04/09/2025: I hadn't been there for a few years. Unfortunately, all the food has deteriorated, both in quality and variety. The arancini were flavorless, with almost no mozzarella. Cartocciate con patate (potato patties) lacked tomato and mozzarella; they don't exist in Catania. The other desserts left much to be desired, with high prices, far removed from the delicious things they used to sell. I feel sorry for the owners, but they can't sell these products; if they have problems, it's better to close down. You can't tarnish Catanian food like this. I don't recommend it.

06/08/2025: Quiet place, average breakfast, plenty of vegan pastries. Despite all this, one morning I went there as usual for breakfast. There were two people serving, and the place was practically empty. I went up to the counter and politely asked if I could pay (after the biblical wait for a simple croissant and cappuccino), since the lady had been at the register for half an hour. She replied very annoyed and in an excessive tone: Wait a minute, there are other people having breakfast or they won't eat. Was that necessary? You're making me wait half an hour. I'm a regular customer, and that's the treatment. Congratulations, one less customer, so you'll have more time to provide the service you think is appropriate. (Waiting half an hour for breakfast and another half an hour to pay seems a bit excessive to me, which is always the case; extremely slow service.) After that response, I wouldn't recommend it; there are much better options, even in terms of price.

05/07/2025: Ci sono stato a pranzo con dei colleghi, il locale è certamente caratteristico e con una vibe tutta sua, tuttavia non fa per me: la scelta vegana è inesistente e i prezzi per le insalate (9.50 euro) li trovo eccessivi. Inoltre il locale è piccolo e spesso molto affollato. Non penso tornerò considerati tutti gli altri locali sulla stessa via.

29/09/2025: We were craving tigelle, and after some research, we ended up at Tigella's. We ordered three platters, two mixed cured meats, and one vegetarian one, so we tried all the flavors ☺️. The tigelle and fried gnocco were delicious, accompanied by lots of tasty sauces. And to wash it all down, a good glass of red wine 🍷

21/08/2025: I'm from Emilia, and never in my life have I eaten such a shocking fried gnocco. That is, NOT fried gnocco! In the first basket, the gnocco was dry (overcooked) and all wrinkled, as if covered in dots. The waitress thought it was all normal. We asked for the second basket to be cooked less. It arrived less cooked, but still with that strange wrinkled texture. In the third basket, the gnocco was completely smooth and very thick (similar to half a puffed-up tigella). The waitress replied that it was because it had less leavening than the other wrinkled one (???). In short... two completely different types of gnocco, and neither one presented itself, had the consistency, or tasted like a real fried gnocco. Not to mention the absurd explanations we received. For a place that bases its business on gnocco and tigelle... very bad. They should have the best gnocco of all, not the worst.

04/09/2025: Quite a commercial place. The pastries are artisanal, good, and in line with expectations. The coffee shop and the rest aren't up to par (low-quality coffee and cappuccino), and the pastries aren't well presented by the staff. The service is average, polite. They get busy, so they don't bother with passers-by. I won't return, given the wide selection in Milan. Price is in line with expectations for Milan.

13/09/2025: La Regina in Vizzolo offers excellent pizza, seafood pasta dishes, and a variety of well-prepared dishes. You can dine in for lunch or dinner, or order takeout. During the holidays, they offer a convenient set menu, perfect for sampling multiple specialties at a reasonable price.

05/07/2025: Un’esperienza assurda: ho raggiunto i miei familiari (5 persone) a pranzo in questo locale e, essendo i piatti proposti piuttosto elaborati e la mia alimentazione molto semplice e selettiva per ragioni mediche, ho chiesto di poter avere un piatto con il pollo della caesar salad (prevista nel menù), del riso bianco (previsto nel poke) e delle zucchine alla griglia. Dopo essersi recata in cucina la cameriera è tornata dicendomi che non era possibile avere il pollo e il riso😳😳…Ho dunque detto che non avrei potuto mangiare e lei se n’è andata, senza che nessuno venisse a verificare, a proporre una eventuale alternativa (una pasta per esempio??) a quel piatto così difficile che avevo chiesto!! Non mi è mai capitata una cosa del genere, neppure “nei peggiori bar di Caracas”!! Il pranzo è proseguito fino al dolce e al caffè senza che nessuno si sognasse di chiedere se volessi qualcosa… Il fatto che un cliente dichiari di non poter mangiare perché il locale non è in grado di servire del riso bianco con del pollo (alimenti peraltro previsti nel menu) e’ stato totalmente ignorato! Pessimo veramente. Andateci solo se vi piacciono poke pretenziosi ma scadenti (come quello ordinato da mia cognata…) oppure se volete saltare il pasto senza che a coloro che, in teoria, stanno li per darvi da mangiare importi alcunché! PS il voto è un regalo per poter rendere nota a tutti la vostra assoluta mancanza di attenzione al cliente.

16/06/2025: Conosco panta rei da anni location molto rilassante e fino a poco tempo fa il personale in sala era molto piacevole, sorridente e famigliare,purtroppo tornati in 2 mesi due volte ,non ci siamo trovati più bene ,le porzioni sono ridotte,il personale è cambiato e non sembra preparato ,peccato mi trovavo molto bene ,ora non è così....

01/09/2025: A "special" location just steps from Morimondo Abbey, good food, and welcoming service. The only flaw is the owner: he struggles to greet you, never smiles, and for the second time, he makes a serious mistake... he serves an already opened bottle of wine.

28/09/2025: Inedible eggplant parmigiana, zucchini stuffed with aged ricotta, so-so amphora, and even the beer was sour. The bathroom was run-down, the owner was rude. The only positive note was the kind waitress.
