03/01/2026: Cozy place, very attentive waiters, good food, a little expensive for the quality!

25/12/2025: I ordered a home delivery, and after almost an hour and a half, no one has shown up. Shame on you! I even called the staff to ask, but I got no response. I'm continuing the review given your decidedly incorrect response. The order didn't arrive ten minutes later, but 45 minutes later than expected. Your colleague—and I'm afraid your boss—told me she'd written the wrong delivery address, but remember, I called three times before finding out what had actually happened. I also reiterate that your dear colleague initially hung up on me without providing any explanation. That said, I hope you also learn some manners, as well as the fact that you're not perfect and that you have to admit your own shortcomings every now and then.

18/09/2025: We went there today for lunch, but even though Google and the signs around town told us it was open, we found it closed. For the sake of fairness, everything should be updated so customers don't go there for nothing.

08/03/2026: My wife and I had lunch for Women's Day at the Eataly Restaurant in Monticello d'Alba. It's not the first time we've had the pleasure of using their services. The dishes were very well prepared, the portions generous, and the staff very friendly. An experience we'll repeat as soon as possible!

17/02/2026: Excellent quality from the starters to the meat or fish main courses, even the delicious hamburger with light and easily digestible bread, exquisite meat and perfect seasoning.

06/01/2026: We had the usual Cornettos (lots of choices) and delicious coffee here every day during our trip. The cocktails were also well-made.

10/01/2026: I hosted a New Year's Eve company dinner at their restaurant. I imagined it would be a perfect evening, and it was! Alberto is incredibly creative and takes great care in his cuisine, from the ingredients used to the presentation. Jo is always attentive to service, ready to fulfill every customer request, and her work creates an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

23/08/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas. They were expensive, with raw dough and sour tomato sauce. Friendly staff.

20/12/2025: During Christmas dinner, we found ourselves crammed into a makeshift inflatable in the courtyard. The lack of safety and food regulations was evident, and common sense was completely absent. We were so crowded together that getting up from the table was practically impossible. The din was unbelievable, amplified by deafening music that made it difficult even to communicate with the person next door. The food, of poor quality, was served almost cold, which further disappointed our expectations. I would, however, like to applaud the waitresses, who were always helpful and kind, despite having to work in this difficult situation. It's not my practice to comment, but enough is enough. I'm not writing this review to hide behind a keyboard, as the owner commented regarding the comments made, but to share my experience with you and hope that the owners will reflect on these aspects.

19/12/2025: There are no words to describe a place like this. We were placed inside an inflatable "bubble," heated by two mushrooms. The noise was deafening! The food was poor quality. The only positive aspect: the kindness of the staff.

06/01/2026: December, we went to this bar for lunch but despite it being right on time we were told that the kitchen was almost out of everything, we settled for two polentas and a portion of arrosticini (€12 for 6 arrosticini, a steal), the service was practically non-existent and we were given two placemats even though there were three of us, because according to the person who served us with the arrosticini, neither cutlery nor a placemat is expected. The two polentas arrived accompanied by a few pieces of cheese and immediately got cold since it was colder inside the restaurant than outside. You can't improvise as a restaurateur, and when you ask a diner for a certain price, as a customer I expect to receive top-notch service. This service wasn't there, since when we asked for some bread, it wasn't brought because it was out. However, we were served a single sweet roll for three, reheated and burned. I don't recommend this place, not even to Back to the Future fans. Everything is stuck in the '80s, poorly maintained and even poorly managed. Being a restaurateur is an art; they should take better care of their customers.

15/09/2025: Passing by and guided by Google, we stumbled upon this place, my husband, my dog, and I. Excellent service, spectacular veal with tuna sauce 😍 a quick lunch that brightened up our day 🧡

29/08/2025: Nothing to complain about, the staff is super attentive and kind. The refuge is privately run, and let's just say it shows compared to other refuges run by the CAI. The prices are unreasonable for the quality of service offered. The rooms are very dated, with noisy beds and doors, and a slightly pungent smell in the common areas. The food is unremarkable. Dinner is plentiful but of very poor quality. In fact, the quality is simply not there. However, the problem is that a van could easily drive to this place to deliver the produce. The picnic sandwiches were inedible. We must have thrown half of them away. What a shame.

09/03/2026: The mixed fried food was probably reheated. I got a piece of RAW chicken breast. The ladyfingers were cold and dry. The only passable thing was the brains and frogs, and the dessert at the end.
