Tiziano, your constant presence, always there for me whenever I needed it, was a discreet yet effective presence, along with your fantastic team. And I also want to thank Omar so much, you made our day truly wonderful and perfect. We had so much fun, the food was fantastic, the organization was perfect! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart ❤️

03/06/2026: Excellent! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was unbeatable—clean and well-air-conditioned—and the service was attentive and professional. They even brought us meringues as a complimentary touch, without us even asking. Highly recommended.
24/05/2026: The waiter was unprofessional; he bumped into our chair and didn't apologize. He didn't seem at all helpful when taking orders.
We spent a whopping €58 (€40 + €18 on the bill) for a seafood appetizer platter for three people, which was actually just a taste.
The 1-liter house wine was €14, but it tasted like a soft drink. The first courses were very salty, leaving me thirsty all night.
I wouldn't go back.

09/07/2026: This is a delicatessen with 8 tables for a total of 20 seats. It's 100% vegan, and the desserts are prepared gluten-free.
The place is delightfully quiet (provided the other tables are polite).
The food is very good, as is the quality/price ratio, and the focus on health is paramount.
I'd say I've found a place I'll immediately bookmark and will definitely return to.
They prepare food and desserts (even cakes!) for takeout: just a phone call away... in my case, I witnessed the unveiling of two cakes for a birthday, and the sight of them alone was thrilling.
02/07/2026: My girlfriend (who's vegan) and I ate here a while ago, and we both loved the food, which was very unique. Silvia was truly kind and welcoming. If we ever come back to Bergamo, this will definitely be a stop.

27/06/2026: Visited Taj Mahal during my stay in Bergamo and ordered Butter Chicken with rice and Samosa. The food was delicious, full of flavour, and a nice change after several days of Italian cuisine. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout the visit. The restaurant is spacious and spread over two floors, making it a good option for families and larger groups. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would happily visit again.

05/04/2026: Easter at Bussola??.. A guarantee!!! We reported a lactose intolerance late, our fault!! The staff immediately joined forces to resolve the mix-up and went out of their way to present lactose-free dishes to the person in question, served alongside those of the other diners, resulting in... A fantastic, balanced lunch, with portions designed to last until dessert... Challenging, yes... But unforgettable!!! Congratulations 👏👍😋😎 we'll definitely be back!!
14/01/2026: I had a wonderful three-day experience over Christmas 2025. We arrived on the 24th and left on December 26th. I've rarely had such a wonderful time at a hotel in my life. Mrs. Pamela was simply extraordinary, super helpful, kind, always thoughtful, and attentive. She knows her job very well. The rest of the staff was also friendly. The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained in every way. From the impeccable cleanliness to the excellent organization and the extraordinary cuisine. Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas lunch were truly delicious. I will definitely return because we and our family had a wonderful time. Recommended for everyone: young people, singles, families, and seniors.

04/05/2026: The location is very well-maintained, as is the service. The dishes are simple and traditional, yet have a more gourmet and sophisticated touch. They are also carefully plated.
The prices aren't cheap, but they're fair considering the high quality of the food. The entrée was also very popular.
Finally, the location is excellent, as it's in the upper Seriana Valley, close to numerous trails, attractions, and routes for those who love mountain hiking.
