From the very beginning, we were greeted with extreme kindness and helpfulness by Mrs. Luisa, a truly exquisite person in every way. And what about Tiziano? UNIQUE and INIMITABLE! He handled everything perfectly, from the organization to the set-up, and supported us every step of the way. Excellent food and impeccable service, attentive and caring staff. 25/02/2026: Unfortunately, it was a bit too bright inside. The service was okay, but a lighthearted remark was missing. Sadly, our pizza was slightly burnt on the bottom, which overpowered the actual flavor.

06/03/2026: Frankly, I wasn't expecting it. We thought we'd be having lunch somewhere like any other, but then... boom, a warm welcome from Mrs. Gabriella, the dining room hostess, sister of Tecla, the chef. They are the backbone of this restaurant. That said, let's get to the important stuff. The platter for two was sublime, with excellent cold cuts, delicious local cheeses, and a truly accomplished house pickled vegetables... everything was plentiful. We moved straight on to the main courses: delicious polenta taragna al bastone and a donkey stew with taragna; the meat melted in your mouth, and the polenta was delicious. For dessert, a panna cotta, completely different from the thousands of other panna cottas I've eaten so far, delicious, and then a homemade croccantino that took me back to my childhood... thank you for this experience, and so much for the wonderful Gabriella. She's kind and friendly, and you can tell she explains the dishes with such passion.

17/01/2026: Simple and tasty vegan cuisine. The menu changes every three days and reflects seasonality. The dishes are healthy yet delicious: I had the wonderful red rice with Jerusalem artichokes and sweet and sour onions. Highly recommended.

14/01/2026: I had a wonderful three-day experience over Christmas 2025. We arrived on the 24th and left on December 26th. I've rarely had such a wonderful time at a hotel in my life. Mrs. Pamela was simply extraordinary, super helpful, kind, always thoughtful, and attentive. She knows her job very well. The rest of the staff was also friendly. The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained in every way. From the impeccable cleanliness to the excellent organization and the extraordinary cuisine. Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas lunch were truly delicious. I will definitely return because we and our family had a wonderful time. Recommended for everyone: young people, singles, families, and seniors.

29/10/2025: We held our wedding reception at the "La Bussola" hotel restaurant in Clusone. The service organized by Pamela and her team was impeccable. Professionalism, courtesy, and smiles, along with the absolute quality of the food. It was a crucial part of a wonderful day. A top-notch restaurant with highly qualified staff. 08/03/2026: Terrible experience. The food was truly terrible, tasteless, and seemed stale. I don't understand how this place has good reviews. The service was slow and inattentive. Paying for food like this is a waste of money. I absolutely do not recommend it and will never return.

24/02/2026: Our first time at this Indian restaurant was a positive experience. The restaurant's location is strategic, right in the city center, on a major road, but with nearby parking. It also offers a few spaces in the reserved parking lot. Upon entering, we were greeted by a kind lady who escorted us to a table on the mezzanine floor. The restaurant has a truly attractive layout, though it's a shame that, despite it being a Friday evening, there were only a few guests and the atmosphere seemed a little dismal. The service was impeccable, and the lady who served us throughout our dinner was kind, making sure to serve the dishes more or less spicy based on our eating habits. Everything arrived promptly, and we enjoyed the dishes; we found the bill to be reasonable. The overall rating is very positive; we will definitely be back.

08/03/2026: We climbed up to the refuge today, a fun and easy climb. We ate very well—I already miss the spinach meatballs—in a very welcoming atmosphere with kind, knowledgeable staff. 23/12/2025: I've been wanting to eat at this restaurant for a while. Last night, I went there with my wife for a quiet dinner. I must say, the place is very nice and welcoming. The staff is attentive, polite, and friendly, which never hurts. The menu clearly features local products that are truly well-prepared and of excellent quality. The bill, however, is incredibly reasonable! We'll be back as soon as we can, because we had a truly wonderful time. Highly recommended.

20/02/2026: I went to Trex for an aperitif with friends. The staff who welcomed and served us were extremely courteous! We then decided to have dinner as well, and what can I say... everything was delicious. WELL DONE! WELL DONE! EVERYONE!

09/01/2026: We've been going to this restaurant for a long time, and I brought my dog. He's a quiet, tiny poodle. The sommelier arrives and tells us the dog can't come in. We ask him to put us in the back room, but he says no, saying he's already turned away 15 people (it was 12:00, not exactly possible). So we tell him to call the owner, but he insists on sending us away. After a while, the owner, whom we know very well, calls us. She invites us to sit down, and we put the dog aside, which hadn't dazzled us and had been sleeping the whole time. After ordering the wine, the sommelier himself arrives, and our friends ask him what wine it was, since they hadn't ordered it. The sommelier replies, "I don't know what wine it was; you ordered it." We look at each other in disbelief, seeing as the service should be on par with the quality of the food, but instead it's the opposite. Offended (probably reprimanded by the owner), he no longer pours wine throughout the meal like he usually does. Aside from this misfortune, I'll definitely be back. If it weren't for this, I'd honestly give it a solid 10 out of 10.

04/01/2026: Recommended, we decided to dine at this restaurant. The menu offers good options, combining typical Bergamo flavors with excellent alternatives. I opted for lamb chops, but was honestly a bit surprised by the cooking, which in my opinion was too rare to be lamb and lacking in flavor. The side dish was excellent polenta with baked potatoes. My partner chose entrecote, which was excellent: flavor, cooking, and quality. For my son, we opted for a burger with potato chips. It was good, but the meat was too rare. I expect that if the customer is a 6-year-old, perhaps they'd be careful to cook the meat half a minute longer... No? The bread had absorbed the blood, and we told our son it was ketchup, otherwise he wouldn't have eaten it. The chips were too greasy. The oil used and requested to dress a small, excellent side salad. The desserts were high-quality and very good. I'll open a chapter on the service, along with the ambiance. The wait staff was top-notch! Young, well-prepared, and helpful; I loved them. It's a shame about the lady taking orders... the feeling from every interaction she had with us was: so when are you leaving? Maybe because there were only two of us with a child? I don't know and I don't care, but from a woman with the experience she presented herself to, I definitely expected a different welcome. She even responded annoyed when I asked her about a dessert I didn't understand. It's a shame, it could have been more memorable! The service from the staff was sweet and harmonious... maybe even less so! I prefer balanced and equally welcoming staff rather than remembering the girl who clears my trumpets from the table before dessert. The atmosphere is nice, quite well-kept, but even in this case it felt like entering a Michelin-starred restaurant, but that's not the case. I'm from the center of Milan and I don't need certain formalities; I prefer authenticity and hospitality, especially in any mountain location. Price, I'd say, is average. Considering the €4 cover charge, which also includes a welcome drink, I'm glad I was there, but I won't be back.
