26/04/2026: From the outside, Il Nuovo Vapore doesn't immediately give away its identity as a restaurant: the entrance is almost hidden by a cozy space with a beautiful antique fireplace, and you can't immediately see the dining room. But once inside, we discovered a true culinary surprise.
We started with a truly magnificent sausage and asparagus risotto: perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and rich in flavor. Next, we enjoyed exceptional roasted fillet steaks, accompanied by porcini mushrooms, grilled seasonal vegetables, excellent baked new potatoes, and delicious country green beans.
All washed down with a truly delicious craft beer. Special praise also goes to the staff: qualified, competent, kind, and always attentive.
It was an excellent experience in every way. We highly recommend it!
