I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Cuneo

30/03/2025: Nos habían referido aquí para una maravillosa experiencia de almuerzo y no decepcionó. No teníamos una reserva, pero amablemente nos alojaron en su encantador comedor con una chimenea de leña. El personal y el servicio fueron muy atentos. El servidor hablaba un excelente inglés y proporcionó gran información inventos, el restaurante, y el pueblo. La comida era fantástica y todo hecho con ingredientes locales. El entrante era una mezcla de patatas cultivadas localmente, fabuloso. Mi esposa tenía la cremosa polenta al horno que se hace con un Piemonte Rosa Toma local, yo tenía las albóndigas de papa de especialidad local. Para los platos principales tuve una carne de res con polenta, y la esposa tenía una salchicha hervida con lentejas negras y col roja. No había lugar para el desierto. Recomendamos encarecidamente esta experiencia gastronómica excepcional y volveremos.

26/01/2025: Capitati a Chianale per l'ora di pranzo, abbiamo provato a chiedere un tavolo senza aver prenotato. Con cordialità e gentilezza ci hanno dato l'unico tavolo ancora libero. Abbiamo iniziato con un piatto di affettati e uno di vitello tonnato per poi proseguire con le ravioles della Valvaraita e con lo spezzatino di carni miste con polenta.. torta di nocciole con gelato artigianale e bunet bianco hanno concluso il pranzo in un ambiente caldo (con tanto di camino acceso) e confortevole. Tutti piatti ottimi ed eseguiti con cura e passione. Ottimi anche pane grissini di loro produzione. Bella lista dei vini. Velocità, disponibilità e cortesia hanno caratterizzato il servizio.. conto finale nella norma.. che dire... bravi.. continuate così..

03/03/2025: Enoteca-ristorante in pieno centro, proprio di fronte al castello. Essendo domenica e non avendo prenotato, era al completo, ma fuori, di fianco all'ingresso c'era un tavolino libero, quindi abbiamo chiesto se potevamo pranzare fuori. È stata la scelta giusta, perché era una bella giornata e avevamo pure il cane! Servizio veloce, personale gentile e attento, cucina del territorio. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto, anche il vino, ovviamente!

19/01/2025: Un bistrot dove assaporare un calice di vino e mangiare qualcosa di tipico piemontese. Prezzi e qualità nella media. Forse la quantità potrebbe essere sensibilmente aumentata …

02/11/2024: Con la mia compagna cercavamo dove pranzare senza troppo impegni. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare il nome e aspettare abbastanza, ma il primo novembre Barolo era piena di turisti. Personale gentile e simpatico, location informale e non grandissima, ma funzionale. Cucina con scelta molto ampia: panini, piadine, primi, carne. Noi preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi di gran qualità, con miele e salse di accompagnamento ottimi. Vino molto buono (barbera), bonet come dolce altrettanto. Prezzi onestissimi

23/03/2025: Birthday lunch: everything was perfect, from the welcome to the attentive service. The cuisine (excellent raw materials!) surprised with its traditional but innovative proposal. Vitello tonnato, plin, tajarin, duck breast, rabbit roll... everything was delicious, but I highly recommend the sweetbreads and roasted cauliflower... a real surprise! Thank you, we will definitely be back!

06/01/2025: Si tratta di un vero agriturismo dove tutti i loro prodotti che vengono serviti sono eccellenti. Le portate sono abbondanti con doppio passaggio per il bis. Il personale, presumo tutti della stessa famiglia, è stato gentilissimo. E non per ultimo il rapporto qualita/prezzo è ottimo.

01/03/2025: I went to Miralago a few months ago after hearing great things about it and my expectations about the food were exceeded! The place is rustic and super welcoming, the guys who work there are passionate and the dishes are incredible and genuine!! The menu offers two or three choices for each course so that everything is of high quality and well done! The dishes are very well balanced and really tasty, especially the first courses which deserve an honorable mention! I will definitely be back!!

25/03/2025: I hadn't been back for a little over a year, unfortunately what I found was very disappointing, few dishes, some rather banal (especially in relation to the respective price) such as beetroot and tomino (that is literally pieces of tomino with slices of beetroot), slow service, atmosphere that wants to seem friendly, but in the end it only smells of Radical chic. If once I would travel 50 km just to go there now I think I won't stop even if I'm passing through. Too bad

23/03/2025: Beautiful experience and excellent dinner. I was immediately struck by the name of this place and the story of this group of friends, which I read by peeking on their website. Expectations were not disappointed, on the contrary! The place has a very refined vintage style, but does not lose its soul of a mountain place. I found their menu very interesting: based on local products, but interpreted in an innovative and refined way, and executed impeccably. An excellent solution for those who love to try unusual combinations without giving up a touch of tradition. Young and friendly service. Finally, you can taste their craft beers and buy some gadgets in memory of them. I would absolutely recommend it to my friends!

06/01/2025: Provenienti da Torino, siamo entrati in questo bar per prendere al banco due normalissimi caffè (in verità risultati non tanto normali ma molto somiglianti all'articolo il: uno oltremodo lungo, l'altro oltremodo ristretto, misure entrambe non richieste). Ne approfittiamo per domandare come raggiungere una via, che sapevamo essere nelle vicinanze. Il (presunto) titolare, dandoci le spalle e solo a gesti, ci dà indicazioni del tutto incomprensibili. Solo dopo nostra insistenza si degna di voltarsi e ci fornisce, peraltro con affettata sufficienza, le indicazioni del caso. Usciamo senza essere accompagnati dal benché minimo cenno di saluto. Peccato dovere riscontrare simili situazioni in una delle piazze centrali di una città, come Bra, dove ci rechiamo spesso e dove abbiamo sempre sperimentato accoglienza e simpatia tutte sabaude. Sarà stato un caso? Vogliamo sperarlo. Sta in fatto che comportamenti del genere agli occhi (non i nostri che amiamo comunque profondamente questi luoghi) di turisti e contingenti visitatori possono dare della città un'immagine del tutto immeritatamente negativa.
