I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The cuisine is excellent, with carefully crafted and well-prepared dishes, while the service was distinguished by its professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy. The view is simply spectacular and adds to the ambiance. My only small complaint concerns the entrée and dessert, which were served a bit too cold. Overall, a restaurant definitely worth a visit.

Important dinner (graduation and my daughter's final treatment). Unparalleled location: Turin at our feet, with our mountains in the background. Quiet restaurant and attentive, friendly staff. There are four of us (two adults, a young woman, and a young girl): we order two full menus for the adults, while the girls order just two courses. The dishes are carefully prepared, innovative, and made with refined ingredients. Everyone loved them! Would I go back? Of course...with a few considerations, which I'll describe. The criticisms: we were offered the choice between caviar and champagne or a mix of appetizers, with the exact words "the menu includes...". Three of us happily ordered caviar and champagne. It's a shame that we weren't presented with a menu or price, and only later were we presented with the menu with choices and prices. Obviously, champagne wasn't listed, but it was detailed on the bill. Perhaps it's due to professional incompetence, but "informed consent" is required, and the restaurant should be responsible for presenting the courses, menus, and prices. I certainly wouldn't have given up the champagne at that price, but being treated like a tourist when necessary isn't pleasant. And that weighs heavily on my judgment. A criticism of the chef: as a doctor, salt above a certain amount is poisonous and a gimmick to enhance flavor and mask the poor quality of certain ingredients. In my meat menu, some dishes had at least triple the acceptable amount of sodium. In addition to the three glasses of champagne, three glasses of prosecco. Total: €540. Light and shade...as is common in everyday life.

A beautiful skyscraper topped restaurant and bar, Piano35 is a wonderful destination meal. A delicious good value lunch menu with great service and stunning views. I highly recommend coming back later in the night to drink and the Piano Lounge.

An excellent experience for a midweek lunch. The Wednesday to Sunday menu is ideal: carefully prepared and generous dishes, with prices ranging from €16 to €28, covering the entire menu, from appetizers to desserts. ​The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere in the covered outdoor area is unparalleled, thanks to one of the most evocative views of the city. The overall quality-price ratio is excellent. ​One small detail: I noticed a slight difference in the size and comfort of the seats among the various tables in the bioclimatic area; greater uniformity in this regard would make the experience truly perfect, given the restaurant's exceptional caliber. ​Overall, a highly recommended stop for those seeking quality and beauty in a unique setting.
