13/07/2024: Venue with convincing atmosphere and decor. Food: I had a sandwich with a chicken cutlet (I don't remember the name of the dish on the menu), the dish was of medium quality and the meat a little too salty. Dessert: a Doriaki, nice idea. Service: not particularly warm, after a while they presented us with the bill, for the "kindly leave your seat" series. Bill: more than 30 euros (we had had a beer each). I would say (after all, we are on the island) the price, like many Milanese places, is excessive compared to the quality of what is consumed.

19/07/2024: New hotel there was a problem and they solved it quickly

19/05/2024: The hotel room and location was pretty decent, but the service that we received was not ideal or expected. I was told when we checked in that there would be an “additional guest” charge of €24 per night. When I checked the Marriott app on my phone, I saw that the difference in price was only €4 per night. Not to mention I have stayed at many, many Marriott hotels in the past and this additional guest charge has never been brought up with me. When I checked out this morning, I talked with them regarding the charges and asked for an additional explanation of the charges and why they were so high. The front desk lady proceeded to tell me that the additional guest charge also included breakfast. I was never told this when I checked in and in fact, the lady who checked us in asked me if I wanted to add breakfast for an additional €18 per person per day. If that’s the case, then why was I told when we were checking out that it was included for the extra guest? It seems very dishonest that this wasn’t brought up when we checked in. I asked if anything could be done to help accommodate the additional charges and to have the breakfast removed because we were never told about it, and I just kept getting told nothing could be done to help us. I understand if this is the hotel policy, but there should have been much more transparency and explanations of what the €48 that I was charged would include, instead of just quickly adding the charge and moving on. In our situation, I think that the fee should have been waived or adjusted due to not enough information given from the hotel staff. I would definitely have expected better from a 4 star hotel.

20/08/2024: I drank some delicious ginseng and ate some fabulous ice cream. Very kind to customers, very helpful, good service, clean environment, they are also nice.

12/07/2024: La granita un amore al primo assaggio ,con la Brioschia fatta in casa ti lascia incantata ..buonissima .....I gelati molto buoni, sia frutta che crema .Caffetteria e pasticceria ancora da assaggiare ma dall'aspetto e profumo molto invitante.
