10/04/2026: Today, for a quick lunch, I decided to try Rosticceria Fantasia in Putignano. It was my first time there, and I was pleasantly surprised: the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly and professional, and the service is exceptionally fast. ​Every day, a menu is displayed on a blackboard, but customers can also choose from the many tempting dishes displayed at the counter. A huge plus is the open kitchen, which allows you to observe the preparation of the dishes in complete transparency. ​The quality of the food is excellent, with a focus on Apulian tradition, and the prices are still very reasonable. A place I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area! On my personal scale, I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it's not a classic restaurant, but the experience was impeccable. I apologize! 👍😜

04/04/2026: Typical HOME rotisserie... what you eat is as if your grandmother had cooked it. All good and varied, excellent for takeaway, for those who don't want to dirty their home kitchen... the meatballs, the fried meat and the parmigiana are delicious and everything is good.

12/01/2026: A great place for those looking for gluten-free food. Both sweet and savory options are available. The panzerotti (a bit too fatty, but good!) and croissants (with and without fillings) are delicious! The croissants are even easy to eat the next day and aren't hard at all! There should be more places like this! Friendly service, varied prices, and reasonable prices.

13/04/2026: Located on Via Roberto da Bari, about a 5-minute walk from Bari Centrale train station (very close to the university). The restaurant has "mushrooms" outside, allowing you to enjoy your meal while staying warm. Upon entering, you'll notice the large counter on the right and the various tables spaced just far enough apart to ensure privacy. Upon our arrival (it was a Monday evening), we were greeted by Saverio, the restaurant manager, who professionally yet kindly offered us advice on the local specialties. We tried the appetizer of bruschetta with capocollo and the octopus with creamed mashed potatoes (sublime). While we waited for our appetizers, the restaurant manager offered us a taste of the typical Apulian focaccia (we finished it immediately). To follow, we ordered a first course (orecchiette with ragù) and the meat bombette with scamorza cheese and baked potatoes (see the photos for details). All this was accompanied by a Primitivo (14°C), which warmed our hearts and delighted our palates. To finish, tiramisu and panna cotta, all strictly homemade, were served. We then had the pleasure of tasting (kindly offered by the house) a homemade herb nocino. I can only highly recommend this place for the quality of the dishes and the kindness and professionalism with which they are served. My heartfelt compliments, and I hope to see you soon to try the other dishes divinely prepared by the chef.

23/03/2026: Very nice location, little choice of wine, served 2 glasses, asked for a second one and it was finished, usually we warn you we had to change color, food in the aperitif too many carbohydrates, it is very heavy, the Carole did not lighten much but overall good

The real highlight, however, are the pizzas: the dough is truly excellent, carefully prepared, light and easy to digest, and the pizzas are large and well-topped without being heavy. There are many types to choose from, from classic to more unusual, and they also offer sweet pizzas, a real treat for those who like to try something different. Each pizza strikes the perfect balance between flavor and lightness, so you leave without that heavy feeling in your stomach that often occurs elsewhere. Overall, the experience was very positive: the staff makes the place feel welcoming and familiar, always ready to recommend the best pizzas or accommodate any special needs. The quality of the ingredients is evident, the dough is soft and tasty, and the service is prompt even at the busiest times. In short, for those looking for a reliable pizzeria with a pleasant atmosphere, truly delicious pizzas, and friendly staff, this is one of the best in Giovinazzo, and I will definitely be back.

19/04/2026: Everything was truly excellent. I'm knocking just one star off because, in my opinion, there's too much cheese on the menu. I recommend reviewing the pecorino or other cheeses and possibly reducing them. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back.
