04/06/2026: Unfortunately our experience here was not a good one. The pasta was extremely salty (i.e. inedible). The staff was partly nice. Unfortunately we cannot say that it was a pleasant experience.
02/06/2026: Located beneath the castle walls, the restaurant with its outdoor seating is very pleasant. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, although they aren't as efficient in preparing the dishes. They don't take long, but they could certainly be improved. The dishes themselves are very good, with generous first courses. I tried a classic charcuterie and cheese platter, which was delicious; cod meatballs with an excellent pecorino and lime sauce; and troccoli with burrata cream, crispy speck, and walnuts (very good).

Truly delicious pizza, with a light, fragrant dough and top-quality ingredients. You can taste the care and attention to detail in the preparation. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always available, creating a pleasant, family-like atmosphere. The service is quick and organized, even at peak times. Excellent value. One of the best pizzerias I've ever tried: I'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a real pizza made with passion and professionalism!

02/04/2026: Amazing Pizza Experience!
I had a fantastic time at this pizzeria! I was incredibly impressed by the service-our pizzas arrived at the table in less than 10 minutes, which is impressively fast.
The staff were very kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious.
Magyaroknak bátran ajánlom! (I highly recommend this place to all my fellow Hungarians!)
If you are looking for authentic Italian pizza with
lightning-fast service and friendly faces, this is the place to
be.
30/12/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. No waiting. Pizza chef 🔝🔝. Besides the pizzas, the pasta dishes are also delicious. Ideal place for a pizza night with friends.

06/05/2026: The focaccia is amazing, I'd say the best in Conversano and the surrounding area. Fragrant and made with top-quality ingredients, you can tell it's made with love and dedication. It's become a regular stop. Erika, the owner, is extremely kind and helpful, as is all her staff.

03/05/2026: The room was too humid and completely dark, with the only openings being the front door and a small window. The online photos are definitely edited, as the room lacks natural light in the morning (I've attached a photo), unless you want to leave the door open and be exposed to the neighbors.
There were issues with the hot water: a clogged showerhead, a broken dispenser, and a wall-mounted hairdryer from the 1970s. Taking a shower was a struggle, but needless to say, they never fixed it.
The room was overpriced for its condition. It was probably a storage room.
The dinner was excellent, with exquisite products and good service. Recommended value for money. The breakfast was really good, with handmade products, much appreciated. The surrounding greenery and pool were lovely. The room's upkeep and the resulting price definitely need to be reconsidered.
25/03/2026: I was a guest at this establishment for a birthday party. Everything was genuine and the service was quite prompt. It's a shame about the rain, but the outside area was worth a visit. Maybe another occasion.

08/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! The place is warm and charming, the traditional dishes are delicious and well-prepared. Special mention goes to the staff, who were truly delightful, welcoming, and attentive throughout the meal. An excellent place to have a great time.
07/05/2026: A truly magical evening at Goffredo restaurant at Corte Alta Villa! The setting is stunning — all stone, with a beautiful view. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and attentive, with staff taking wonderful care of us throughout the evening.
I opted for the seafood tasting menu and was not disappointed — fresh and generous seafood, beautifully crafted dishes that were as pleasing to the eye as they were to the palate. A true celebration of local Puglian flavours.
An address I would recommend without hesitation for an unforgettable evening. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gran conocimiento de opciones sin gluten. La carta está claramente indicada y muchos platos se pueden adaptar.
Pedí un entrante de bacalao y un risotto, y me quedé con ganas de más.
El personal fue muy amable. Si visitas Conversano, tienes que visitarlo.
Por cierto, la carta de crepes es interminable.

Vengo spesso in questo grazioso posto e ho assaggiato non solo le loro speciali crepes ma anche splendide tagliate ( con mango e rucola, accostamento interessante).
In particolar modo, amo molto le loro crepes, ne ho assaggiate svariate.
Consiglio vivamente la carpaccio !

03/04/2024: Siamo stati per pasquetta a pranzo è stata un’esperienza pessima. Simpatica la scelta del buffet all’aperto ma davvero inaccettabile la scelta dei ticket (quasi da fiera di paese!) x ritirare panzerotti (nei quali la mozzarella era pressoché assente) panino con salsiccia (un capo soltanto!!!) e bicchiere di vino. Il buffet con cibo di scarsa qualità (parmigiana immangiabile!!!). All’Interno numero di tavoli superiore alla reale capienza apparecchiati tipo mensa aziendale. Pagamento prima di entrare in sala senza ricevuta fiscale per una cifra a persona davvero inaccettabile x servizio e cibo. Bisognerebbe davvero lavorarci molto per farla diventare una dimora di charme…
