03/05/2026: I visited Il Giullare restaurant in Conversano and had a truly positive experience. The service was attentive, friendly, and always available, making us feel immediately at ease. The quality of the food is excellent: well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and flavors crafted with attention to detail. The attention to detail in both cooking and presentation is clearly evident. The value for money is also absolutely excellent, in line with what's on offer. The location is another strong point: welcoming, well-maintained, and pleasant, perfect for both a quiet dinner and special occasions. Definitely recommended, I'll gladly return!

Very efficient service with attentive and helpful staff. The attention to detail and the incredible quality of the ingredients are evident. Also, buy the milk after your dinner/lunch; it's just like the good old days! I'll be back.

04/04/2026: A very small but very nice pizzeria with fast and attentive service. Delicious pizzas (including unusual varieties) baked in a wood-fired oven. Plus, they offer complimentary Limoncello with Nutella pizza for dessert. And the prices are very fair. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to avoid the tourist traps. I'll definitely be back.

24/04/2026: A sensory experience in the world of coffee. Although I'm not a coffee lover at all, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of flavors offered at Nirvana Caffè. Excellent service, homemade cake with super-genuine mango jam and coconut—everything spectacular. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.

05/04/2026: Recommended: all the first courses are good, obviously based on spaghetti of all kinds, informal but very welcoming atmosphere, good quality and price, only suggestion: improve the service a little to make it slightly quicker, for everything else excellent

03/04/2026: We booked a table for Saturday lunchtime, we are glad we did as it was quite busy. We had starters and pasta for our main, all dishes were very tasty and fresh, and the portions were generous. It was excellent value, our total bill 35 euros. We will definitely be back when we return to the area.

22/04/2026: Pay attention to the bill. After a couple of days, I noticed that a mineral water (€2.50) had been added to the bill, and a beer that was listed as €6 on the menu was charged at €10. Naturally, it costs me more to go back and complain... Along with the Catalan cream, which was sent back because it was liquefied and boiling hot inside (defrosted by too much microwave, poorly cooked???), this is enough to not recommend it, despite the good pizzas. The atmosphere is well-kept, but crowded with a few too many tables...

10/04/2026: Great atmosphere, sunny terrace full of locals. The food is good, especially the inexpensive pizzas and pies. The prepared dishes (rice and pasta) are a bit pricey.

17/02/2026: We tried Spiga d'Oro bakery for a business lunch. We had too little time to sit down at a restaurant, so we opted for this place (perhaps even better!). The girls at the counter were very quick, and each of us chose what we liked, given the wide selection. We sat in their dining room, and the owner was kind enough to turn on the heat to ensure excellent service. I'll definitely be back this summer for takeout to eat by the sea.

03/05/2026: Highly prestigious, meticulously designed ambience, both in the upper and lower rooms. Very elegant and of appreciable quality in every detail. The bathrooms are spotless and tidy. The dishes are excellent, with fresh, tasty products, both the first courses (the spaghetti is truly special) and the appetizers, such as the parmigiana. The wine list is also very comprehensive. Unfortunately, the only downside is the service. Despite the staff at our table trying to remedy the situation, unfortunately, some of our friends' first courses did not arrive. We urged them repeatedly, but after about 35-40 minutes they finally arrived, but the rest of the table had already finished eating. This is why we no longer ordered second courses. It's a shame, we would have happily come again this evening. They need to reorganize themselves better.
