04/01/2026: My favorite dish is the seafood paccheri, and the desserts have never disappointed me either. The place is beautiful, but when I go, I prefer not to eat in the central area, where you can see the kitchen, because it's very busy, with the constant passing of waiters and people going to the bathroom making it a bit chaotic. The sofas on the right are much better, not to mention the rooms further back where relaxation is guaranteed. While the service has sometimes been less than impeccable, the food has never disappointed. Worth a try.

25/01/2026: Dining at l'inedito is a warm caress on a cold day. The expertly prepared dishes transform simple flavors into true explosions of flavor on the palate. Truffles are served generously, and the vast selection of wines allows for a wide range of tastes. And the caress continues with the bread and breadsticks. Their charcoal-baked focaccia is spectacular. Soft and with a grain of salt on the surface balancing the sweetness, it transforms it into an unexpected treat. We ordered a Barbera d'Asti, which paired with the venison enhanced its flavor, sweetness, and aromas. Their desserts are not to be missed: the Barolo tiramisu, with its crunchy note, transforms the strong flavor of the Barolo into a perfectly balanced sweetness. The golden egg, on the other hand, is beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. A spectacle of flavor. I'll save my comment on the wait staff for last. If eating at L'Inedito is a warm caress, the wait staff is the blanket that warms you. Always attentive, with a constant presence but never intrusive. They are ninjas! The bread appeared on its own!!! Highly recommended!

02/03/2026: We found this restaurant by chance through an app, and it was a wonderful discovery. The place is very welcoming, with a pleasant and refined atmosphere. The service is excellent: the waiters are attentive, kind, and professional. The cuisine is simply magnificent. We ordered several dishes and loved them all. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. A truly lovely detail: I told the waitress I wanted a small dessert, but the menu only offered full, rather large desserts. So she very kindly brought me two biscuits with my coffee. It may seem like a small thing, but it was a truly appreciated gesture. We will definitely return to this restaurant. Highly recommended! ✨

03/01/2026: The restaurant reopened last year after being closed for a few years. I'm not sure if it was under new management, but the current one has done a great job! The atmosphere is welcoming and quiet, and the soft lighting combined with a lovely fireplace (lit! 😉) create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The service is always precise and professional, and we developed a rapport with the staff, who were fun to chat with, beyond the usual routine. The dishes are good; I was satisfied with the tagliatelle with venison ragù and the veal fillet with three peppercorns. The tiramisu, however, despite its beautiful presentation, wasn't matched by its adequate flavor; I found it too lacking in sweetness, and the way it was assembled made it difficult to enjoy.
