Coffee was great, the one and only problem was the AC that was not working.

A very nice place for coffee and breakfast

We were out shopping for groceries when we happened to walk past Bottega Caffè Cacao Bergamo. It was an extremely hot day, and the café looked so inviting that we simply had to go inside. The moment we entered, we were impressed by the pleasant, cool atmosphere, the beautiful interior design, and the spacious layout. The café is very comfortable, with plenty of seating and lots of room to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. The highlight for us was the delicious freshly squeezed orange juice and the wonderful selection of pastries. The apple and cinnamon pastries were particularly tasty, but all the cakes and sweet treats looked amazing. We ended up buying plenty of pastries to take home for the whole family, while also enjoying some orange juice and a relaxing break in the café. Another great feature is that the café offers free Wi-Fi and has dedicated areas where people can comfortably work on their laptops. It is a very spacious venue and an excellent place to spend some time, whether you are meeting friends, working remotely, or simply taking a break from shopping. I would highly recommend Bottega Caffè Cacao Bergamo to anyone visiting the area. Excellent service, a lovely atmosphere, and delicious food and drinks.

A Beautiful Italian Experience in the Heart of Bergamo Today I had the pleasure of visiting Bottega Caffè Cacao in Bergamo, and it was far more than just a café visit. An Italian brother recommended the Classic Sandwich to me, and he was absolutely right. The sandwich was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. Together with a delicious Latte Macchiato and a bottle of still water, it was the perfect meal. The atmosphere is modern, welcoming, and full of life. I enjoyed listening to modern Italian music while watching both young and older people working on their laptops, studying, meeting friends, or simply enjoying their day. It is a place where different generations come together naturally. I also want to thank my African sister who kindly helped me with the Wi-Fi. Small acts of kindness make a big difference when traveling. One moment especially touched me. I was asked whether I would buy a croissant and a cappuccino for an older Italian gentleman. Of course I said yes. We share with one another. We help one another. He smiled and called me "Capo." It was a simple moment, but one that reminded me what Italy is truly about: community, generosity, friendship, and respect. As a Christian, I also noticed the numbers displayed in the café window: 7 – often symbolizes completeness and spiritual fulfillment. 12 – reminds us of the 12 Apostles. 16 – can represent growth, responsibility, and daily work. 18 – often symbolizes life and blessing in several traditions. Whether intentional or not, the display reminded me that food, fellowship, and gratitude are blessings that bring people together. I am truly happy to be back in Italy. Beautiful people. Beautiful culture. Beautiful conversations. And yes, beautiful Italian sisters too. Thank you, Bottega Caffè Cacao, for a wonderful experience. I will gladly return.

Delicious croissant!! Lots of variety, nice and clean atmosphere, attentive staff.

I never write negative reviews, but I'm sorry I have to this time. I've been there several times with friends who are regulars, and I've been treated badly by the staff more than once. Especially by a man and a woman. Both times, I received dirty cups and spoons, and when I asked for a change, they gave me a rude response. Beyond that, they don't say hello, and you're served as if they were doing you a favor. The place and the food are excellent, but the service is terrible.

I save it on my list for next trip to Bergamo.
