This pizza is unique, thanks to its distinctive dough, which is delicious and authentic. The toppings can be traditional or truly original and creative, with combinations that take into account the seasonality of the ingredients. They're always plentiful and well-combined. Worthy of note is the one-pot meal offered at lunchtime, a perfect combination of proteins, carbohydrates, and vegetables: spectacular in its presentation, an explosion of flavors and toppings, and excellent for your health. There are options for all tastes, with a special focus on vegans. The desserts are also spectacular.
Craft beer is available, always made with dehorned corn, and baked goods.
The price is truly very fair.
Another plus is the respect for the environment, which has been consolidated for years when eco-sustainability wasn't as widely touted as it is today.
The staff is courteous and attentive.

23/02/2026: I was standing in the café and I have to admit I was surprised:
- They have delicious and good craft beers
- The food is delicious and good
- They have many Spritz drinks and they are well-made
- The service is young, well-mannered, and professional
- The place is clean
It's worth more than 5 stars, and I hope to come back not only to have another aperitif but also to try the restaurant
11/01/2026: Aperitif dinner of sips and bites, two mixed tagliolini with cold cuts and cheeses, for 4 people, one hundred euros, plus ordered, only one satin available, brought differently.

15/07/2025: Bellissimo locale ,si mangia bene e non si aspetta mai molto! Consigliato sia per mangiare o anche solo per bere qualcosa!!
19/05/2025: Locale molto bello, stile industrial, pulito e ordinato. Servizio gentile e celere, piatti di buona fattura e menù ampio. Scelta di birre in bottiglia abbastanza ampia, con parecchie chicche nascoste. Le spine sono per la maggior parte industriali, ma qualcosa si salva. Il birramisú era davvero buono, complimenti. Prezzi onesti e ambiente informale e piacevole. Piccolo consiglio: parte del core business è incentrato sulla birra. Pretendete che i ragazzi in sala conoscano i nomi e le caratteristiche di ciò che avete in frigo, così da non essere colti impreparati da richieste di prodotti inusuali o meno venduti.

28/09/2023: Excellent food and like it used to be... I hope it's still open because I would like to book but it's no longer available either by phone or by message. I hope it hasn't closed, I've been fond of this place for years now and I would be sorry.
18/07/2023: Small trattoria, central location in Albino, easy parking in the nearby square, essential, warm and welcoming, family run, excellent cuisine from Bergamo and Lombardy, all strictly homemade, passion and love for simple and genuine cuisine make it a gem which fears no comparison and reviews itself, there is no need to comment, each dish presents itself, a perfect balance between plating, quantity and delicacy. Reservation is absolutely necessary given the few places available, the cheerfulness and vitality of the owner will welcome you to live a unique and extraordinary experience. Excellent value for money. It adheres to the various national and international initiatives promoted by TheFork and TripAdvisor. A must, at least for once.

Si mangia sempre bene, dall'antipasto al dolce. Tutto fresco e molto buono. Location classica, da agriturismo.
23/12/2024: Qualche giorno fa mi sono recata in questo agriturismo a pranzo, invitata da alcuni parenti. Da quel giorno non smetto di consigliare a tutti “Il Faggio”, un’eccellenza per quanto riguarda cibo, ambiente e servizio. Sicuramente tornerò!
