10/07/2025: I visited this bakery yesterday for the first time during my very short trip to Milan. Longoni is listed online as one of the best bakeries in Milan, so the desire to eat good bread brought me here. Let me start by saying that the bread is truly delicious. That smell of home, of Sunday lunches with the family, and sweet childhood memories, is all there when you eat your bread! Then my attention shifted to the staff. I was served by a young woman (with glasses, if I'm not mistaken). Well, alas, let's just say that the kindness, professionalism, love, and passion she puts into explaining the various types of bread, how they're made, and their entire history, almost surpasses the quality of the raw materials themselves. My compliments to this woman, because in just five minutes she took me, in my mind and heart, behind the scenes to experience what this product is all about. Really good, and I dare say this because I'm in the industry and it's not easy to find qualified people, but above all, people who put love and passion into what they do and know how to convey it 100%. So I'd say my experience was excellent, and it will definitely be one of my regular stops when I return to Milan.

10/09/2025: It's a really nice place, good healthy food, and the lady is really kind: she found a solution quickly for a large group without a reservation. Really super organized, and everything was delicious and well-priced!

21/11/2025: I wasn't disappointed at lunch. One evening: decent pizza. Decent tagliata, forgettable potatoes and porcini mushrooms. When I mentioned it to the owner, he didn't bat an eyelid. He offered €37 for a Margherita, a super-salty tagliata, with a side dish, a small bottle of water, and a medium beer. No comment. Goodbye.

13/11/2025: I think this restaurant deserves a better rating; we tried the pizza and risotto and they were very good and reasonably priced. The service was quick and the waiters and waitresses were friendly.

16/05/2025: Lots of choice and plentiful dishes. Bar service too. Open for lunch on weekdays in the Milanofiori office complex. They are also fast, the only flaw is the acoustics of the place (very noisy).

09/12/2025: Great place for breakfast. The croissants and bread are delicious. Highly recommended and worth a try. It's very popular, so it can be hard to find a seat.

08/12/2025: After a year, I'm forced to change my review. About the Via Melzo location. The pain au chocolat was very good. Unfortunately, I understand it's a holiday, but despite there being no one in the shop except me, I had to ask twice to be served while the other side of the counter was busy texting and laughing with colleagues. Given their attitude, I won't be setting foot there again.

26/11/2025: Being vegetarian, I had booked a mixed platter, since I was with a non-vegetarian friend. Unfortunately, the platter arrived consisting almost entirely of cured meats. A somewhat disappointing experience for me, especially considering the price.

18/11/2025: In this pastry shop, unfriendliness and rudeness seem to be prevalent, and this completely ruins the experience. It's a real shame, especially since a little kindness and attention to the customer would make all the difference. 08/11/2025: I enter this "pastry shop" for the first time (but even the baker on the corner could get by with a minimum of care for the products he sells), and I buy a cake and a cabaret with 5 pastries for about 45 euros, so not a trifle. And twice she lets us go in front of others: a woman who had "only" bought brioches and enters last... I ask the shop assistant if she can package the pastries for me without putting them haphazardly in a bag for snacks... because I don't see an appropriate package, and she replies that it's fine like this, nothing happens.
