Dinner in the dark Congratulations for the idea and the magic of silk!!! Since we "discovered" the Zupperia di Cherasco we have been happy to return bringing new friends, always very enthusiastic about the particularity and authenticity of the dishes.. Having said that...last night you were unbeatable!!! Dinner with my husband and my daughter, a sensory experience to be repeated and who has never had it... to absolutely try. .I won't reveal anything else.. Well done! Rose

La giusta alternativa alla cucina tradizionale piemontese. Presa una zuppa zucca e porro deliziosa e il minestrone con verdure freschissime. Chiuso in bellezza con 2 tisane artigianali. Lo consigliamo vivamente

There is only so much tajarin and agnolotti one can eat in Piemonte, so Zupperia provides a delicious opportunity to rest your palate and belly with some delicious, comforting soup, the torta salate of the day, and salad. Cherasco is off the beat path (where I hope it remains) and this little gem is walking distance from the main hotel. Highly recommend.

Hotel Ristorante Barbabuc

06/04/2024: We stopped at Barbabuc for one night and it was a really pleasant discovery! The owner couple was very kind and helpful from the moment of booking. We arrived late in the evening and they welcomed us and also prepared dinner for us even though the kitchen was closed. Delicious artichoke plin!! Thank you, if we were to find ourselves in the area again we would happily return.
23/03/2024: Great experience! Really friendly and helpful staff, they met our every need. We also tried the cuisine, recommended local food. We felt at home! Absolutely recommended.
