31/12/2025: Today, December 31st, at lunchtime, my friends and I stopped at the Mozart Café after seeing the menu outside, which clearly listed an alcoholic aperitif for €14. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing in every way. The service was poor: we were served about eight items in total, including cold panzerotti and very low-quality products. No one brought us napkins or cutlery, and the cocktails were awful. Furthermore, we were forbidden from ordering anything other than the aperitif with the excuse that "it's busy today," which was unprofessional and had never been communicated before. Toward the end of the aperitif, we let the staff know that we were leaving for a quick cigarette. After five minutes, when we returned, we found our table occupied by other customers, without any explanation or apology. We decide to pay and leave as quickly as possible, but at the register we receive yet another surprise: €20 per person, without anyone ever notifying us of a surcharge for December 31st. When we complained, the response was that "today we brought things we don't usually bring," when in reality there were only a few bagged chips and poor-quality olives. A negative experience, a complete lack of transparency on prices, disorganized service, and subpar quality. We won't be returning, nor do we recommend it.

06/01/2026: It's the first time we've been to this pizzeria and we honestly really liked the environment, which isn't big but is welcoming, the welcome, the courtesy and the kindness, the very helpful staff and the pizza was delicious. We'll definitely be back when we're in Palo del Colle.

02/01/2026: If I could, I'd give it 10 stars!! This little restaurant is a real gem! Beautiful, cozy, and with the best service I found in Italy. Plus, the food was spectacular. We had the steak with porcini mushrooms and potatoes, orecchiette, and a baba for dessert. The rosé wine from the region was also spectacular. Simply perfect!! Congratulations to the team!!!

26/12/2025: Excellent selection of cold cuts - salami, prosciutto, cheeses..., sandwiches... very friendly employees. The waitress suggested an excellent selection of red wine.

07/01/2026: A unique place that reeks of history and serves delicious food even during siesta, when all other restaurants are closed. A big plus for that! You can sit across from it, in the stone gateway, and still soak up the history while savoring a delicious pizza crust by the pound.

07/01/2026: On the first day, access was literally blocked by a dense, cheerful Italian crowd, patiently waiting or enjoying their focaccia in a wonderful atmosphere… despite the icy wind. We gave up. The second day, exactly the same scenario. Another attempt, another failure. What's the mystery? On the third day, finally, we understood the reason for the crowds. The focaccia and the bread were simply exceptional. Of remarkable quality, they fully justified the wait: here, patience is richly rewarded.

But it would be unfair to stop there, because every dish tells the same story: that of a family-run trattoria where time slows down and the heart accelerates. We were there with Elena and Pietro, sitting at an ordinary table that, for one evening, became the center of the world. Pietro tasting, Elena smiling, me believing that certain moments shouldn't be explained... they should be treasured. And then there's a detail that makes the difference, the one you don't find on the menus: it was their closing day, and yet they opened especially for us. Not out of duty. Out of kindness. For that rare form of hospitality that makes you feel awaited, not just served. From Quarto Storto, you don't just leave feeling full. You leave feeling moved. Because it reminds you that happiness is simple: a dish made just right, the right people by your side, and someone who decides to open the door... just for you. Thank you. Truly. ❤️

04/01/2026: A lovely restaurant, very comfortable and family-friendly. The owners, Dario and Amedeo, are very helpful and courteous. The food is good and authentic, typical of Puglia's cuisine. Highly recommended.

17/01/2026: I once ordered a pizza with capers added: I ended up paying €1.20 for six capers. The pizza is okay, but the prices are exorbitant.

31/12/2025: Anyone who loves Neapolitan pizza will be in heaven here. The antipasti and desserts are also authentically simple and delicious. The ambiance is very basic, with polyrattan chairs and neon lighting, and the service is friendly.
