20/09/2025: A refuge? Oh, but so much more. Dahu and its caretaker, Beppe, allow you to feel, taste, and touch the fine Piedmontese culture like nowhere else. The food is exquisite, the Piedmontese wines are perfect. The Dahu's vast mountain culture always makes the stopover too brief. For the past seven or eight years, I've been stopping by the Dahu. 01/09/2025: Located under the arcades in the large square in the historic center. Neat and clean, with indoor and outdoor seating. Quick and friendly service. Excellent appetizers to enjoy with an aperitif. Reasonably priced. Recommended!

24/10/2025: Even though I'm not vegan, I still had a great time at this place. The ingredients are top-quality and the dishes are meticulously researched. They made a delicious birthday cake for my uncle, who is vegan. I'll definitely be back, especially since they regularly host very interesting themed evenings!

28/10/2025: We arrived without a reservation and by chance. Two of us walked in, and after a five-minute wait, they granted us a seat. The place was full, but in the meantime, some people freed up a table or two, I didn't quite understand. Anyway, they told us they'd find us a seat, fine, so we waited another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, a young couple came in, chatted and kissed by a waitress, and then the owner or head waiter came to tell us that the table wouldn't be available for us, arguing that people had joined a large table without any apologies, without even asking if there would be a table for us later. Well, I wasn't there to argue, of course, we're just paying guests. Luckily, in my first 50 years, I've never been turned away like that. Goodbye. From what I saw, the place had tables very close together and a considerable amount of noise.

26/10/2025: There were 45 of us and we all agreed that the service was excellent, as were the pizzas, the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff and owners...we highly recommend it to everyone.

13/11/2025: Spacious and bright, well-kept, and clean!! I tried the pizza with bagna cauda and peppers, and it was delicious. Fast and friendly service. Convenient parking in front. Recommended!

20/10/2025: We only had one pizza, which was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was clean and tidy, also suitable for groups (by reservation, of course). They also do takeout. I highly recommend it for everything, especially the price, which is comparable to other pizzerias.

23/10/2025: I recommend it. It's a great, very relaxed experience for a comfortable lunch with fast service and quality ingredients, just like at home. Much better than going to a fast food restaurant or kebab place. The place is very nice, well-decorated, and clean. The waiter is very kind and helpful. 01/11/2025: Michele, a master coffee maker, will serve coffee to your liking. When I'm in the area, I stop in for a specialty coffee. The staff are very friendly. I also recommend it for a break, lunch, or breakfast.

09/10/2025: We stopped for lunch at this Ristobar, discovered thanks to a sign on the street. The place is cute, with plenty of seating (and despite that, they sat me at a large table with other people). The lunch menu costs €12 (excluding the €1.50 cover charge) and includes a first course, a second course, a side dish, and water on tap. The selection of dishes wasn't exceptional, all very simple. For my first course, I opted for maccheroncino alla puttanesca... actually, maccheroncino with tomato sauce and olives (many of which were unpitted, without anyone notifying me). The capers, anchovies, and chili peppers didn't arrive. For my second course, roast pork, which I must say was very good, moist, and flavorful. The potatoes were also excellent. Service was quick, but acceptable. Prices were okay!
