09/04/2026: I really want to leave a positive review for this place because it deserves it. From the food to the service, I had a wonderful time.
I had one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted (no rhetoric).
Light but not chewy dough, well cooked... in short, excellent.
Friendly and helpful staff, simple, welcoming, and quiet (essential characteristics for me).
In short, I'm left wanting to return! And I will.
Oh, and a special mention for the desserts: phenomenal.
28/03/2026: Bad experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, unlike the owner. The wait was too long when there were many takeout orders, which were given priority. The pizza was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The quality of the ingredients was certainly not top-notch. Too bad.

12/12/2025: Are you changing the name because it has nothing to do with a bistro, it's a basic bar, it doesn't even have soy milk, and the gorgonzola on display is in a refrigerated counter?
