01/03/2026: A welcoming place, a pleasant atmosphere, and a wide selection of food, especially pizzas and those seeking the coveted "gluten-free" and "lactose-free" options. There's also a wide selection of desserts, from vegan to lactose-free and gluten-free. Excellent service, and it was a pleasure to meet "Luca," the ironic and super-friendly waiter, at our table. Highly recommended!

15/11/2025: The trail to reach it is challenging in places, but offers beautiful views. The refuge is in an incredible location nestled among the mountains. Unfortunately, there are limited spaces, so I recommend booking. The same goes for parking along the hairpin bends of Mezzoldo. There are also outdoor tables where you can enjoy a picnic lunch. It's definitely worth a visit.

The service is distinguished by efficiency and courtesy, minimizing wait times while never neglecting the customer. The pizza is excellent, the result of a careful selection of raw materials. The final bill is fair and in line with the offerings. An impeccable experience that deserves to be repeated. Ample parking.

02/03/2026: We went to this pizzeria with friends. The place itself is chaotic, but the pizza was very good. Two stars for the waitress's behavior. When her colleague made the wrong table, instead of handling the situation professionally, she created a real scene in front of the customers. She was very rude, and when she returned to our table, she made an inappropriate comment, saying, "Let's hope he didn't make another mistake." A joke that didn't add anything to the situation and that we thought was in bad taste. She probably learned it from birth; who knows?

27/09/2025: Family dinner. We tried everything, including fried foods, all delicious and unique. Even though I overdid it, I didn't have any problems (and my stomach is very sensitive). Reasonable prices. Everything ok.

20/09/2025: The butter chicken is simply superb 🍛. We ordered at home with friends and it was a great experience: for €23 each, we ate a lot, and the portions were very generous. I recommend the appetizers to share: samosas, fried shrimp (I don't remember the name), potato balls, and fried cheese. The best thing to do is order different dishes and split them: for example, butter chicken and rice (really generous) are easily enough for two. 🤍 Highly recommended!

08/03/2026: I went to La Sirena restaurant and had a really good time. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, they make you feel at ease right away. The food is good and well-prepared. Recommended.

21/01/2026: What can I say? The entree was sloppily placed. The risotto was precooked, the veggie burger tasteless. The owners were indifferent even when they confirmed they'd never see each other again. The prices were outrageous for the perceived quality. It used to be an excellent vegetarian restaurant... The only plus was the very kind waitress.

06/12/2025: The food is excellent, the location is beautiful, and there's plenty of wood. Perhaps the wine could use a little more attention; we received a Bolgheri red at 12-13°C.

07/03/2026: We were unpleasantly surprised to eat a terrible burger. The bread looked fresh only in appearance; it practically crumbled at the first bite, and for obvious reasons, we abandoned our hands and used cutlery. The meat was abundantly inedible, but, overcome by hunger, we at least managed to swallow that. We informed the waiter that, unfortunately, the burger had been postponed to a later date, but the complaint fell on deaf ears. The customer service was exemplary. Laghetto San Michele is a milestone, and I'm sorry to have to write such a negative review, but I urge the manager to review the service and at least the burger. We'll be back, but for the pizza.

12/09/2025: UPDATE 2025 For us, this place remains synonymous with hospitality and quality. The cuisine shows no signs of slowing down, and everything is top-notch. We'd like to give special mention to the service provided by the very young waitress Giorgia, who, despite her age, already perfectly masters the dining room with professionalism, courtesy, and a warm smile. To Tania and Fabio, and to the entire staff, our eternal thanks for everything they've contributed to this restaurant. We look forward to seeing you again soon. ________________________________________ This restaurant has become an absolute must-visit. The cuisine is excellent, with great attention to raw materials (often local) and masterful preparation, beautiful presentation, and the flavors are clear and unpretentious. The service is prompt, friendly, and professional. There's never a glitch or a lapse in style, and everyone has a smile and a word to say. The price is reasonable for the offerings and in line with other restaurants in the valley. The staff at the local restaurants are calibrated based on average attendance (it couldn't be otherwise, given the huge difference between high and low season), so you may occasionally have to wait a bit longer than average. Don't panic, just enjoy the view and you'll be served in good time. We always highly recommend it.

21/12/2025: I returned to the Piadineria in Antegnate this evening and asked Francesca to make me a roll to her liking: Calabrian spianata, caramelized red onions, and mountain cheese. I was amazed by the taste, and I recommend it to all my customers, especially the onions, which are always top-notch. There's no denying it.
