18/10/2025: The wait times were too long....It's a shame that spicy foods aren't listed on the menu. Those who don't like spicy food might not eat what they ordered. Finally, the chair was wobbly and dangerous.

12/10/2025: This is my second time here, and I chose the five-course menu. Everything was delicious and original, the service professional and courteous, and the place is very nice. My only complaint is that the tables are a bit close together, and the light at some tables shines a bit too brightly. Highly recommended.

18/10/2025: It's on the seventh floor of the mall, and it can be a bit overwhelming to get there as it's very crowded. There are elevators and escalators. I recommend avoiding this place as it's quite expensive, in fact, the whole area. The service is fast, but you quickly notice they push you away to make room; it's not a place to be peaceful.

14/10/2025: Excellent sandwiches, staff speaks english and service was perfect. Lots of options on their menu and very clean. Prices are affordable for Milano.

For just almost €30, you get unlimited Japanese food with an impressive variety of dishes to choose from. The quality, taste, and value for money are unbeatable, and it always leaves me perfectly satisfied P.S the dessert and drinks not included, have to order separate but definitely worth it

22/10/2025: The worst experience since my last visit in Milan in this restaurant 8 years ago. I highly recommend Michelin to rework the evaluation they gave to this restaurant since they changed the owner and the entire staff. The quality of the food and the service was really disappointing and embarrassing. The staff doesn’t know how to serve properly and professionally. We were 3 people and they served our food 30 minutes apart for each other so we didn’t eat together. Overall the atmosphere was really uncomfortable. And to sum everything up, we paid way to much. I should’ve never returned there since they changed the owner they ruined the good image this place had. Don’t recommend!

11/10/2025: Whenever I'm craving a good pizza, this is the pizzeria I choose! Super soft dough, always fresh and top-quality ingredients, not to mention the kindness of the staff and pizza chef Angelo, who even offered us a portion of fries and a babbà! If you want to spend a wonderful evening in a family atmosphere enjoying excellent food, Bottega Del Pizzaiolo is the perfect place! ❤️❤️❤️

20/09/2025: A few days ago, my wife and I ate an ice cream cone. The portions were excellent and generous. The problem was that my flavor, pistachio and berry yogurt, was very, very hard to digest (I consider myself to have an iron stomach). It seemed like there were some heavy ingredients that were difficult to digest, such as butter, cream, thickener, excess sugar, etc. (In my humble opinion, quality is what counts for success.)

04/06/2025: Se all'interno ci sono più di 2/3 persone, non entrate...la ragazza al banco va in 'tilt' e vi fa sentire poco graditi! Eravamo un gruppetto di persone, mi sono alzata per chiedere 'con gentilezza' se potevamo essere serviti in quanto non avevamo troppo tempo a disposizione, la ragazza mi risponde scocciata e in maniera mooolto arrogante (ma poi dico già di prima mattina??!) che c'era da aspettare vista la mole di lavoro, quando mi volto per andare a sedermi inizia a sparlare con le persone che erano al banco, ma io , mortificata, faccio finta di non sentire Avevo solo chiesto con gentilezza, non pretendevo di scavalcare le 2 persone prima di noi. Scortesia e poca pazienza anche per la gestione del conto. Sicuramente non ci torneremo più . Prodotti abbastanza buoni ma rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato.

31/10/2025: The experience would have been positive except for the appetizers and the strong smell that lingered on your clothes. Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating further because they give modified menus to The Fork customers, so the discount offered doesn't exist.

07/09/2025: Really bad raw ice cream and outrageously expensive. 10 euros for two ice creams that we would have thrown away.

01/09/2025: The ice cream melted as soon as it was served, I almost had to drink it and that's why I threw it away, going in to give my opinion, besides the fact that the staff were sitting on the counter but oh well, they didn't know how to handle the situation, they told me they didn't know what to do if the ice cream was melted, guys, 2 cones peak €8.40 everything must be perfect, both the ice cream and the staff. Never again.
