17/05/2026: We called to make a last-minute reservation for 10 people. They found us a spot, and even though we were a large group, we were served quickly. The pizza was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was very beautiful and original.

09/05/2026: During the hot air balloon rally, we found a table at this restaurant through Google, and I must say it was a great find! A modern venue in an ancient setting, located under the porticoes of the square in front of the Vicoforte Sanctuary. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Traditional dishes with a modern twist, quality ingredients, and an excellent, wide selection of wines. The tagliolini with mushrooms were truly delicious, and the appetizers and desserts were also excellent. Definitely worth a try.

04/05/2026: A beautiful place to stop. I had the gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, delicious! I recommend eating on their outdoor terrace, which overlooks the sanctuary square.

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has further improved. Thanks also to the addition of Andrea Serale, a talented and promising Italian chef, to the staff, new flavors and aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is significantly more extensive, not so much in terms of labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices to satisfy every palate—and every budget. The service is excellent, as always, and handled with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent, so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper for me. Due to work reasons, I won't be able to dine at amae this week, and they'll be closing on Saturday. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will be closing, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Glad I was able to go again this evening. Thank you Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

Delicious and plentiful traditional dishes, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, even catering to my mom's needs, who, having suffered from car trouble, wasn't exactly in good shape! 18/04/2026: Excellent pizza with quality ingredients. The cuisine is also surprising, with Piedmontese dishes and more sophisticated options. Generous portions and super welcoming staff. A restaurant where you eat well and immediately feel at home. The outdoor terrace and space are lovely. I highly recommend it!

15/02/2026: It was a lovely stay, quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and efficient... Above all, very patient with our needs. The room (133) was lovely, spacious, and clean. The sweets at breakfast were very welcome. It wasn't very extensive, and the drinks (coffee, cappuccinos, etc.) weren't from vending machines, but served directly from the bar! They were plentiful and delicious. Cannavacciuolo's word!

13/04/2026: Easter meal with family: prosecco as an aperitif with accras, 4 antipasti (gnocchi, ravioli), leg of lamb sorbet with potato, carrots, ice cream with strawberries, 1 slice of Italian Easter cake with cream, sweet wine, coffee and after-dinner drink, white wine, red wine, all for 50 euros, a treat.

18/05/2026: We wanted to enjoy the legendary sunset in La Morra and booked a dinner for our families (4 adults and 4 children). We arrived well early and wanted to enjoy a glass of wine outside, but despite the fact that there were no other guests and the terrace was free, we were not allowed. Dinner service was completely absent, with the restaurant manager constantly and inexplicably agitated. The menu was decent but very limited. No assistance was given in selecting and pairing the wine (the main reason for our holiday in the splendid Langhe). The experience does not do justice to a magical and welcoming land. Not recommended. P.S.: I gave the rooms 5 stars even though I didn't use them, out of fairness.

21/03/2026: Good pizza and tiramisu but the wait is too long and the place is noisy where it's not pleasant to spend too much time because it becomes heavy.

12/02/2026: I went here for lunch. They offer a business lunch menu with various options. The service was courteous and attentive. The food was excellent. Highly recommended!
