26/09/2025: On Friday, September 26th, the restaurant was listed as open online. In the pouring rain, we found ourselves facing a CLOSED gate. We can't comment on the food, but it doesn't seem right to come from far away and find the restaurant closed.

05/10/2025: If you want to treat yourself, you have to stop here! First of all, I love those who still serve breadsticks, which have disappeared from almost every restaurant, and then the pasta dishes are a spectacle! Fresh, delicious, and plentiful but not over the top. I had the pizzoccheri and my companion had the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, both delicious. For the second course, I had the mixed grill, and here the bar was raised even further: tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked meat, and a side of polenta taragna, excellent. My companion (who is vegetarian) had the grilled branzi, and I stole a piece from him! Finally, the homemade cheesecake finished this meal perfectly. You pay for quality, and it's worth it. The veranda seating is really nice, and the service is very friendly. (The €30-€40 price range includes water, two beers, coffee, and a cover charge.)

26/09/2025: The food is good. Excellent quality platters. The rabbit is very good, reminding me of my grandmother's. Don't expect salami; we're Bergamaschi, a bit reserved, but respectful. Eligio Magri wines are worth trying. The Patrizio is remarkable. The pizza is good. Very fair prices. I like it there. I have a house there, and I go there often.

13/11/2025: Excellent restaurant serving typical Sicilian cuisine. Truly tasty and traditional appetizers. Squid with ricotta and red cabbage is fabulous, truly delicious! Sicilian desserts are mouth-watering.

09/11/2025: Eating home-cooked Sicilian cuisine isn't easy. With ingredients flown directly from Sicily, even less so. Without the ambition of a Michelin-starred restaurant, the food is amazing, with flavors that reflect the season and the availability of the ingredients. A restaurant where you eat with heart, just like the people who work there. If you want an olfactory and sensory experience, this is the place to be.

09/12/2025: The pizzeria-restaurant that's always available when you need it at the last minute. Everything's good. The service has gotten worse, staff are short, and food arrives later than it did a few months ago.

07/12/2025: Nice restaurant with a nice menu. The restaurant is not very cozy, it is very high and uninvitingly light, but the food is fine. I ordered a picanha, which was super tasty and the staff is super friendly and speaks several languages. I had another drink at the bar. It was a great evening.

18/07/2025: I was there today but I've been going there since they opened and I'm very happy with the fast service and the food always delicious. Compliments especially to the girls who are always patient and kind.

16/09/2025: The food quality is excellent, with one caveat: the menu could be a bit more extensive, and I noticed the lack of the more well-known and popular desserts. Flies are also seen circling the tables. The bathrooms are shabby, and cleanliness isn't the best, though it's average to adequate.

15/08/2025: What to say! We are particularly affectionate at this place! Pizza 🍕 is really good; and both the Chinese and the Italian plates taste good! Good suggestion if you live near by seriate. There is inside AC and outside part. Pizza con forno a legna!

30/10/2025: I had lunch at Ristorante Cavour with my daughter and we were truly satisfied! The restaurant is elegant and meticulously maintained, with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind, attentive, and very helpful, always smiling. The dishes are beautifully presented and delicious, prepared with quality ingredients. A pleasant experience in every way—we'll definitely be back.

31/10/2025: This isn't the first time we've eaten pizza at this restaurant. My experience was also positive: the pizza has a thick crust and isn't particularly crispy (a characteristic I was familiar with from previous visits). The prices are perhaps a bit high, but I hope they're justified by the quality of the ingredients and the ambiance, which is certainly refined. As in the past, I should note that the place can be a bit noisy, which sometimes makes it difficult to converse with other diners. The service from the pizzeria and the wait staff, however, is excellent.

02/12/2025: We were there for an aperitif, and there were supposed to be 15 of us, but we arrived with 14 (keep in mind). The atmosphere was comfortable, welcoming, and warm (except for the rather inappropriate music). The appetizer, for what we were served, was good. The first course was casoncelli, very stringy and full of oil. Wines: very acidic white, acceptable red. Spirits: We were offered limoncello or licorice. When we asked for other amaros, we were told, "They're off the menu; if you want them, you'll have to pay." At the end of it all, we got the bill and discovered we also had to pay for the missing guest, something we had NOT been told at the start of the service. So, in addition to having to pay for the other guest (who, unfortunately, couldn't come), they behaved poorly in terms of communication. Overall: food was okay, service was okay, but you shouldn't behave like that.

02/12/2025: Nice and very welcoming atmosphere, very satisfying appetizer, the first course of casoncelli alla bergamasca was stringy, mediocre white wine.

08/12/2025: I found it to be a very welcoming place with very courteous and friendly staff, especially the owner. I had the pizza, which in my opinion was superb, with a nice thick crust and very easy to digest. Congratulations!

09/11/2025: I had lunch with my family at La Baita. I'd say the cheese platter was outrageous, considering the price for the amount served was €15. The three types of cheese were probably 50g at most, along with a spoonful of onion jam. The meat-based first and second courses were good, but the polenta was barely warm. The wait between the appetizers and first courses was excessive (almost an hour). The wait staff was extremely friendly. In the end, for two appetizers, three first courses, and two second courses with water and coffee, we spent €150. I'm giving the review a barely satisfactory rating because the main courses were good, but we didn't eat for that amount, and side dishes were only brought upon specific request.

30/11/2025: Excellent lakeside location for breakfast with a wonderful view. The breakfast is excellent, made with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. The croissants are delicious, including the vegan ones. The owners and staff are very friendly and professional.

09/11/2025: I'm enchanted by the beauty and wonder of this graceful and magical place. The location is perfect, breathtaking, overlooking the breathtaking beauty of the Orobie mountains. The food is excellent; I'll definitely be back, as will Biagio. Fausto stayed outside, enchanted by the view, enjoying a few complimentary drinks. The now-former pizza chef welcomed us in the form of a dancing mascot and presented us with a fragrant, warm pizza. It's very nostalgic, reminding me of the good times in my life when I was still happy and not suffering from depression. The waiter greeted us with a warm welcome hug, lifting us off the ground; it would have melted our now sugar-coated hearts. The intriguing and extensive menu offers a variety of pizzas, including three created by the master chef: 1) Pizza Leo, tasty, slimy, and succulent; 2) Pizza Lucry, crystalline with shavings of branzi and speck; 3) Di Nietzsche, even though it was awful, it was the pizza chef's fault, but Fausto ate it anyway, just for the fabulous atmosphere. They greeted us by bowing to us and giving us five beers each. Just enough for the drive home, since that foolish Biagio drives anyway! When we returned to Foppolo, I could smell the aftertaste and already wanted to go back. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience. I love you all.
