I feel better here than at home, and whenever I pass through Milan, I can't help but eat here!

Il personale è gentile e disponibile.
I costi sono nella media.
Il menù è vario e a mio avviso è apprezzabile che vengano aggiunti dei gusti “stagionali” che permettono ai clienti abituali (che conoscono già le classiche proposte), di poter assaggiare qualcosa di nuovo.
Consigliato.
09/03/2025: I didn't like the caramel matcha. It has lumps which ruins its consistency, and the only reason it's "caramelly" is because of the caramel sauce on the cup. Additionally, the coffee is watered down, which makes it taste bland and lacks clarity. Unfortunately, the whole thing is poor - neither the consistency nor the taste are good. I don't recommend it.

16/05/2025: Lots of choice and plentiful dishes. Bar service too. Open for lunch on weekdays in the Milanofiori office complex. They are also fast, the only flaw is the acoustics of the place (very noisy).

09/12/2025: Great place for breakfast. The croissants and bread are delicious. Highly recommended and worth a try. It's very popular, so it can be hard to find a seat.
08/12/2025: After a year, I'm forced to change my review. About the Via Melzo location. The pain au chocolat was very good. Unfortunately, I understand it's a holiday, but despite there being no one in the shop except me, I had to ask twice to be served while the other side of the counter was busy texting and laughing with colleagues. Given their attitude, I won't be setting foot there again.

15/11/2025: An hour and a half late after two reminders, a birthday party that was a mess to say the least.
It would be more accurate to say they couldn't fulfill all the orders, rather than risk losing customers.
15/11/2025: Unfortunately, I repeatedly find myself ordering pizza from you, and every time there's a problem.
What price differences compared to what was communicated over the phone, cold pizzas. Even the order was forgotten, after calling two hours in advance, or even forgotten, 30 minutes late. A real shame because the pizza and the quality of the ingredients are good.
Professionalism in handling these issues and zero disagreements.
I'm sorry, but I won't be ordering again. It's not the first time I've had guests at home and I find myself dealing with these unpleasant situations.

21/11/2025: I wasn't disappointed at lunch.
One evening: decent pizza. Decent tagliata, forgettable potatoes and porcini mushrooms.
When I mentioned it to the owner, he didn't bat an eyelid.
He offered €37 for a Margherita, a super-salty tagliata, with a side dish,
a small bottle of water, and a medium beer.
No comment.
Goodbye.
13/11/2025: I think this restaurant deserves a better rating; we tried the pizza and risotto and they were very good and reasonably priced. The service was quick and the waiters and waitresses were friendly.

Impeccable service, even when the place is packed.

09/11/2025: The food was rather bland: pizza tasted like paper, burgers looked like plasticine. It tasted like nothing. The waiters were polite, but I had a really bad experience with the cashier, who messed up the bills, making everyone pay significantly more. The prices are way too high for a restaurant like this. I wouldn't recommend it.
07/11/2025: Dry gnocchi, mediocre mushroom risotto, finished strudel but displayed in the window as it came out...it's cold near the windows...the only good thing was the waitress...disappointing.
