But the wait was interminable, and then they charged us a glass of wine that was returned because it was obviously oxidized from a bottle opened days earlier. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the chef's apology for the wait. I might go back, but during the week.

25/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, without a reservation. The food was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The tables inside were very close together, and the place isn't very big; in the summer, you can sit outside.

09/08/2025: Fantastic Restaurant. I recommend not getting the sandwiches even though they are delivious. But they are also quite filling. I would recommend to try out many of the smaller dishes. The fish had a great taste and consistency. The host was really friendly and the whole vibe of the restaurant was great. For the great quality prices are actually really affordable.

05/10/2025: A quaint restaurant in Monopoli's historic center. We took advice from the very kind and knowledgeable waiter, and we weren't disappointed. The appetizers, first courses, and fried fish were truly delicious. Very fair value for money.

28/09/2025: A truly unique experience here in Puglia: the dry-aged fish and seafood cured meats were truly delicious. The main courses were also excellent, with side dishes that perfectly complement the fish. I'll be back to try new cured meats, which vary depending on availability.

08/08/2025: A grill I'd gladly return to and recommend. I'm only giving the ambiance three stars because, eating outside, I didn't have a chance to observe and evaluate the interior. The service was attentive, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious: we tried various types of meat (bombette, carpaccio, offal, meatballs, tripe, and sliced steak), and I enjoyed everything. I can't comment on the price since it was offered to me by a fellow diner, but judging from what I read on the menu, the prices are fair.

12/10/2025: The food was excellent, the quality and creativity excellent. Service could be improved, both in terms of ordering and waiting times. The location, practically on the seafront, was impeccable. The appetizers were imaginative and delicious... I would have appreciated an extra course. The lobster scialatello was a 10/10. The dessert was average. The bill was a bit high.

12/10/2025: A fresh review after the very first time we tried this restaurant, I dare say, exceptional. I'd like to start by saying that the staff is completely helpful and disarmingly kind: they made us feel right at home. Their advice was amazing and worth listening to. The wait times were just right for the preparation of the dishes. The food was exquisitely refined and delicious: the fish was incredibly fresh, and we even had the pleasure of trying some new and interesting delicacies. I recommend booking in advance, as the place fills up so quickly (due to the extremely high quality of the products). We followed the reviews and chose this wonderful place, right on the edge of the sea, where it literally felt like being suspended in mid-air. The prices are reasonable for the quality; here in Puglia they say: "what you pay for, you get!"—and it's absolutely true. We recommend the tiramisu: absolutely creamy. We went on a Sunday for lunch, and despite it being packed, we were incredibly satisfied. The very young owner is an example of how important a coordinated staff living in a healthy and suitable place is, we HIGHLY recommend it if you want to eat well!

24/09/2025: I came to the Vintage Bar and was truly satisfied. The cappuccino was delicious, creamy, and carefully prepared. The location is beautiful, in a vintage style, very well-kept and clean, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. A special thanks to Caterina, the waitress: kind, polite, and always available, she made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and a welcoming atmosphere! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

24/09/2025: We were at this restaurant last night and I have to say we had a really good time. Even though having a small child is a bit complicated, the waiters were super kind and the service was very fast. The food was superb, highly recommended!
