06/07/2026: One of my favorite restaurants. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and shows in every dish. If I'm craving raw fish and shellfish, this is always my go-to. The selection of raw fish and carpaccio is wide, varied, and always meticulously prepared. The first courses are also excellent, prepared with great care and using quality ingredients. Among my favorites, besides the raw fish, is undoubtedly the Catalana, truly exceptional. Compliments to the entire staff for their professionalism and consistency in maintaining such a high standard. I'll be back often!

25/06/2026: I only tried the fish, but it was truly excellent. I was even lucky to find a last-minute slot, the quality was impeccable. Impeccable service, excellent wine list. To get to your table, you have to pass through La Botteghina, which is really nice. I really have to say something: it might be a little pricey, but the quality and attention to detail in what I ate is unquestionable.
