28/12/2023: Shop selling typical products which then serves as a restaurant, very good and quality products, small place with a few seats inside, also places outside, we took 3 glasses of wine, 1 broad bean and chicory, 1 legume soup, 1 typical starter and 1 mixed dairy product , all very good but we spent €69 which was perhaps a little exaggerated

04/12/2023: Delicious food. We took cheese and meat platter with home made crackers and marmalade. Incredible taste! Very pleasant atmosphere and the owner is kind, friendly and polite! 100% recommend this place, even if you want to grab something out of the regular Italian hours of eating:)

31/03/2024: They were very hostile, courteous and nice. The environment is very welcoming with the preparation of the pizzas in sight, the very light and digestible dough and the perfect wood-fired cooking... I highly recommend it and the prices are very competitive.

04/04/2024: Together with a group of friends one Sunday morning we decided to go and eat at Braceria Pietranuda, after clearly having booked several days before. The restaurant is located practically a stone's throw from the historic center of Locorotondo, so in periods of heavy tourist influx it may not be easy to find parking. The grill is aesthetically very beautiful: as the name suggests, inside the structure is also made of stone. Very high ceilings, large rooms, the furnishings vary from a more vintage style in the entrance area with the presence, for example, of a beautiful stove, to a more modern style in the rooms, tempered however by the presence of stone which always recalls the rooms once upon a time. We took mixed appetizers to get a little taste of everything, and I must say that we found practically everything good, with portions that were generous. The specialty of the place is clearly meat and we all took a second course of meat and were satisfied. If I wanted to find a flaw I would say that perhaps the desserts were not at the same level as the rest. The choice of wines is good, and if you are in doubt you can always ask the staff. Note of merit goes to the staff, who proved to be very kind, always ready and prepared. Prices are certainly not trattoria-like but the place is not the classic pizzeria, and when you book in certain places you cannot expect to have very low prices.
