01/06/2026: Restaurant: Sober and refined atmosphere, perhaps lacking a more vibrant personality. I chose the rose-flavored tasting menu: a starter of marinated salmon fillet with caramelized onions, a bed of capricciosa, and a rose petal garnish. Simply exquisite! I continued with five agnolotti made with fresh rose-flavored pasta, stuffed with shrimp, and a butter sauce creamed with dried roses. The dessert was quite unusual, extraordinarily tasty and delicate at the same time: three balls of fritters and a scoop of homemade rose-flavored ice cream on the side. Excellent service: professional and competent. I enjoyed the small appetizer and pastries offered by the restaurant. Total price with a bottle of water: €34 I would have appreciated another taste of the first course if they had offered it! 15/02/2026: A delightful restaurant on the ground floor of a typical mountain house. Stone and brick walls, stone vaults, wooden tables and chairs. A very pleasant atmosphere. The food is exquisite and high-quality. Homemade pasta, homemade bread, aunt's chili pepper, tender and flavorful meat with an exceptional sauce. All the flavors intensely captivated the taste buds. Excellent value, especially since the prices are not at all expensive.

10/05/2026: Excellent experience, even though we were unfortunately just passing through and only stopped for dinner, which was quite an experience! I was pleased to note the great attention paid to my pregnancy and related dietary restrictions. They explained to me in detail the composition of the dishes and what could be modified/avoided to ensure they were safe for me. Truly touching 🥹 The dishes were delicious and unique, without being overly extravagant. The special pepper reverse, practically a savory tarte tatin, was wonderfully done. The dessert was a modular panna cotta whose composition was left to the diner's taste. I'll leave a photo. The interior is welcoming and well-decorated, the outdoor location is very beautiful and evocative. We will definitely return for a quiet lunch. Thank you and well done!

11/05/2026: The evening is run in two shifts, one at 7 pm and one at 9 pm. Excellent pizza selection, highly recommended. Parking is available for those arriving by car.

11/04/2026: What a disappointment! Totally overrated! As a former Savigliano, I've heard good things about this pizzeria, but I'd never had the chance to try it. Advice: forget it! The place is small, the tables for two are equally so, and the €3 cover charge per person (exorbitant) is for a measly checked table runner. They run double shifts, but if you book for the first shift and something happens that forces you to arrive at 7:50 PM, be prepared for an anxious hour where the staff won't even let you speak to your fellow diners because they're in a rush to take your order, throw pizzas on the table, clear the table, and ask for dessert. If you say you haven't decided yet, they'll leave huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes (the next shift was still half an hour away). As soon as you've finished dessert, with 10 minutes left before "time's up," they'll bring you a pro forma receipt, telling you to leave the table. For a moment, I thought the chairs were equipped with springs and timers, ready to spring and kick people out when the time was up. Really excessive! We personally apologized for the delay and guaranteed we'd leave the table by the time indicated because we respect everyone's work and subsequent reservations, but making customers experience a dinner with all this anxiety is unacceptable. The pizza is also good, the only positive note, but honestly, I won't be returning.
