I tried the seasonal dish of gratinated asparagus with poached egg, béarnaise sauce, and white truffle—really interesting! Paired with a Nebbiolo from the Langhe (I would have recommended a sparkling wine, but unfortunately it wasn't available by the glass). Reasonably priced. Recommended, I'd definitely go back!

The bill included: 2 veal with tuna sauce 1 tajarin with ragù 1 caramelized braised beef 2 desserts 1 water 1 wine (€28) 1 coffee 2 covers The wait staff was prompt, friendly, and always available. The sommelier assisted us with our wine selection, which turned out to be absolutely spot-on. The cover charge included excellent quality breadsticks and artisanal focaccia. We are completely satisfied with the service provided and believe the cost of the lunch is reasonable. Highly recommended.

17/05/2026: The interior is average, but the panoramic view from the windows is truly beautiful; this is probably the restaurant's strong point. The food is very good and high-quality, but the portions are RIDICULOUS, with exorbitant prices. They're portions worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, large plates, with very little inside—just look at the photos. The cover charge, water charge, and coffee charge are ridiculous; I can understand the price of wine, but hey... water is water, and so is coffee. The wait times are incredibly long; if you're looking to spend a Sunday afternoon, then it's fine: for three courses (appetizer, first course, dessert, and coffee), it took us three and a half hours—the kind of meal for a special occasion. There's parking, but it fills up quickly on Sundays, so they either make you double-park or park on the dirt road leading to the restaurant. €70 per person.

The food is extraordinary: traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared with great care and using excellent ingredients. The wine list is incredible, featuring local wines and truly refined selections. The welcome is warm from the first moment, and the staff is professional, attentive, and always smiling. The service is impeccable without ever being intrusive. A magical place where quality, scenery, and hospitality blend perfectly. Highly recommended!

05/05/2026: I had found and saved the name of this osteria while searching for must-see restaurants in Piedmont. And thank goodness! A wonderful, and delicious, discovery! Unfortunately, we hadn't booked in advance, so they seated us at the only free table at the entrance, and I couldn't see the main dining room, which is located beyond the stairs. But the atmosphere, the friendly and professional service, and especially the chef's menu, overshadowed everything else. We ate divinely! The tajarin with ragù were the best of the entire holiday, truly special. The dessert (puff pastry with chocolate and raspberries) was a true culinary experience, even though I only had one bite! I would have liked to try everything, but the portions are generous, and after one appetizer and one first course each, it was more than enough! The chef approached us at the end of the meal, and it was lovely to meet him and chat with him. Highly recommended.

30/04/2026: I discovered this restaurant on the "Cosa mangiamo oggi" website. I had high expectations, and they lived up to them. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the dishes were incredible, beautiful, and delicious, and you couldn't miss the pure cream. I wouldn't be surprised if a red sign appeared on the side of the door sooner or later. Well done!

The place is very well-maintained, with attention to detail without being overly formal; the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. I had the ravioli with stew and found them truly delicious (I would have preferred a couple more on the plate). The sardines in saor were superbly balanced; the crusty bread was truly generous. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. Overall, a great experience: the food is good, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. It's one of those places you'll want to return to more than once.
