05/04/2024: Five of us went because of the very attractive online menu. Unfortunately we were disappointed both because the online menu was no longer the actual one and because the service was slow and improvised and because the paccheri we ordered were pre-cooked. We won't go back again: we were very disappointed. I would advise the owner to avoid continuing to make aperitifs during dinner, hire professional waiters, eliminate the old menu that is still online, and avoid pre-cooking the food.
P.S. I respond to the owner's reply: countering a criticism with arguments is legitimate, insulting the customer to deny the flaws in one's business is childish and, in the long run, counterproductive. A clarification on staff and parcels. The first defined himself as unprofessional or lacking the fundamentals to carry out the Sala-Bar duties. Table service, from orders to disposal, cannot be improvised. Multi-year training is required to work in catering. No one criticized their diligence, only their preparation. As for the cuisine, the paccheri were evidently pre-cooked and then seasoned. Furthermore, it takes at least 13-15 minutes to cook a pacchero. And this was not the case. In my considerations there are 10 years of experience in restaurant and hotel services, in Italy and England. You learn a little more humility. Next time don't deny reality and learn from your mistakes.
P.S. 2. His further replies do nothing but confirm my review which, I repeat, is a review and, therefore, a point of view on the complexity of reality, certainly far more objective than the owner of the restaurant. He is free to treasure it or remain without humility and good manners. For the rest, future customers will validate my review if it doesn't decide to improve in the meantime.
