07/05/2026: We decided to try this restaurant mainly because it's close to the canal, in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing Sunday lunch.
Our expectations were met: the location was quiet, allowing for a stroll after lunch, and we were seated at a table in the internal courtyard—nothing spectacular, but still outdoors and super peaceful and quiet.
The menu features a few dishes, with a few additions made by word of mouth. We tried the platter, a first course, and the meat, served on a hot plate. Everything was very good and more than reasonably priced, especially for the meat. The homemade desserts were simple and fresh. My only suggestion was that the bread could be improved, which could be a little more refined. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, including the pleasant and discreet service. I'll definitely return if I'm in the area.

19/02/2026: The place is nice, but the pizza, besides being overpriced, calling it pizza is an insult... it was literally soaked in oil. 2 margheritas, two small beers, 1 hour wait, €30... There are better places in everything and they will never see me again and it's a shame that compared to before they have gotten worse.

11/04/2026: Discovered a few months ago and immediately entered my top three favorite pizzerias. Crispy, thin-crust pizza. Excellent ingredients and a truly vast selection! Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
19/03/2026: I had dinner at Fabbrica della Pizza and overall the experience was positive.
The pizzas are really large and thin, well-topped, and tasty, ideal if you're hungry or want to share a casual dinner with friends. The menu is extensive, with so many options to choose from, so it's easy to find something you like.
The atmosphere is lively and informal, perfect for groups. The service was decent.
The desserts were also very positive, being delicious and beautifully presented, a great end to the dinner.
One aspect I would definitely improve is the location: it could use a revamp, as it feels a bit dated compared to the quality of the food.
Overall, it's a good pizzeria for an unpretentious evening, where the quality and flavor of the pizza are what counts most.

01/05/2024: A place that meets the expectations of those who frequent a pizzeria of this type. Good pizza - I didn't try the dishes from the kitchen - clean and tidy place, cloth tablecloths and napkins, bathroom in good condition. After the pizza we were a bit forgotten, in the sense that I had to get up and go to the counter to ask for coffees. Nothing serious obviously but there were only us there so it's not very explainable.
Recommended place if you want to eat simply and without many pretensions. If you love elegant and refined places, this is not the one for you.
27/04/2024: Visto dall'esterno non rende molto bene, abbastanza anonimo, all'interno invece è un bel locale. Nulla di speciale, sembra una trattoria per camionisti. Abbiamo pranzato bene. Cibo molto buono e pesce fresco. Soddisfatti
