06/12/2025: We had dinner at Ostu Bistrot, where I found a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The cuisine was exceptional, with attention to detail. Sol, besides being a fantastic chef, is a lovely person. The manager and wait staff were helpful and professional. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

10/12/2025: Ordered and consumed, Piedmontese-style baked onions. Then ossobuco with mushrooms. Both dishes were sublime, and Mrs. Renata served me with great professionalism and charm. They brought me biscuits with my coffee. The bathroom is worth a visit. Nothing is missing. Even the Wi-Fi works perfectly. Mrs. Roberta welcomed me with a smile and professionalism. I'll be back as soon as I can.
06/12/2025: I think it's one of the best restaurants I've ever tried. The service is cheerful and super attentive. The food is impeccable, even the gluten-free version. I think 5 stars is too few.

24/11/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant and was very pleased. I tried the pasta e fagioli (pasta and beans) and the tomino in cabbage leaves: everything was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very nice and refined.

03/12/2025: The place is very comfortable and the service is attentive. The menu features mostly simple dishes, but in keeping with local tradition. I'd say everything is excellent, and the white truffle, while not as heavily weighted as in other places, seems fairly in line with the price of the dish. The half bottle of Barolo is also convenient for a couple who will be "driving." I only took one star off the food because, apart from the truffle, the dishes are fairly simple—eggs, tagliolini—and perhaps a little effort could be made on the price.
The dessert is beautiful and delicious.

05/12/2025: Patrick's pizza in Villanova Mondovì is an absolute guarantee. The pizza is truly delicious: I end up ordering it for lunch during the week, as well as dinner, because it never disappoints.
The staff is always friendly and kind, making you feel looked after and pampered from the first to the last minute. A special mention goes to the pizza chef behind the oven, who interacts with customers and manages to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere: he truly makes for a wonderful evening.
The place is very beautiful, welcoming, and always clean. Highly recommended!

The variety of toppings is one of the restaurant's true strengths: in addition to the classics, there are many special and imaginative pizzas, rich in ingredients and meticulously crafted, perfect for those who want to try something different.
The decor also deserves praise: the ambiance is dramatic and fun, completely cinema-themed. From references to Ghostbusters, homages to Star Wars, and details inspired by The Matrix, every corner is designed to raise a smile and make the experience even more enjoyable.

02/09/2025: We used a voucher for one night but ended up staying four. The inn's strength is the friendliness of the owners, two hard workers with a great deal of creativity in organizing. The cuisine is excellent, light, and always varied. Comfortable rooms with a stunning view of the valley. There's a lovely wellness area and play area. We really hope to return. The Maira Valley is a gem.
