05/04/2026: A truly enjoyable Easter lunch, with attention to every detail. The setting is charming, welcoming, and beautifully decorated, with a relaxed atmosphere. The wine selection is also excellent, with truly spot-on pairings. We chose three tasting menus (total cost around €200) and were greeted upon arrival with a delicious entrée: three pea cream soups, each flavored differently (orange, mint, and a third I can't remember), accompanied by crackers, pizza, and homemade breadsticks, some of which were spiced. Everything was delicious. The appetizers were a real surprise: amberjack tartare and raw beef tartare, served in three variations and accompanied by different sauces, truly well-balanced. The salmon, served in pieces, with a mango (or similar) cream, was also excellent—fresh and perfectly complemented. The first courses were excellent: tagliolini with ragù gnocchi, spectacular Castelmagno ravioli, very tasty and well-made. The second courses were also excellent: stuffed calamari, pork cheek, and an excellent tuna fillet, cooked with precision. The desserts were exquisite, and as if that weren't enough, when the bill came, they also brought us a tray of other sweet treats, truly irresistible. The added value was the wine pairing: each course was accompanied by a wine expertly chosen and recommended by the host, with expertise and passion. In short: top-notch cuisine, attentive service, excellent wines, and a perfect atmosphere. An experience worth repeating.

06/04/2026: Wonderful welcome, kind and friendly, and everyone was truly competent with top quality dishes and despite it being a holiday, some shops were open and allowed us holidaymakers to take a digestive tour thanks to the city of Alba and thanks to the restaurateurs of the INEDITO VIGIN MUDEST for welcoming us at the last minute and thus allowed us a last day of holiday to remember.

08/04/2026: A truly beautiful location, intimate and well-maintained, with limited seating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The menu is basic, with just a few dishes, but all very good and well-executed. The only slightly negative note about the service: there was a small misunderstanding with the waitress regarding a dish that, in my opinion, wasn't quite as good (there wasn't enough marrow). She explained that this can happen with bones, which is understandable, but we weren't entirely clear on how to handle the situation. I wasn't charged for the dish, which was appreciated, although personally I would have preferred to have eaten it better, even if I had paid for it. Overall, a very positive experience; I would gladly return.

For those who prefer a lighter option, they offer delicious salads. Children's menus are also available. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

29/03/2026: Very unique: you choose the type of pasta as the base, then there's a long list of toppings to pair with it, sorted by flavor intensity. You pay for the dish based on the topping you choose. The prices are more than reasonable and the portions are generous.
