14/03/2026: A fantastic experience, a true testament to those seeking quality. We started with various tapas and creamy, flavorful hummus, served with delicious warm focaccia, and then continued with perfectly prepared tacos. The highlight was the pork cheek: incredibly tender and incredibly flavorful. Everything was truly delicious, accompanied by excellent sangria. The service is impeccable: the staff is extremely friendly, kind, and always available. The atmosphere is intimate and romantic, but also perfect for groups thanks to the excellent organization of the spaces. The acoustics are especially noteworthy: the place is quiet, allowing for a relaxing conversation. The price is definitely average for the high quality offered. Highly recommended!! Very fair value, we'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

07/03/2026: All our family's most important occasions are celebrated here... baptisms, first communions, confirmations, and even our wedding! That's because Avenida is a little corner of paradise where you can eat and drink well, and where you feel pampered. In the outdoor garden in the summer or in the warmth of the indoor dining room, for an aperitif, a business lunch, or a dinner with friends... thank you all so much ❤️

22/03/2026: The pizza by the slice was very tasty and flavorful. You could taste the ingredients well, and the dough was nice and crispy. The price is a little higher than regular pizzas, but it's worth it.

03/04/2026: Really good whole wheat pizza, not rubbery and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. I have to go back for the Baba...it was sold out! 🙈😆😃

21/03/2026: I’ve lived in Rome, New York, Chicago, and New Haven, all of which claim to have some of the best pizza in the world. In Italy, I’ve had pizza in Venice, Turin, Cinque Terre, Naples. I found Assaje by literally walking by it, and I wasn’t even in the mood for pizza. I ordered the Mazaro Del Vallo and it was one of, if not the best, pizza I’ve ever had. The bread was incredible and every topping perfectly complemented the others (I would have never mixed pistachio, shrimp, and lime peel on a pizza but it was delicious). Staff were very kind and welcoming, as well. I also had an appetizer that was delicious but can’t remember the name. The menu was also very sensitive to any allergies or food preferences and put emphasis on local sourcing and respect for the land :)

11/03/2026: We ordered a salad with seafood, noodles with shrimp and clams and also seared tuna with basil sauce. Everything was delicious with good flavors. Nice neighborhood place near the hotel we were staying at and service was very good. Our waiter, Mateo, was very friendly and welcoming and made good recommendations. The manager, Ricardo, was also very nice and friendly.

05/01/2026: Me and my wife stopped at this lovely coffee shop on our last day in Milan. We had a cappuccino, latte macchiato and a breakfast. Everything was very delicious (especially the apricot croissant), it made our day!

18/02/2026: Now, as always, my review is limited to breakfast, even though it was actually more of a lunch given the time. But, without further ado, I'll start by saying that this tobacconist is really nice, welcoming, and well-stocked for meals or drinks throughout the day. The brioche I tried was the last one left, but, as I mentioned before, it was the 12.40, a sort of swirl with maple syrup and cinnamon. I usually never consider this flavor, but either this or a sandwich... a suggestion from the owner, I think, who invited me to try it. I took it and ate it. A real surprise, one of the best brioches I've ever eaten, truly exceptional. Good coffee. Coffee and brioche €2.50. Definitely a place for breakfast, not a place to get tipsy, but a wise advice from someone who's been to Filly.
