30/03/2025: Nos habían referido aquí para una maravillosa experiencia de almuerzo y no decepcionó. No teníamos una reserva, pero amablemente nos alojaron en su encantador comedor con una chimenea de leña. El personal y el servicio fueron muy atentos. El servidor hablaba un excelente inglés y proporcionó gran información inventos, el restaurante, y el pueblo. La comida era fantástica y todo hecho con ingredientes locales. El entrante era una mezcla de patatas cultivadas localmente, fabuloso. Mi esposa tenía la cremosa polenta al horno que se hace con un Piemonte Rosa Toma local, yo tenía las albóndigas de papa de especialidad local. Para los platos principales tuve una carne de res con polenta, y la esposa tenía una salchicha hervida con lentejas negras y col roja. No había lugar para el desierto. Recomendamos encarecidamente esta experiencia gastronómica excepcional y volveremos.

26/01/2025: Capitati a Chianale per l'ora di pranzo, abbiamo provato a chiedere un tavolo senza aver prenotato. Con cordialità e gentilezza ci hanno dato l'unico tavolo ancora libero. Abbiamo iniziato con un piatto di affettati e uno di vitello tonnato per poi proseguire con le ravioles della Valvaraita e con lo spezzatino di carni miste con polenta.. torta di nocciole con gelato artigianale e bunet bianco hanno concluso il pranzo in un ambiente caldo (con tanto di camino acceso) e confortevole. Tutti piatti ottimi ed eseguiti con cura e passione. Ottimi anche pane grissini di loro produzione. Bella lista dei vini. Velocità, disponibilità e cortesia hanno caratterizzato il servizio.. conto finale nella norma.. che dire... bravi.. continuate così..

15/06/2025: in a group of 40 people eating in the sun on a torrid day protected by a net usually used in vegetable gardens. You can't eat inside because the room isn't air conditioned. The owner told us: "if you buy me the air conditioners! The tagliolini truffle was odorless and tasteless with flakes that looked like plastic. A very thin slice of braised meat, hard and nervous. Almost non-existent vegetables. Hot wine. Some of the rude staff (the waiter) started arguing with a diner. The only positive note was the water. A bit little. An experience not to be repeated at all. Now I understand why we were the only customers that Saturday!

11/05/2025: Prenotato x2 alle 20, già all’arrivo vengono fatti accomodare clienti entrati dopo di noi. Ordiniamo 2 pizze, acqua, birra media e calice di prosecco, attendiamo, attendiamo, attendiamo.. nel frattempo sfornano pizze in quantità per l’asporto.. chiediamo spiegazioni: i camerieri si scusano poi arriva il proprietario che maleducatamente ci dice che anche gli asporti sono prenotati e che non c’è fretta!! Passano le 21 e finalmente arrivano le pizze: passabili, molto salate. Conto 40€ tondi. Pessima esperienza, non torneremo.

10/05/2025: Fairly good pizza. Unfortunately, an hour's wait for 2 pizzas is really too much. The owner's rudeness was also unpleasant. Good waiters, courteous and professional. We won't be returning.

18/05/2025: Beautiful location overlooking the hills. The menu offers typical local dishes, cooked with high quality ingredients, although a little sparse in quantity. The desserts are average. Wide selection of wines. The service is attentive and friendly. The price is adequate.

04/04/2025: Ivo & Poldo Uno in accoglienza nel locale e prodigo di consigli per il menù che vuoi assaggiare, l'altro é il menù che vuoi assaggiare. Attento ai sapori e pronto ad uscire con pranzi e cene a tema che hanno nelle sue creazioni il punto di forza. Un modo bello dove la semplicità si coniuga con la voglia di farti scoprire nuovi sapori ereditati dalla tradizione. Andare ogni tanto fa bene al cuore (ed al palato).

06/05/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant with my girlfriend. The restaurant has two internal rooms and a small internal courtyard which can be used with the onset of summer. The menu is written on a blackboard; there are very few proposals, 3 starters, 3 first courses and 3 second courses. Very slow service, it took a good 20 minutes to take the order. There is no wine list for the wine but you have to get up and go and look in the cellar where the prices are marked with a tag hanging from the neck of the bottle... definitely not comfortable getting up when you are in company. However, both the dishes and the wine arrive first and among the confusion arrives when we have finished the starter. The quality of the dishes is of medium quality, the service, although friendly, is very slow. Price for what was eaten was decidedly high. I'm sorry because seeing the other reviews I probably had a bad night.

06/05/2025: I went to this place for my brother's wedding lunch and I must say that I had a great time. Friendly staff and good music and great service. All the dishes were beautiful to sell and delicious to eat. It's nice to return to Piedmont and be welcomed so warmly. Cleanliness of the rooms and lots of joy. I had a lot of fun and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It felt like home. The next time I return to Piedmont I will definitely stop to eat here again. I had a great time thanks for the wonderful day we spent.

02/06/2025: Ottimi piatti...tartare con tartufo e hamburger di fassona semplicemente squisiti, accompagnati da ottimo nebbiolo e serviti da personale simpatico e molto attento. Un buon pranzo in una location speciale!..bravi!

02/06/2025: Realmente honesto, no esperaba comer así aquí. Vine por retraso en Barolo, y traté de encontrar un lugar para comer y este bar sirvió platos sabrosos muy particulares con buen precio. Personal muy amable. Gracias por su servicio.
