02/03/2025: Very nice and well-kept place with a spectacular view! Excellent value for money. Exquisite food with the possibility of making a fixed menu with different options. We opted for a mix of starters+first course+dessert for 27 euros and it's worth every penny, in fact it's not much as a price. Very qualified, friendly and helpful staff! Absolutely recommended

01/12/2024: Nous avions réservé longtemps à l'avance notre séjour dans cette belle région du Piémont et ses vignes. Avec en apothéose, attenant à la Tenuta Carretta où nous logeons (cf. avis séparé), le repas dans le restaurant 21.9 (c'est la date de naissance des deux jumelles de Flavio Costa, le chef à la tête du restaurant). Le chef est un passionné par la cuisine régionale italienne. Originaire de Ligurie, il a fait ses débuts en explorant les produits locaux avant de se forger une réputation dans le Piémont. Son style allie tradition et innovation, en mettant en valeur les ingrédients de saison, avec une forte influence maritime et terrestre. Outre un menu complet autour de la truffe, le chef propose un menu Mer, un menu Terre. Pour ma part, j’ai choisi le succulent menu (100€) proposé par son second Diego Solazzo. Et j'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié : Amuse-bouche (un gnoccho avec une émulsion au basilic) Colin confit aux olives taggiasche, pignons de pin, sauce citron Ris de veau croustillants, ragoût de champignons, sauce béarnaise, émulsion d'oignon doux (ce plat est une merveille !) Tagliatelles à la crème au beurre d’agrumes, mollusques et huile verte (ah, la découverte des petites vongoles et des chairs de mini-moules délicatement apprêtées sous les tagliatelles) Carré d’agneau farci, topinambour (très tendre, parfaitement saisi et apprêté) Crème de café, Baileys, cardamome, (s'il fallait trouver un bémol au repas, c'est celui du dessert, avec un alcool un peu trop présent dans la crème et un manque de quelque chose de croustillant). Bref, un succulent repas en charmante compagnie de nos amis, accompagné des magnifiques vins de la maison. Pour un prix très correct vu la qualité de la cuisine et en comparaison des prix suisses pratiqués pour le même niveau...

25/11/2024: Pizza&C. is a takeaway pizzeria located in Mondovì, in the Ferrone district. The place, although small, is welcoming and well organised, with a couple of tables and some seats for those who wish to eat on the spot. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, a quality that helps make the experience even more pleasant. The pizzas, in my opinion, are delicious, made with fresh, quality ingredients. The restyling of the brand, curated by Giovanni Gastaldi, was also a success: modern, elegant and able to perfectly communicate the identity of the venue. Pizza&C. It is located in Via della Rosa Bianca and is particularly appreciated for its efficient takeaway and home delivery service. Also worth mentioning is the website, simple and functional, and the PDF flyer, both created with care and attention to detail. An excellent option for those looking for quality and practicality. Recommended!

12/02/2025: Cena prenatalizia in questo ristorante che non conoscevo, per una serata da ricordare. Posto all'interno di un cascinale il cui nome è scolpito nella storia del luogo, siamo stati accolti in un salone dove il tempo pare essersi fermato ad un secolo fà. Accomodati in tavoli distanziati per il rispetto della privacy e della tranquillità, il nostro gruppo di otto parenti è stato servito in modo originale e molto attento: i piatti proposti da noi scelti non sono stati registrati su tablet o fogli svolazzanti, ma memorizzati dal cameriere, che ha poi servito in tavola in abbondanti recipienti da cui potevano attingere anche gli altri commensali, insomma un menù a richiesta è diventato a 'degustazione'. Antipasti, primi e secondi: tutto al top, mentre il dolce l'ha commissionato mia figlia ad un famoso pasticcere locale e loro l'anno servito come fosse del proprio carrello dessert. Altra nota di eleganza: dalla carta dei vini abbiamo scelto un prodotto di una cantina famosa; il cameriere prima di servirlo ci ha proposto un assaggio 'offerto' di Nebbiolo prodotto nelle cantine del locale... un vero nettare degli dei.

12/03/2025: A bit confusing place, lots of choice but the menu becomes difficult to vary so if you just want a salad you have to pay for a menu, I wasn't happy with the coffee either if you don't want it you pay for it anyway. The drinks are self-service, all sugary drinks, including water.

12/03/2025: A place not to be considered as the dishes are poor. The pasta with meat sauce isn't even visible because it's dry. If you want to change a drink or a dessert but you can't do it because you're forced to also take the coffee if you don't want it, it's not even discounted because you have to stick to a regime of fixed and expensive prices. If instead I take a single dish and it also scares me away.
