15/04/2025: Upon arrival we were welcomed by Miss Sunshine, pff what a grump! luckily the room was nice. The next morning there was no hot water, so the shower was postponed until the evening, again no hot water. Since you have to walk 10 minutes to the reception, I called the main number, which was not in use, then the next one on the list and he hung up when he heard that it was about cold water. So no, really not recommended!

30/03/2025: I was looking for a quiet place near Altamura, and I found randomly the Masseria Chinunno website. I was so impressed by the beautiful surroundings that I decided to book a room. This place is magic. The area was wonderful, the room was great and the staff was amazingly helpful and kind. A simple breakfast is included, but you can have your lunch ( take away as well) or dinner on site if you need it. The quality of meals ,made with natural ingredients , is fantastic. If you like to relax, surrounded by a country nature and farm's animals, this is the right place;if you like to walk and discover the forest surrounding the B&B , that's the right place. Altamura town centre is just 10 minutes far by car and Matera just 25 minutes far as well. I recommend the Masseria 100%.

13/04/2025: I celebrated my 50th birthday, usually in the village they serve you based on knowledge.. in my case even if Acquavivese but I'm not very popular, I have to congratulate all the staff, for their friendliness and seriousness.. everything was very good and exceeded the expectations of all the guests. I would like to point out that we ate more than well, nothing was missing at a more than honest price. What can I say to you guys, certainly on a next occasion, we will keep you in mind.😊

12/04/2025: Dish of inedible orecchiete, too salty, with uncooked pink shrimp. I told the waitress and the manager came to justify it by simply saying that it is the shrimp that are salty. No excuses, no commercial gesture…. Manager in bad faith, unfriendly. In addition you have to pay 2 euros per person for the service. Restaurant to avoid!!!!!

29/03/2025: I went to this place for dinner with friends, we were all very impressed by the beauty of the place. We ate well, but for some people the pasta was perhaps too al dente. The prices seemed fair, but the waiting times seemed quite long, we would have preferred shorter waiting times. Also suitable for vegetarians.

28/03/2025: Great place. Pasta portions are...large! But so good. Recommend splitting a pasta and then getting a second or appetizer. You will not be disappointed with ANYTHING on this menu! So tasty.

26/03/2025: Carina l'idea di scegliere gli ingredienti del tuo hamburger compilando un foglio con varie scelte, i prezzi sono bassi. Se devo dire l'unica pecca mi aspettavo le verdure grigliate erano tutte sott'olio e salatissime.

04/04/2025: Small restaurant on the beach. The food is delicious, but there are some flaws. The glass of prosecco, for 7 euros, has no bubbles and is not good quality. The aperitiv is perfect. The freshly caught fish is quite expensive. 1 fish (1.3 kg on the bill) shared by three people is a small portion. 80 euros. I think it is expensive, without side dishes.

09/04/2025: Excellent place for aperitifs, with a wide selection of beers and excellent food. I was surprised by the cold cuts and cheese platter, truly excellent with refined products

23/03/2025: I was at this place last week and I can say that it was a memorable experience. The sushi was simply spectacular, but the real star was the spaghetti with shrimp tartare: one of the most balanced and harmonious dishes I have ever tasted. The final cheesecake closed the meal leaving an incredibly delicious taste in the mouth. The place is elegant and atmospheric, and the staff very professional. Only small detail: we were served dishes that were not ours by mistake, but the staff noticed immediately and resolved the matter promptly. The bill is high, but I would spend it a thousand times more for an experience like that.

24/12/2024: Splendid farmhouse, recently renovated and surrounded by greenery, where elegance and attention to detail reign supreme. I had the pleasure of visiting it at a very recent private party where we tasted excellent wines and delicious food in a one-of-a-kind location. Highly recommended!!!!!
