19/11/2025: I've been frequenting Crosta since it opened: all their products are a sure thing. A must-try place, from breakfast, with their selection of puff pastry, to dinner. You can't go wrong with any pizza; the choice depends entirely on your taste. Pictured: Capricciosa pizza.

18/11/2025: This place has had its ups and downs, even considering the high expectations, given the similarity and the boasted quality. Let's start by saying that the finished product can be appreciated more or less depending on one's taste, but unfortunately, in our case, the criticisms outweigh the positive picture of both the management and the business decisions. Please note that your reservation will specify a time limit for tasting a menu that cannot be described as extensive, so the time and manner of the tasting—in our case, dinner—may not be sufficient, and you will be asked to vacate your table. We asked, on our own initiative, to sit outside so we could drink coffee in an unheated space. The tasting of four different pizzas without any special touches and made with standard bread wasn't entirely convincing, especially considering the limited tables and the wine tasting, which was confirmed in glasses with 10 centiliters of declared organic white wine. At our request, if it was within the restaurant's policy, we were, of course, offered to open a bottle for two people. The two Borghetti coffee miniatures for €15 ultimately confirm the two-star rating, with all the resulting concerns and considerations. What a shame.

22/11/2025: Dinner with friends. The service could definitely be improved, but the pizzas are delicious, as are the fried foods. Gluten-free options available.

17/11/2025: I'm a local customer, or rather, a former customer. I've been eating here once a week for months, not because it's a special place (in fact, it feels like time has stood still, and not in a good way, and the only nice and friendly person is the waitress who sometimes delivers) but because it's the only one in the area that makes gluten-free pizza. Last night, the two gluten-free pizzas we ordered were partially undercooked. When we politely pointed this out, no one apologized, nor was a small discount offered, nor a coffee... nothing. Not even at checkout did we hear a "sorry," just "it's €39 for two gluten-free pizzas, two Cokes, one water, and one coffee." Needless to say, I'd rather travel 30 minutes for a pizza in Milan than give away my money to those who do everything they can to lose the few customers they have. Never again!

15/07/2025: Such a charming neighborhood gem tucked away in a quiet residential part of Milan — laid-back, cozy, and full of heart. The dishes are delicious, refreshing, and have a lovely seasonal touch. They taste like true home-cooked meals. The owner (maybe?), an older gentleman, is very kind and welcoming. He even brought us mosquito spray while we dined outside, and gave us a wave and smile as we left in our taxi. It was one of those unexpected local experiences that make traveling feel truly special.

12/11/2025: A quick lunch while passing through Cernusco. The location was very basic, and the food didn't even remotely resemble the Spanish flavors of the dishes offered. I ordered patatas bravas, but the sauce wasn't at all similar to the original. I would much appreciate it if you'd offer standard dishes without pretending to be "Iberian food." It would certainly be appreciated more. Another piece of advice: the women's bathroom was gross, dirty, dusty, and poorly maintained (and I'm not talking about dirt from use that day, but rather various encrustations). In short, a bit disappointing.

23/10/2025: I loved these veg burger shops when they opened many years ago in Milan, so I was happy to find one on my way to the train station to get back home a few weeks ago ( after a few years I had not come across their restaurants). I was impressed! They had opened so many more restaurants in the meantime, the staff was fun and friendly but the FOOD :(( NOT GOOD. Honestly nowhere near what it was years before. Maybe I got unlucky, but the bread was obviously not fresh, defrosted badly and the burger was tasteless. Hope it was just an unlucky choice in an unlucky day

13/11/2025: A wasted opportunity. The interior is nice but cold. The dishes are equally cold, almost like they're from the fridge. There's little selection and they're poorly cooked, subpar for an appetizer buffet. When I asked to reheat the roast potatoes and carrots, I was told they'd do so, but they should be served at room temperature. The portions on the platters seemed haphazard, as were the ingredients: a tub of hummus, a bowl of roast potatoes with cold, wet sauce, a bowl of roast carrots (carrots???), and a table-sized bowl of olives. And that was it. The flavor betrayed its origin: clearly leftovers pre-cooked the day before. Someone at the table ordered the roast platter, and it was similarly inedible. The bill came to €26 per person for five people who ordered five dishes, one tzatziki, two beers, and three waters.

21/09/2025: A unique and pleasant venue, with a pleasing décor and color palette. The staff is very friendly, and the cuisine is surprising and eclectic, featuring revisited traditional Lombard recipes and more exotic offerings inspired by the excellent chef. The menu is varied, with a focus on meat and fish, but thanks to the off-menu options and the flexibility of the kitchen, even vegetarians and vegans shouldn't be disappointed. The desserts are amazing. Dogs are welcome and treated well, and disabled access is available from the garden. A very pleasant experience, one to recommend and repeat. .

21/09/2025: Aperitif: we asked for two non-alcoholic cocktails of different flavors, but were instead served two identical fruit juices (Bravo-type) with two blueberries and ice, like there was no tomorrow. Obviously, we were charged the same as a normal cocktail. The aperitif consisted mostly of fried foods, including octopus cooked hard as iron with a topping that was definitely not for everyone, and pizzas that were as hard as iron as a ciabatta. A single large plate with a single cured meat (the type of animal was never explained). We then asked for bitters, presented in a large glass (as if they were Scotch), which were a bit overpriced, given that bitters are usually served in small glasses and in smaller quantities. It's a digestif; if it's served differently and charged differently, it should be specified at the beginning. Also because everything, including desserts and liqueurs, was presented verbally without a menu with a price list. If I had known the prices, I would have avoided it. In short, a huge expense for having eaten and drunk little and badly, a shame.
