27/01/2026: Spacious and tidy. We went for dinner and there was a menu. Very good. The dishes were generous in portions and tasty. We'll be back to try the pizzas, which were very inviting and well-seasoned. Fast and helpful service.

Delicious and plentiful traditional dishes, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, even catering to my mom's needs, who, having suffered from car trouble, wasn't exactly in good shape! 31/08/2025: A great find near Bene Vagienna, stumbled upon by chance after a visit to a flea market. Authentic, genuine cuisine that you'll remember fondly, excellent service, and fair prices. Attention to detail, like the cover charge with very good bread and breadsticks (which isn't the case, however), customer service without stress and persistence in offering. Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Congratulations

07/08/2025: As an American living in France, I was thrilled to find somewhere that actually knows how to use a smoker! BarBees was a dream. The menu was amazing. We tried the mixed platter, the brisket, and the homemade hazelnut ice cream. It was the most beautiful marriage of American and Italian styles. You won’t regret it. Go.

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has further improved. Thanks also to the addition of Andrea Serale, a talented and promising Italian chef, to the staff, new flavors and aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is significantly more extensive, not so much in terms of labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices to satisfy every palate—and every budget. The service is excellent, as always, and handled with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent, so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper for me. Due to work reasons, I won't be able to dine at amae this week, and they'll be closing on Saturday. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will be closing, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Glad I was able to go again this evening. Thank you Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

08/01/2026: We were guests at this property for Christmas lunch and weren't particularly satisfied for a number of reasons. The day was damp, cold, and rainy. We followed the signs, and they led us to a distant parking lot, a dirt road full of mud and puddles. After climbing a slippery wooden staircase (with a broken step) to exit the parking lot, we followed the road like other people to access the entrance to the property, circling the castle's outer walls on a road in terrible condition—dirt, rocks, mud, puddles, etc. When we reached the so-called entrance, it seemed like a secondary exit, as there was no reception area; instead, you had to follow a corridor with no doors or windows and no signs to access the elevator that leads to the first floor of the castle, where the rooms were located. Only by following the sound of voices did we figure out which way to go to the dining room. Once we arrived, it was warm and pleasant, and we stored our jackets and coats in the cloakroom before securing our reserved table. Given the large number of people who chose to dine there for Christmas, we sat at the tables on the outdoor terrace, which, despite being enclosed and heated, proved to be a cold place because the table was close to the glass outside, and my seat was right there. My back felt cold. The tables were too close to each other, and the passage between them was narrow, making it impossible to change seats or anything else. Although I looked for the positives in the table location—on a gray, dark day, it was in a bright spot compared to the tables inside the restaurant—I had to grab my coat and hold it over my shoulders to warm up. For a 4-star establishment, I expected to be a little better. The menu was more or less the one listed when we booked, but since we had a person with food allergies at our table, and despite the place card specially placed for him, they always brought the wrong dishes, and after each course they had to check the contents and then ask for them to be changed again. We could never all eat together because waiting for his dish would make ours get cold... It was a bit of an unpleasant situation, especially on a holiday when we made such a choice just to think we'd be okay. The staff was helpful and tried to accommodate us for various mix-ups, but I think something went wrong with the overall management of the day. Perhaps the staff was too few in number compared to the number of tables they were supposed to serve... I know this is a place where Christmas lunches have been organized for many years, and we expected more experience to best manage the event. I hope it was just an isolated incident, because it would be a shame for a place like this to lose value in service due to logistical flaws. The dishes served were good, the menu equally inviting, the buffet was full of desserts, and everything could have been perfect with a few small adjustments. In any case, we celebrated the occasion, putting aside the small negatives, and we hope to return and have better luck. Happy New Year everyone!

02/01/2026: Terrible experience: dirty, noisy room, door slamming every time they closed it, malfunctioning elevator, poor breakfast, price way too high for the experience, it feels like a 2-3 star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. There are other negatives, but I'll leave it at that. Terrible experience, I strongly advise against it.

03/02/2026: I ate well at a Giringiro restaurant in Cuneo, and the smell drew me to you. Practical, good value, efficient, and friendly staff.

02/12/2025: Everything was excellent, the food was cooked perfectly, the prices were reasonable, especially for young people. The only thing that was not mentioned was the lack of maintenance on the toilets, the sinks had not been working for a long time, which is clear from the very serious stagnant water.
