What to say...???!!! – there are no words to express this disappointment, which is so negative when weighing the words expressed, as it is useless in the context. I have been frequenting the Pasticceria Sant'Anna for several decades and not only that, the demonstration that it is always crowded with polite and understanding people of the work that the collaborators of the same Pasticceria carry out, no less than the Lady "at the CHECKOUT" who, excuse me the LADY in the first place and then you Mr Roberto without surname.!!!, if you have missed the GREETING that he usually gives and extends to all customers of any social class (I am not anyone's public defender, they give me useless criticism is annoying). As usual, no one or few understand the commitment and mainly the STRESS of those who work and work. I understand your discomfort in the lack of a GREETING, if I personally have the pleasure of always meeting you in the pastry shop, I will "gratify you with a warm hug" to compensate for the missed greeting. I underline what has been said because "She" is the first person who utters sentences to people who have always given and are still giving the best of themselves to all the people who frequent said Pastry Shop, but coincidentally the same people are not thrifty or they are scarce in compliments, indeed they are full of PRAISE not only to those at the checkout but also to all the operational staff for their kindness and courtesy. But as they say "not all donuts come with a hole" it can happen...., even customers or patrons don't get up in a good mood every day, they, their collaborators and owners in any case accept them trying to tone down the beginning or continuation of a day that started badly. I allowed myself with great modesty and humility to ANSWER you, because I am an "experienced" person in this sector, I have 13 decades of practical experience in the field behind me, I have chewed the pavement to build myself in this sector, let's simply call it TOURIST, understanding and knowing everyone its branches of operation. Collaborators are not SLAVES or LICKERS, those times are gone, for a "missed or missed" greeting there was no need for criticism, CRITICISM that disqualifies the customer, certainly not those who did not have time to greet it. 30/07/2024: This morning I ate a new "rose brioche" in this pastry shop, very good. they told me that it may be in the new products in September.

13/08/2024: We organized our wedding at the end of June. Everything was splendid from the location to the organization to the food. There were about fifty of us and we all managed to stay together in the veranda room which is splendid. We had the ceremony outside and it was simply wonderful. Highly recommended place for weddings that are not too numerous because it allows you to fully experience all the rooms from the cellar for welcoming guests, to the garden, to the rooms. And what about the kitchen? Chef Alberto who is also the owner was fantastic, he satisfied us in everything while advising what was best. Thanks also to Sara for her precious advice. Go and you will see....

07/08/2024: Very happy to have found a Neapolitan pizza in the area after a week of research, I order it and pick it up since there is no way to get it to me... but it doesn't matter. Well I have my pizza ... I ordered a ham plus buffalo mozzarella after cooking ... too bad the buffalo mozzarella is not buffalo but stringy ... I called to ask for explanations and when I was told: it is not buffalo mozzarella to eat but "BUFFALA FOR PIZZA" I everything falls away (even what I don't have)... still good pasta but I don't think I'll return

03/08/2024: The first time it was love at first sight, spectacular pizza, welcoming place and the guys were uniquely kind, friendly and courteous. Today I went back and I decided that it will be my stop every time I come to Bergamo. I recommend it to everyone😊

03/09/2024: The surprise of the evening. We walked in by "coincidence" and there was room for us. Very extensive menu and even though it was very busy, the service had everything under control, was friendly and attentive. Ordered some specialties and they completely exceeded our expectations if we count the time between ordering and serving. When we come back to Bergamo we will definitely eat there again. Very nice memory.

28/07/2024: La Baita del Termen is a little gem in the mountains. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and there are all the comforts: in addition to food and the toilet, you can find a pond and other easy-level hiking trails nearby. The quality of the food is exceptional, although some portions could be larger. There is space inside and outside, and in the outside area you can keep the dog. The hut can be reached on foot with a short path, about 20 minutes uphill (not too restful), or you can arrive with the jeep provided by the hut (€7 each for round trip - very high price considering that you it takes 3 minutes by car) or by chairlift (€5 return). The Wi-Fi provided by the cabin works quite well. I would recommend visiting it ☺️

09/08/2024: This place was truly a surprise! I was simply looking for a gluten-free restaurant and I found this natural and organic cuisine delicatessen by chance. The dishes are simple but really tasty. Congratulations to the owner, truly helpful

25/08/2024: Ambiente un po' spartano e senza eccessive pretese, servizio veloce ed efficiente, menu del pranzo di lavoro (11 Euro coperto compreso per primo, secondo con contorno, caffè e acqua o vino) con di norma una buona scelta di alternative. Nel complesso una scelta positiva.

19/07/2024: Siamo capitati qua per un pranzo veloce, normalmente amiamo questo genere di locale-gastronomia veg ma qui non siamo rimasti particolarmente contenti. Abbiamo trovato il personale poco accogliente e un po’ confusionario, e per quanto riguarda il cibo preparazioni tendenzialmente semplici, alcune più gustose altre meno. Prezzi in linea.
