01/09/2025: We ate wonderfully, everything was delicious. The value for money was truly WOW!! The staff was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I digested everything and woke up the next day feeling well-rested and free of bloating.

12/10/2025: This is my first time at this restaurant, and I immediately noticed something you don't see in other restaurants: the open kitchen. It's a wonderful sight: the chefs, cooks, and waiters intertwined like a perfect machine, never taking up anyone's space. Then there's the kindness and professionalism of the waiters, especially Lorenza, who served us splendidly with her sweetness. Having said that, I can only speak about the service and the lunch...not much to say, everything was very good. I'll definitely be back.

14/09/2025: Brilliant food well prepared and presented. Friendly service and small courtyard for outdoor seating was charming. Veal done 3 ways, guinea fowl ravioli, fish of the day and confit rabbit….all delicious.

11/10/2025: A wonderful lunch on a sunny terrace. We ate truffle-wrapped eggs and tagliatelle with truffles (black, not the white Alba variety), all washed down with a glass of Nebbiolo. A pleasant break.

04/10/2025: We ate well. The food and wine were good. The service was okay, although it seemed a bit overdone, a bit forced. The only flaw was the annoyed waitresses, either because customers called for reservations or because they rang the doorbell when it was full (not very nice or polite, in my opinion; that's what you're there for, and it's better if it's full).

04/10/2025: A traditional Piedmontese menu with well-executed and tasty dishes: the beef tartare was excellent, the tajarin with rich ragù sauce was rich, the veal braised in Barolo was tender and flavorful, and we finished with a bunet (a typical Italian pasta dish) accompanied by a truly delicious hazelnut gelato. The price was fair for the quality and the comprehensive menu. We had lunch outside in the piazza in front of the restaurant. Service could be improved, but it was very friendly and professional. We'll definitely try again.

02/09/2025: We used a voucher for one night but ended up staying four. The inn's strength is the friendliness of the owners, two hard workers with a great deal of creativity in organizing. The cuisine is excellent, light, and always varied. Comfortable rooms with a stunning view of the valley. There's a lovely wellness area and play area. We really hope to return. The Maira Valley is a gem.

07/08/2025: As an American living in France, I was thrilled to find somewhere that actually knows how to use a smoker! BarBees was a dream. The menu was amazing. We tried the mixed platter, the brisket, and the homemade hazelnut ice cream. It was the most beautiful marriage of American and Italian styles. You won’t regret it. Go.

30/09/2025: Our visit to the APE wine bar was an all-around wonderful experience. The sommelier looked after us with great expertise and passion and recommended an excellent wine – just the thing for us. Afterwards, we were able to sample all the aperitifs in the bar and had the opportunity to purchase our favorites directly – a personal and very friendly gesture that impressed us. The food was excellent: fresh, creative, and perfectly matched to the wines. The atmosphere is warm and inviting; you immediately feel welcome. APE wine bar is a place we would gladly return to – for great wines, outstanding food, and genuine hospitality. Thank you.

27/09/2025: At 8pm, with people sitting down for an aperitif, they told us that we couldn't sit down because they had suspended the bar service due to difficulties in managing the restaurant's clientele. However, despite the fact that they had been offering bar service since the 6pm, the waitress replied "we're not a bar, we're a restaurant." 1 star is a must.

05/10/2025: A place with attention to every detail. We slept in the wooden cabin. Truly a stunning place. A surreal silence. A very good dinner with traditional flavors but with a touch of elegance.

28/09/2025: We have been to this Ostu as a couple, in company and in a group, we have always had a good time, good food, good service, good location, it's a shame about the limited parking, but considering the location, I would recommend it!
