21/12/2025: Perhaps encouraged by their participation in Foodish (where they obviously didn't win), they're quite rude. Would you bring a tray of half-broken pastries as a gift? They say so. If you want to be pampered as a customer deserves, go elsewhere.
01/12/2025: The waitress, in my opinion, was rude. We were looking at the desserts before sitting down, and she said, "I'm asking you to get the receipt first; it's a new rule," without even giving us time to choose.
Then we asked her if they had the salted almonds we usually order, and she laughed and replied, "I don't think so!"
Finally, we asked her what was inside the rustici, and she didn't even know.

15/02/2026: Some friends and I wanted to spend Valentine's Day dinner out. We had reservations at this restaurant, and when we arrived, the owner wouldn't let us in and told us he had to check our reservation. Something already seemed off, but then he pointed us to a restaurant further away, saying he'd moved us there. We'd booked one place and ended up eating at another... no way. The important thing isn't the conviviality and the desire to spend an evening with friends, but this is unacceptable behavior. They must have left our table to a couple!
09/02/2026: Water bottle was glass and unwashed food had no flavor. Large quantity though.

07/10/2025: Unfortunately, this time the experience was disappointing compared to last year.
The service wasn't up to par: the welcome wasn't friendly, and I felt like the staff treated us like we were at home, not in a restaurant.
We ate on the outdoor terrace, but the atmosphere wasn't as comfortable as I remembered, and the pizza didn't have the same flavor and quality as last year.
I hope the management pays more attention to the quality of the service and food, because the place is beautiful and has a lot of potential.

07/10/2025: I ordered a buffalo pizza. But it tasted like margarita cheese. It also had bad taste. It was like bread with tomato sauce. Besides, they bring the pizza without cutting it. This is the first time I've seen this in my life. Finally, Pepsi Coke. They didn't even bring a glass. Maybe only atmosphere is okay.

Super soft dough, always fresh and top-quality ingredients, not to mention the kindness of the staff and pizza chef Angelo, who even offered us a portion of fries and a babbà! If you want to spend a wonderful evening in a family atmosphere enjoying excellent food, Bottega Del Pizzaiolo is the perfect place! ❤️❤️❤️

09/11/2025: The food was rather bland: pizza tasted like paper, burgers looked like plasticine. It tasted like nothing. The waiters were polite, but I had a really bad experience with the cashier, who messed up the bills, making everyone pay significantly more. The prices are way too high for a restaurant like this. I wouldn't recommend it.

28/09/2025: I tried this place for the first time. The food was good, but there were some drawbacks. I had a bacon burger for €9.50, the sandwich alone was €9.50, the fries were €3.50, and a bottle of still water for €0.50 cost €2. When I got the bill, I was charged a €1 cover charge. This isn't a general issue with the euro, but rather what purpose it serves, given that we didn't have cutlery, glasses, bread, or anything else that could be considered a cover charge. The only thing on the table was a central basket with napkins for everyone, so it wasn't personal. I wonder what the point of charging for nothing is.
26/09/2025: The kebabs were burnt but cold, and the fries were cold. I asked for additional sauces, but they forgot. It's a shame because the atmosphere is nice. The wait was long.

21/02/2026: One of the apparently "lively" gentlemen made some unkind comments about the number of pizza slices I ordered, how much I ate, and how I looked, according to him, "nice and fit." Given that everyone can eat as much and as little as they want—in this case, for a fee—and can look however they want and/or find themselves, such comments are inappropriate. That said, I won't be setting foot in there again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

A fusion sushi a la carte, good but not excellent, €40 per person for 16 uramaki.
Prices have now skyrocketed, they weren't like that before.
Pleasant atmosphere, a little dark, but pleasant. Excellent cocktails, very friendly waiters. GREAT MUSIC blasting at 100, but I appreciated it because it was Rauw Alejandro, maybe others might find it annoying.
We've been there many times, but unfortunately I doubt we'll return, as the prices have gone up and up each time...not all of us live in Citylife.
Goodbye Bomaki, you were great.
