08/04/2026: The best sandwiches in Milan! There's a huge selection, and they're all delicious. Highly recommended.

06/06/2026: The ice cream wasn't bad, although a bit too sweet. However, the person who served us rolled her eyes when I explained that she had mixed up our orders. She handed me the tub without looking at me or saying goodbye. We won't be back.

30/04/2026: Have breakfast here with an Italian stuffed croissant and a cappuccino. You can choose from pistachio, berry, white chocolate, or chocolate fillings. The staff were quite friendly and gave helpful recommendations — a nice little spot worth trying.

25/06/2026: Everything was very good, the girl who served us was nice and polite. The only negative thing was that when we got the bill, we were charged for extra bottles of water and weren't refunded, saying they'd been consumed... which wasn't true! Aside from that, we tried meat, fish, and vegetables. The bread was delicious.

16/06/2026: 2 stars because the pizza was delicious, compliments to the pizza chef. BUT: From the menu on the tables: Added onion +0.50 euros Whole wheat dough +1 euro A flyer at the entrance also read: Beer Day from 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm, medium beer €3.50, every Tuesday. Well, it was Tuesday, but I paid €5.50 for the beer because "you should have let me know you wanted beer day" (whatever that means, since the flyer didn't specify anything about the type or quantity of beers, the waitress didn't mention it... so, who knows, I should have let you know. The onion (4 pieces of red onion) cost TWO (2!!!) euros... (Instead of €0.50 as per the menu). The whole wheat dough cost €1.50 instead of €1. When I pointed this out, I was told the menus on the tables were out of date (...) Add to this, the pizzas were served without cutlery, and when I went to pay at the end of the meal, the waitress asked me if I had booked (!!)....and it was a quiet night...let alone with a packed house. So, top pizza chef. The staff, customer service, and transparency on prices are ABSOLUTELY INADEQUATE. Never again. Giuliano Orlandi

15/02/2026: A welcoming place with meticulous attention to detail. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly; you can tell they put passion into every coffee and cocktail they serve. Service is quick and always with a smile, which is not a given these days. Highly recommended for a quality break!

31/12/2025: We were a group of 4 and had an amazing experience at Bentoteca Milano. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. Would highly recommend to anyone.

28/12/2025: We went for dinner and tried the omakase menu. The service was excellent, but the atmosphere was a bit noisy; we sat at standard tables so we could easily get along. The chef's offerings brought European, especially French, influences to Japanese cuisine. The most memorable dish was definitely the wagyu soup topped with a pâte feuilletée, which is usually served with French onion soup. The menu was enjoyable, although both my partner and I found it a bit heavy, due to the rich, French-influenced broths and sauces. We enjoyed the exploration, but the flavors weren't always to our liking, perhaps expecting something lighter after trying other omakase in the past. The seasonal vegetable salad deserves a special mention, as it lightened up the menu between courses. I would return to try some of the dishes I saw arriving at the adjacent tables, such as the shank, bento, or tongue sando. It's a shame they didn't let us try their Basque cheesecake, but that's part of the omakase experience. Great respect for the chef and his work.

16/07/2026: unfortunately we didnt have a good experience here, the waiter got our orders wrong multiple times including after specifically requesting and confirming that they wouldnt add vegetable to the dish, and that the sauce wouldnt be there, it was still there. the chips were drenched in oil, the pizza was just alright, the „hummus“ was a hot chickpea purée with no tang and lentil chips to dip (also oily),ravioli portion was small and very doughy also quite flavorless. allover mediocre food, and despite the kind servers the service wasnt good. we wont be back unfortunately.

23/06/2026: An incredibly fantastic experience that took us to Sichuan with spicy Chinese dishes and traditional cuisine. The location is very simple, but clean and tidy. Simple table setting with plastic placemats. The service was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. (I asked how a beef dish with parsley was; they told me it was "cold," so I opted for the spicy stewed beef with peppers. They even brought me a sample of the cold beef to taste. I don't think many restaurants are this kind and friendly. Well done!) We chose stewed eggplant, soft tofu with 100-year-old eggs, and white rice. I recommend it to anyone who loves spicy Chinese cuisine... and I'll definitely be back.
