Special thanks to the wait staff for their impeccable and friendly service, and a heartfelt thank you to Chef Sol, who personally came to our table to greet us: a thoughtful gesture we greatly appreciated. We'll definitely be back!

16/08/2026: A must-try! This restaurant is quite spacious, with plenty of room between the street-side area, the dining room, and the garden. The setting is lovely.
The menu features classic Italian dishes, and they have excellent pizzas for children.
They also offer local specialties (such as white chicken salad).
The service is quick and attentive.

21/07/2026: We had a truly wonderful meal! The meat was excellent quality, perfectly cooked, and exceptionally flavorful. You can sense the attention paid to the selection of ingredients.
To conclude, the stuffed peaches were a true masterpiece: simply spectacular, among the best I've ever tasted! Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

05/08/2026: We happened upon this beautiful village (Vernante, Cuneo) by chance (on August 4, 2026), intrigued by the fact that it's dedicated to Pinocchio! We had lunch at Ristorante Il Cavallino. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a smile and genuine, spontaneous kindness. We ate wonderfully, and also sampled some delicious local cheeses. Finally, the bill: it had been a decade or two since we'd eaten at such a good value. I highly recommend it; if you're in the Vernante area and need to eat, go to Ristorante Il Cavallino.

Excellent pizza, thin and with a truly delicious dough, the kind that doesn't go rubbery after a few minutes. The specialty pizzas with local ingredients are delicious.
Fast service.

The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, and you're greeted with rare kindness: the owner and chef are exquisite, helpful, and truly friendly. We ate wonderfully, with tasty and carefully prepared dishes, all for a reasonable price. An authentic place that left a very positive impression on me, and one I recommend without hesitation. Congratulations, I'll definitely be back.

We didn't like it. The quality and price didn't match the type of dessert.
