family, we found ourselves immersed in an authentic, warm and welcoming atmosphere, where every detail seemed designed to make us feel at home... but with something more: respect for tradition, love for cooking and a professionalism that is rarely encountered. As soon as we crossed the threshold, we were greeted by an impeccable staff: discreet, kind, present without ever being intrusive. A composure and care for the guest that struck us right away and that accompanied our entire stay, making it harmonious and relaxing. And then the food... how wonderful. Each dish told a story: that of their land, generous and full of authentic flavors. From the rich and fragrant appetizers, to the expertly prepared second courses, up to the desserts that left a smile on our lips... each bite was a little journey into this wonderful land rich in flavors and tradition. It is rare to find a place where the quality of the cuisine marries so well with the soul of the service and the beauty of the atmosphere. This restaurant gave us a precious moment, made of taste, human warmth and true tradition. We will return, without a doubt.

25/07/2025: Since it's impossible to give less than one star, I'm giving it one star. I've never received worse treatment. In Altamura, there are much, much, much better options.

05/08/2025: Riposta al proprietario: Buongiorno, abbiamo pagato 16€ per 4 schnitzels come nella photo, in a cafeteria (not in a ristorante!). The prezzo is indicated for a complete menu, but only 4 schnitzels. How much does the price cost €4 per schnitzel? Vorrei capire comes sia possibile a prezzo del genere. Inoltre, the signora alla cassa non è state affatto gentile e, insieme a un collegia, probabilmente ci ha fatto pagare più del dovuto. : Fraud!! We were fooled! For four such schnitzels to go, similar to the picture, we paid €16!! 16€! We ate this at another location for €6, also for four pieces! El Pedro, why are you ripping off tourists? Or was this just a mistake? And you want to refund us? If so, I'd like my money back, as it's probably a mistake on your part; perhaps you billed the whole thing as a set meal. The seller asked if we wanted one, so we said we'd like another schnitzel. It's simply a disgrace. I expect my refund, then I'll delete this review.

18/08/2025: More than a pizzeria, it's a wonderful place to meet and chat, obviously enjoying excellent food served with skill by the owner Donato (a great person) and his impeccable staff. The appetizers and obviously the gourmet pizzas are highly recommended.

05/08/2025: A very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere! We had pizza for dinner, which was delicious to say the least! Very light dough. At the end, we enjoyed the desserts, which were equally excellent. We will definitely be back. They also offer free private parking.

03/08/2025: A home delivery order was cancelled five minutes before delivery, after having booked an hour in advance. When asked for the reason, they stated that there was an event at the restaurant that took priority over orders because they needed staff. The order had been selected for gluten-free food, and the cancellation caused significant inconvenience.

12/08/2025: Excellent meat. Perfectly fried fries. Quick and friendly service, even when the place was practically full. Delicious desserts. Highly recommended!
